Position Overview :
Our team is growing! We are looking for an entry-level sales professional to join our team and deliver sales for the events we sell for our clients. Our clients are large trade shows and conferences, and our sales team sells exhibit and sponsorships which generate revenue for the event. We work across multiple industries including healthcare, technology, aviation, cannabis, bus transportation, and marine science.
Core Responsibilities :
Deliver an active, outbound sales effort to generate revenue for your assigned Client(s);
Spend 75% of your time meeting with prospects and customers via phone, email and video;
Manage sales quotas and deadlines across multiple projects;
Meet regularly with your Sales Manager and our clients to understand major priorities and goals, partner with your sales manager to deliver new ideas to generate revenue;
Prospect and find new leads (estimated 75% of sales will be new business);
Manage needed administrative functions including logging all sales activities in Salesforce and A2Z;
Stay up to date on industry trends in media sales, events, association management, and vertical markets managed;
Communicate effectively with external clients and internal team members to drive sales results.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/communications or business preferred
Preferred internship or other professional work experience
Experience at a non-profit organization, association, and/or foundation a plus
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Salesforce and A2Z experience a plus
Ability to travel to client meetings and events
Ability to be in the Towson, MD office location at least 3x a week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and deliver a positive, supportive impact for MCI USA’s clients. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with our sales and design teams to create and deploy marketing that drives venue for our clients across multiple industries including legal, healthcare, technology, aviation, cannabis, and marine science. What You’ll Do with MCI:

- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
- Act as the key liaison with other internal departments such as sales, creative, and quality assurance
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and bringing those ideas to regular marketing meetings for implementation
What You Need:
- Degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
- 1-3 years relevant marketing experience
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for success
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo), google analytics, salesforce.com a plus!

We work across multiple industries including healthcare, technology, aviation, cannabis, and marine science.
The Sales Coordinator will support several sales teams ensuring and producing work that allows us to meet reporting deadlines, communicate effectively with customers about deadlines and events, market effectively to generate leads and interest in the events, and identify new prospects. This position provides critical support between sales and event operations. In addition, it is an opportunity to learn how to be part of a winning sales team and how to execute live, virtual and hybrid events.
Core Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly sales reporting to internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate with marketing on schedule, copy, metrics and message execution;
- Support teams who are onsite traveling to events;
- Provide communication to prospects and customers about upcoming events;
- Prepare sales materials in coordination with operations and marketing for advance year sales;
- Prospecting and appointment setting for sales team;
- Data support in Salesforce CRM;
- Meet regularly with Sales Managers and sales team to understand major priorities and goals;

Manager- Digital Influence | MCI Group | Events
This position serves as a member of the Marketing Team within the Strategic Events, Meetings & Incentives (SEM&I) Business Unit of MCI USA. The Manager, Digital Influence will lead the strategic direction, driving reach, and brand awareness specific to MCI’s Owned Assets, including Cannabis Business Events (a partnership with the National Cannabis Industry Association), Campus Party Techfest USA, and Lift&Co Expo, as well as for SEM&I client events where marketing is part of the scope of work.
This position will lead and direct the MCI USA Owned Assets events strategy for digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media and content to generate reach and engagement, build community and participation, and positive awareness towards the brand stories and events, and ultimately drive exhibit sales and attendee registrations.
Responsibilities and Functions:

Develop and execute comprehensive and strategic multi-channel marketing plans for MCI USA Owned Asset and SEMI events—for both attendee acquisition and sponsorship sales

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand goals and achieve success against relevant KPIs

Identify and cultivate relationships with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers, continually monitoring performance and optimizing partner lists / focus

Develop content ideas, manage and sign off influencer produced content

Keep abreast of emerging trends, competitor activity, technologies and new influencers/ relevant industry experts, and integrate into strategy where relevant

Collaborate with staff in multiple departments to develop and implement communication strategies and shape messaging across event initiatives and media to reach a variety of audiences

Develop and maintain industry and public relations strategies

Identify marketing goals and KPIs and develop strategy that supports overall brand and business objectives

Drive and manage events’ online reputation and search engine optimization

Support the on-going evolution and development of MCI Owned Asset brands

Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for influencer and awareness campaigns

Track and analyze results of digital and influencer campaigns, and deliver regular summaries as well as optimization recommendations to cross functional teams and leadership

Establish and maintain influencer, digital and content strategy budgets
