Job Summary
The Budtender is responsible for providing our customers with an extraordinary experience. Scope of Position
Logistics Driver is responsible for the safe and secure delivery of cannabis products from the production facilities to our wholesale partners and retail locations. The Logistics Driver serves as an extension of AYR’s extraordinary customer service through interactions that are compassionate, genuine, and respectful. Logistics Drivers are expected to contribute to make the work atmosphere which encourages forward thinking, embraces inclusion, and practices generosity of spirit. Primary Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Ayr locations to licensed facilities per state regulations.
- Pick delivery orders accurately and efficiently utilizing Leaf Logix, METRC, and Leaf Link software.
- Print out manifests, add directions, and correct driver / van information if incorrect.
- Double check each manifest to the physical shipment for accuracy.
- Use GPS to ensure that daily delivery routes are efficient and timely.
- Guarantee wholesale customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
- Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.
- Oversees the intake process on location, ensuring that appropriate records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
- Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping logistics areas clean and safe.
- Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of cannabis.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving Ayr’s company vehicles.
- Inspects Ayr’s delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals.
- Maintain fuel levels.
- Perform and participate job duties for other departments if there are no Logistics tasks, this includes packaging, processing, and cultivation.

Job Summary
The Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility in accordance with standards set by the state and Ayr Wellness. The Cultivation Supervisor provides support for all cultivation agents, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Ayr Wellness.

- Assists the Cultivation Manager with managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with responding to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with delegating tasks to cultivation agents to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Oversees grow zone and maintains ownership of all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by the state and the company.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with planning, coordinating, and overseeing the transition of product development by ensuring that the proper tasks are executed and that the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior quality product in accordance with state regulations and standards set by the company.

Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting employees in a wide variety of areas such as onboarding, leave administration, benefits administration, employee relations, Workers Compensation, terminations, compliance, and special projects. The HR Generalist will ensure that employee relations functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements and work closely with the management team in supporting and promoting policies and procedures. This role works in partnership with the HR Manager, communicating with employees regarding questions using fair and consistent application of policies.
Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
- Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements
- Run and maintain inventory level reports

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, the Cultivation Lead will work in conjunction with the Cultivation Manager and Assistant Manager as well as the other Cultivation Leads to coordinate, implement, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during day-to-day operations of the Cultivation Department at AYR Wellness. The Cultivation Lead will coordinate with the Cultivation Manager to ensure effective implementation of cultivation policies, performance of the team is consistent with the most recent iteration of all cultivation procedures, set and review task lists and crop scheduling with the Cultivation Manager, notify the Cultivation Manager/Assistant Manager of any issues with the crop as they arise and provide Cultivation Technicians with guidance and task clarification on an as-needed basis while working alongside them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in all aspects of cultivation operations including trellising, pruning, spacing and overall canopy management.
- Coordinates daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and task lists with the Cultivation Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Completes proper transplanting techniques including substrate mixing, container filling and transplanting.
- Assists in the monitoring and maintenance of irrigation systems and environmental controls.
- Performs plant destruction and plant waste destruction in compliance with AYR Wellness, local and state policies.
- Accountable for accurate tracking and logging of all plants by utilizing the inventory tracking systems in compliance with AYR Wellness, local and state policies.
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness of all Cultivation Equipment, Rooms and areas as well as sanitation practices concerning handling of plants according to Company procedure.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treats everyone with dignity and respect, while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.
- Assists in the supervision and training of new employees.
- Performs plant propagation and orchestrating room sets.
- Works with Leaf Logix inventory tracking system and ensures that all plants are properly tagged and in the appropriate location.
- Performs preventative spraying on a schedule as determined by the Cultivation Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ Years in the Cultivation department.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product.
- Able to demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving.
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience working in agriculture/horticulture, packing houses, general production/retail greenhouses. Cannabis experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Good Agricultural Practices/Good Handling Practices (GAP/GHP).
- Experience working in a regulated environment with a regulated and tracked substance.
- Experience working in a trade or in a manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
- Experience working with climate control and automated fertigation systems (Arugus, Priva, Damatex, Ridder, Growlink, etc.)
- 1+ years working in a supervisory role, preferably in a cannabis cultivation facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Packaging Manager, the Packaging Technician is responsible for the safe and accurate packaging and labeling of all products. Working with the Packaging Lead, the Packaging Tech will ensure packaging schedules are executed as well as maintaining the chain of integrity of our premium cannabis products from processing to patient.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of all products ensuring compliance with company, local, and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure the safety and efficacy of all products.
- Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Production Manager/Team Leads are met.
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness of all packaging equipment, production areas, and sanitation practices concerning handling of product according to company procedures; reports any potential contamination to a Team Lead immediately.
- Documents line inefficiencies and downtime to identify issues. Works in conjunction with others to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure that process parameters and quality testing are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all production records, quality records, and electronic reporting tools.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.

Job Summary
Ayr Wellness is looking for a highly creative, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to support retail and brand-specific marketing initiatives at the local level. In this role, the Project Manager / Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with the Region Marketing Director to strategize and execute all consumer programming, menu planning, and promotional strategy, utilizing a data-driven approach to customer relationship management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain overall project planning calendar and master timeline for marketing and research, including key events, milestones and deliverables.
- Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Organize assets and ensure each party has correct assets at time of need
- Keep marketing calendars up to date, and forward looking. Create content as needed, and review in timeline manner with upper management.
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
- Tactically organize promotional activities for new product and service launches
- Create and manage surveys, behavioral and market research, and competitive analysis

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer by explaining the potential benefits of the Premium Cannabis products offered.
- Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely. Communicate any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.
- Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling customer orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems in compliance with company, local, and state policies.
- Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping the dispensary properly stocked, clean, tidy, and in operating order, while keeping a “Customer first” acuity.
- Meets/exceeds day-to-day sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle with tailored product suggestions. This includes meeting individual and team-centric sales targets within each dispensary.
- Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities by monitoring internal and external operations via CCTV, informing violators of policy and procedures, reporting trespassers to local authorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee maintenance of all projects on the property. Prioritizes work and daily schedule for staff. Responsible for budgeting, soliciting bids for major repairs, purchases, or contracts including but not limited to the following:
- Exterior Painting, Parking Lot Repair/Restripe, Major Roof Repair, Exterior Carpentry Repairs, Cement Repairs, Siding Repairs, Landscaping, Interior Carpentry Repairs, Interior equipment Installation
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Maintain and track vendor Certificates of Insurance, Contracts and Scope of Work.
- Inspect properties on a regular basis to ensure all repair work is done properly, safely, and in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and seminars as requested. Keep abreast of new governmental regulations and restrictions concerning maintenance procedures and/or health, safety, and environment
- Provide leadership and/or assist leasing and management staff as necessary in emergency situations.
- Maintains Property Management software including, but not limited to, Inventory, Assets, Work Orders, Make Ready Board, Preventive Maintenance, Snow Log, and Purchase Ordering System
- Makes management-approved purchases of supplies, equipment and services utilizing the PO system established
- Establishes emergency maintenance on-call schedule
- Ensures that staff keep the workshops or utility room clean, orderly, and safe
- Participates and completes MSDS sheets for all chemical based products used or stored on site, as required.
- Provides role-model for janitorial/maintenance staff by following all company procedures and presenting an appearance appropriate to the image of the property
- Identifies present and future needs of property
- Meets all regulatory and legal guidelines for record keeping such as OSHA and PA Department of Health

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Job Description
1) Oversee and perform all functions associated with management and oversight of a retail medical cannabis dispensary.
2) Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.
3) Manage and supervise the activities of dispensary staff (including patient counselors, dispensary technicians, schedulers, and receptionists), and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.
4) Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for dispensary personnel.
5) Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.
6) Develop and maintain a schedule of all dispensary staff including receptionists, counselors, schedulers and dispensary technicians.
7) Communicate any patient incidents or complaints to the General Manager or compliance team.
8) Protect patient rights by overseeing the employee HIPAA education program and ensure each employee is maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of protected health information and financial information.

20) Collaborate with the dispensary’s scientific/medical team to conduct research to enhance the understanding of how different patients or their debilitating illnesses interact with specific cannabis properties, brands, strains, dosages, potencies, and forms of delivery.
21) Represent the dispensary before third parties, including acting as a spokesperson for the dispensary in addressing the press, trade journals, medical communities, dispensary personnel, and conduct tours.
22) Such other functions as directed by management or the Board.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, extraordinary attention to detail, computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are a must.

Summary
The Medical Cannabis Cultivation Technician reports to the Director of Horticulture and is responsible for the production of plants and all aspects of growing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Education: Background in plant sciences or horticulture preferred or cannabis cultivation experience; if candidate does not have a Certified Horticulturist or Certified Professional Horticulturist designation from ASHS, candidate will be expected to prepare for and take the exam.

Summary
- Perform the manufacturing of cannabis-derived and cannabis-infused products and extracts, such as lozenge, topical formulations, and other permitted products and adhere to cGMP’s and packaging/labeling and other requirements from the Standard and other regulations referenced therein;
- Create a detailed QA/QC plan and procedures and direct the CCRI QA/QC plan;
- Formulate and invent analysis and extraction processes and systems;
- Participate in laboratory maintenance and expansion design;
- Assist in authoring and the maintenance standard operating procedures, ensuring that the SOPs also incorporate and meet or exceed AHPA guidelines and best practices for pharmaceutical manufacturing;
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Research, development, and chemical analysis, including collaborating with scientific/medical personnel to conduct research in connection with the palliative and curative potential of cannabis and its constituent cannabinoid chemicals in order to enhance the pharmacological understanding and medicinal value of cannabis and its alleviative effects on symptoms and debilitating conditions;
- Collaborate with Director of Products Manufacturing and other personnel to conduct research to enhance the understanding of how different patients or their debilitating illnesses interact with specific cannabis properties, brands, strains, dosages, potencies, and forms of delivery;
- Help prepare and coordinate presentations and lectures to various audiences, and oversee and author training curricula;
- Such other functions as directed by management or the Board.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience:
Organic and pharmaceutical chemistry, analytical chemistry, lab design, pharmaceutical manufacturing, scientific and SOP writing, cGMPs, pharmacology, and/or pharmaceutical technology.
Education:
B.S., Ph.D, M.S., M.Sc or their equivalents in Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related field strongly preferred. At a minimum, qualified individuals will, by possession of a recognized degree, certificate, or professional standing, or by extensive knowledge, training and experience. Examples of a qualified individual include without limitation those who possess a recognized degree, certificate, or professional standing, or extensive knowledge, training and experience in general, in: organic and pharmaceutical chemistry; analytical chemistry, including analysis of medicinal products; pharmacology; pharmaceutical technology; or pharmacognosy.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for retail sales and educating patients about the state's medical marijuana program and the dispensary's products, state laws and regulations, patients' rights, ancillary products, patient privacy, and methods of consumption. Responsibilities also include the dispensing of medical marijuana to patients and data entry into point-of-sale and inventory tracking systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Dispense medical marijuana, marijuana-infused or derived products, and ancillary products to qualified patients in accordance with State laws, regulations, and directives.
- Learn and effectively communicate information to patients regarding cannabinoids and terpenes; different strains and relevant symptom relief; proper dosages and potency; medical efficacy of marijuana; adverse effects; safe consumption; methods of delivery; etc.
- Ensure a patient-friendly environment and provide exemplary service to the dispensary's customers.
- Implement all point-of-sale procedures including patient identification and verification; product storage, packaging and labeling; register; and security.
