POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Retail Store Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail team. Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY
At Thrive, the Retail Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the daily operations at the retail facility. You will complete management and organizational tasks that support the efficiency of the store and create a great customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will work with the Store Manager in providing guidance, direction and development to the store team in order to achieve all revenue, profit and customer service goals.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
Employee Relations
- Leads developing employee schedules based on the store’s needs, forecasting for holidays and any requested time off, ensuring adequate coverage and maximizing efficiency
- Review and approve dispensary Mental Health Days and time off requests
- Maintains accuracy of hours worked in store scheduling platform
- Accurately tracks and reviews employee attendance points, preparing coaching documents when necessary
- Assists with training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees, when needed
- Assists with scheduling and conducting employee evaluations
Customer Service
- Respond to all customer complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Oversees customer interactions by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments to provide coaching to store staff and optimize the customer experience
- Assists with implementing and overseeing customer service standards, suggesting system improvements when necessary
- Upholds excellent customer service standards within the store Leadership Team
Cash Handling
- Assists with facility cash handling and ensures accurate record keeping of cash counts
- Accurately counts down register tills after use- verifying total count to expected amounts and ensuring accuracy in retail cash handling
- Audits for accuracy in unused register tills
Compliance
- Assists with all facility compliance; including but not limited to record keeping, product handling, cash management, and security
- Assists with maintaining facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Uploads digital versions of logs to the store drive
- Maintains records of all employee’s required work cards- ensuring they are active
- Ensure that inventory managed properly in the Dispensary’s ICS and within Metrc
- Completes mock audits with Store Leadership, ensuring the facility stays audit ready and store staff is adequately trained on compliance standards
Leadership
- Works closely with Store and Executive Leadership to improve customer satisfaction and exceed sales goals
- Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, and industry news
- Motivates employees through proactive leadership
- Monitors activities of store employees to minimize errors, suggesting procedural updates when necessary
- Delegates tasks to facility employees

POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing retail operations, management and staff. The objective of this position is to maintain compliance, sales goals, and overall operational duties for assigned retail stores. The Retail Store Manager acts as a coach to all retail staff and as a resource to each employee to help inspire the success of their retail location. BENEFITS SUMMARY
The Company provides access to group health insurance, dental and vision insurance, EAP, as well as other benefits that may become common in the industry. PTO hours will be distributed as follows: 40 hours upon the first day of position, 80 hours on the anniversary of the first day, with 40 hours added every year following, capping out at 120 hours. PTO hours must be used in the year they are acquired and will not be allowed to roll over. PTO has no monetary value and can not be “cashed out'' at any time during or after employment. Accumulated PTO will include vacation and sick leave.

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Retail Store Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail team. POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an ideal candidate to fill the Controller position based out of our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will manage the financials in accordance with GAAP, help reconcile and maintain all intercompany activity, and assist in the preparation and management of the consolidated financials. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the accounting team, currently 3 full-time employees
- Oversight and responsibility for the accounting of 5 active retail entities, 3 inactive retail entities, 3 production entities, and the corporate shell
- Review of the accuracy of cash and bank activity into GL, filing of required tax forms, the health of AP agings, the accuracy of prepaid/fixed asset/lease liability calculations
- Manage the month-end close process including, but not limited to the preparation of journal entries, income statement/balance sheet account reconciliations, intercompany balances, and variance analyses
- Prepare monthly corporate and retail entity level reports, and coordinate with various corporate and retail to review their financials and ensure accuracy of information
- Perform account reconciliations, including all balance sheet accounts to sub-ledgers, supporting schedules, and intercompany balances
- Assist, prepare, and monitor operational performance against the current budget and business plan
- Annually providing audit support for all entities, including PBC document preparation and analyses
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and update documentation as necessary
- Additional ad hoc requests and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years in accounting, with a preferred concentration in public accounting or GL
- CPA or CA highly preferred
- Manufacturing / Product based industry experience preferred
- Experience with Parent/Subsidiaries and Consolidations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an excellent upbeat attitude with the ability to interact and entertain guests in a professional, cordial and exemplary manner.
- Become educated on every brand we carry including expected effects, benefits, key selling points, and industry trends.
- Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and reactions to different strains/types of cannabis.
- Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, and deals, to assist in hitting monthly sales targets.
- Ensure customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
- Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling customer orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and all cash handling.
- Works as a team to achieve sales goals and encourages team members to provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space.
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
- Arriving on time, in uniform, and meeting grooming standards every shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or lead.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Two years of cannabis industry, customer service and/or sales experience
- Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase/decrease hours based on business needs, including weekends and/or holidays. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Able to pass all background checks as required by the state
- State-issued license card required
- Passion for and knowledge about cannabis

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Agent is responsible for helping the Inventory Manager with all inventory duties. The agent must ensure that inventory is accurate and accounted for at all times. Any and all inventory discrepancies need to be reported directly to the inventory manager upon discovery.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Must conduct daily inventory audits
- Must intake product accurately and efficiently while maintaining state and city compliance laws as well as the intake procedure of the store
- Is responsible for ensuring product is compliant and labeled properly before being entered into the inventory system
- Must report any compliance issues with product immediately to their direct supervisor
- Must move product from back stock to front stock as needed while maintaining accuracy
- Must create mock orders to submit to the purchasing manager
- Organizing front and back stock inventory and displaying it for efficiency
- Must ensure that all products are displayed on the showroom in an effective way to help drive sales
- Must correctly rotate product in and out of inventory using FIFO protocol
- Must ensure that all products and purchase orders are entered in accurately with the proper licensing and documentation required by the State of Nevada
- Other duties including assistance in daily operations and filling other roles within the Company as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education requirements – High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work experience – Minimum 1-3 years experience in inventory, retail, or a related industry environment
