Position Summary:
Our Shift Leads are responsible for the day to day operations and performance of the retail staff. Most time will be spent on maintaining the presentation of the store and team, and ensuring guests receive high quality service while upholding the Urbn Leaf brand standards and expectations. Shift Leads help to run the store during hours of operation under the direction of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee dispensary team including but not limited to: reception, budtenders, budbacks, security, etc.
- Ensure time is effectively spent overseeing team and guest experience.
- Ensure all technology platforms are updated with our most current information (specials, events, marketing materials)
- Ensure all staff is on time, well-groomed and in clean uniforms
- Handle all returns, exchanges and employee purchases
- Ensure that Inventory Controller is notified of all returns so this may be communicated to the vendor and product replaced or credit given
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed and the venue is completely secured before departing at night or opening in the morning
- Meet with management team to ensure proper follow-up on all action items and address any personnel issues
- Report all relevant operational information to General Manager
- Handle customer issues and concerns in a professional and effective manner
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure the venue is compliant with all pertinent employee rules and regulations
- Execute marketing efforts as directed by the Marketing team

Manages and performs all functions related to overseeing daily operations of a high-volume cannabis retail store. Job Summary
The Retail General Manager is responsible for leading through MedMen's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The Retail General Manager leads a team of assistant managers and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store as well as all other projects and duties assigned.

JOB SUMMARY
The CFO will be responsible for the financial and risk management road maps of the company, including the implementation of a financial and operational cash flow strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and establish weekly, monthly, and yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
- Provide strategic oversight of the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software.
- Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
- Participate in the financing of new and existing initiatives.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Master's (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree with a CFA or CPA designation.
- 10+ years’ of complex financial management experience, with at least 3 years spent in a CFO-level role within an international organization.
- Must have experience in leading a company through the IPO process.
- Possess a keen understanding of transfer pricing and related tax scenarios.
- Proven expertise across all areas of corporate finance, including: Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounting, Administration, and Policies.
- Industry experience in manufacturing with hands-on ERP systems familiarity.
- A flexible, dynamic personality with strong entrepreneurial skills.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel to multiple sites, both domestic and abroad (approximately 25-50%).

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking Customer Service Representative to support our distribution network. The Customer Service Representative will ensure good working relationship with our customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning purchase orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of the accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes
- Coordinates special and last minute shipping requests, expediting any order as necessary
- Communicates customer feedback to management including any signs of dissatisfaction
- Provides follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met
- Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices
- Prepares shipping and tracing information to customers as required
- Produces stock reports to check for product availability
- Oversees all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
- Maintains current and accurate procedure manual, which details the processing requirements for each account.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
- 2+ years' of customer service experience, manufacturing environment experience a plus
- Experience with international distribution preferred
- Ability to input multiple data transactions daily into an ERP system with high accuracy
- ERP system experience, especially with Sage X3 is a bonus
- Highly proficient with Google Suite and MS Office programs

As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Conducting assays for genotoxicity of pure chemicals or complex mixtures from various sources
- Analyze data toward project direction goals and milestones; follow study protocols and technical reports
