Field Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for passionate and dedicated team members who are natural salespeople and love our products as much as we do! Your role is to sell our fine products by making regularly scheduled in-person sales calls to approximately 40 to 60 established retail accounts. In addition, you will be actively seeking to develop new clients, as well as managing the release and sales of new products.

- Build business through extreme client focus. Show respect and treat clients as long term partners. Work to grow both party’s businesses.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals. Review goals quarterly with the assistance of the Global Sales Manager and Sales Coach and Trainer.
- Actively pursue new accounts in the gardening, hydroponic, or consumer goods sectors. Follow up on all communications and requirements related to setting up and starting new accounts.
- Review, address and resolve any outstanding client AR issues.
- Visit all clients, in person, on a regular, rotating basis during normal business hours. Weekends may occasionally be required, particularly during summertime.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of in-person B2B sales experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of sales promotions, effective merchandising, and client rotation techniques is a must.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be proficient with a CRM
- Must be proficient with Smartphones and a basic understanding of Tablets.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license, a clean driving record, proof of car insurance, economical and reliable vehicle.
- Understanding of indoor gardening and/or hydroponics would be a plus

- There will be extensive local travel, upwards of 150 miles per day. Work is performed mainly in client locations but you’re expected to conduct business on the road.

The Demand Planner Program Manager is the Owner of the Demand Planning process (PSI) at Advanced Nutrients. This role is ultimately responsible for the development and accuracy of Demand Plans though the accountability for the data in the demand plan resides with Sales department. This role is responsible for communicating the demand plans to the Master Planner thus improving alignment with the Production and Raw Materials planning processes and objectives within Advanced Nutrients. The incumbent will seek standardization of Demand Planning best practice and also enhance demand planning knowledge and technical skills in the organization thus supporting Regional and Local Demand Planning teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- To maintain and continuously develop the demand planning process driving performance improvements in collaboration with regional and local sites.
- To develop and communicate demand plans to the Master Planner and adjacent departments.
- Develop and track demand plans for new product launches as well as products phasing out interacting with Project teams and Business Unit organizations
- Manage master data related to the Demand Planning Process particularly Product Hierarchies - though these are normally set by Product Management.
- Develop accurate demand plans for the annual Budget process in collaboration with Finance, Procurement and Supply and Production Planning organizations
- Develop and track meaningful Key Performance Indicators for Demand Planning fostering continuous improvement.

JOB SUMMARY: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for completing work orders and

- 2-3 years of in-person B2B sales experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of sales promotions, effective merchandising, and client rotation techniques is a must.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be proficient with a CRM
- Must be proficient with Smartphones and a basic understanding of Tablets.

- Ensure that there are no potential health or safety hazards to workers, that workers and the employer have been apprised of their responsibilities, and that first aid services and equipment meet current criteria
- Undertake compliance audits and ensure the company, site, and team members are compliant
- Participates in investigations, assist with identification of root causes, and develop corrective actions
- Inspecting workplaces (including equipment) to ensure that a safe work environment is being maintained and work procedures reflect effective accident prevention practices
- Monitors Emergency Response Plans and takes appropriate action in response to any emergency

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Two (2) or more years with direct hands-on safety experience in a warehousing, manufacturing or transportation operation
- First Aid Level 2
- Associate’s Degree majoring in safety, occupational health, environmental science, risk management engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience and/or a minimum (5) five years’ of safety experience with OSHA certifications
- Some previous experience working with government agencies in the U.S. and Canada is considered an asset
- Ability to effectively organize and manage large amounts of data
- Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
- Display strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to remain productive with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Receivable Manager will support the AR department and work closely with our Sales department to maintain internal controls in regards to sales orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure that the payment terms are adhered to for Advanced Labs, a subsidiary of Advanced Nutrients. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for processing and monitoring all Advanced Labs sales invoices and payments received from clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approve orders in our ERP system (Sage X3)
- Communicate with the Sales team for any discrepancies with clients
- Collect and post-payment by wire or credit card
- Review and process invoices
- Set up new clients into the ERP System (Sage X3)
- Reconciliation of cash and credit card charges
- Apply Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) credits to invoices
- Create various reports
- Monitor the AR report for any upcoming payments scheduled and to prevent overdue payments
- Prepare the bank deposit
- Perform root cause analysis on problem accounts
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary: The Order Picker is responsible for assembling client sales orders, and preparing shipments for transport. As well as receiving incoming product from our production facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare various shipments from Warehouse Super visor/ pulling the oldest orders first.
- Use electric pallet jack / forklift to pick product quantities as requested on pick lists.
- Orders Accuracy – part number and lot number must match the picking list.
- Accurate documentation - Legibly initial and date the pick list. Document who pulled the order, who verified the order must initial and date the pick list.
- Ensure oldest product is picked and shipped first (first-in-first-out).
- Ensure all packaged product meets or exceeds our product quality criterion, reporting all stock damages to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Place each order on a pallet for verification and to prepare for pickup and transportation.
- Wrap pallets with plastic wrap for shipping
- Place appropriate stickers and the address sheet on the shrink wrap.
- Accurately identify received product. Count and confirm received quantities and corresponding lot numbers.
- Documentation- Sign and date all corresponding documentation.

Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge and compliance of all personal protective equipment and the use of machinery.
- Knowledge of Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations and Dangerous Goods Regulations

Job Summary: The Order Picker is responsible for assembling client sales orders, and preparing shipments for transport. As well as receiving incoming product from our production facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare various shipments from Warehouse Super visor/ pulling the oldest orders first.
- Use electric pallet jack / forklift to pick product quantities as requested on pick lists.
- Orders Accuracy – part number and lot number must match the picking list.
- Accurate documentation - Legibly initial and date the pick list. Document who pulled the order, who verified the order must initial and date the pick list.
- Ensure oldest product is picked and shipped first (first-in-first-out).
- Ensure all packaged product meets or exceeds our product quality criterion, reporting all stock damages to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Place each order on a pallet for verification and to prepare for pickup and transportation.
- Wrap pallets with plastic wrap for shipping
- Place appropriate stickers and the address sheet on the shrink wrap.
- Accurately identify received product. Count and confirm received quantities and corresponding lot numbers.
- Documentation- Sign and date all corresponding documentation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge and compliance of all personal protective equipment and the use of machinery.
- Knowledge of Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations and Dangerous Goods Regulations
- An ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds.
- An ability to operate a forklift (preferred).
- An attention to detail so that pick lists are read/followed correctly.

Job Summary: The Order Picker is responsible for assembling client sales orders, and preparing shipments for transport. As well as receiving incoming product from our production facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare various shipments from Warehouse Super visor/ pulling the oldest orders first.
- Use electric pallet jack / forklift to pick product quantities as requested on pick lists.
- Orders Accuracy – part number and lot number must match the picking list.
- Accurate documentation - Legibly initial and date the pick list. Document who pulled the order, who verified the order must initial and date the pick list.
- Ensure oldest product is picked and shipped first (first-in-first-out).
- Ensure all packaged product meets or exceeds our product quality criterion, reporting all stock damages to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Place each order on a pallet for verification and to prepare for pickup and transportation.

- Place appropriate stickers and the address sheet on the shrink wrap.

- Set up new suppliers in ERP and determine payment options
- Enter new supplier information in ERP (including business name and license, address, banking/payment options, etc)
- Maintain good relations with vendors and resolve any issues that may arise
- Process receiving documents (incoming shipping documents) from various warehouses
- Match receiving documents from the shipment (send from warehouses after they receive them from the courier) to purchase orders in ERP
- Verify prices and quantities are identical
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of previous experience as a buyer or in a similar role
- International purchasing experience, China highly preferred
- Bachelors Degree and Purchasing designations are considered an asset
- Ability to travel.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking Customer Service Representative to support our distribution network. The Customer Service Representative will ensure good working relationship with our customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning purchase orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of the accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes
