Responsibilities:
- Perform processing steps that include purification of crude cannabis extract into decarboxylated oil, distillation of cannabis oil and terpenes, and formulation of finished products
- Track all accurately in the EBR system

Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for supporting the national standardization of processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices at a State level. This role will support ongoing operations, working closely with Quality leadership to continuously improve operations. The QA Manager will also be responsible for training site team members on SOPs using the Quality Management System. This role will develop key relationships with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and maintain all Quality programs and processes within the state.
- Assist in development and implementation of state-specific Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Continuously monitor SOP implementation and operational adherence to written procedures.
- Identify all potential, serious, or chronic problems affecting product quality or compliance.
- Participate in updating Quality procedures and validation processes. Review and assist with policy changes and updates applicable to the state.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and provide technical recommendations in production and packaging.
- Initiate RCA and CAPA for state events and work with compliance and operational teams to correct and document Non-Conformance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sustainment of corrective actions resulting from quality event investigations and internal and external audits.
- Assist, encourage and participate in continuous quality improvement process through reinforcement of product quality, new processing and manufacturing technologies, creation of specifications, and performance and oversight of various auditing and investigation actions.
- Perform audits against cGMP standards and ensure integrity and sustainment of the quality systems.
- Partner with state compliance and operational leadership to ensure the company is maintaining all standards set forth by State and Federal regulations and guidelines
- Monitor preventative maintenance and calibrations for site instrumentation.
- Enforce and monitor the vendor approval process for incoming products and consumables, perform risk evaluations, and as needed conduct supplier audits.

- Integrate State-specific SOPs into the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Asisst site leadership with training and qualification procedures for team members.
- Responsible for communicating all document changes to Document Control Manager to update the centralized document library and ensure document retention in compliance with requirements of 21 CFR part 11.
- Perform periodic review of procedures, forms, logs and master batch records (MBRs).
- Direct and implement changes into procedures identified by Change Control and CAPA processes.
- Track new document creation, administrate document's controlled copies, administrate and archive inactive documents, maintain an active document history file, and ensure user access to controlled document's original copy in collaboration with Document Control Manager.
- Manage the roll-out and adoption of the eQMS at a state level.
- Train and develop staff using SOPs, MBRs, and supporting documents.
- Maintain applicable modules and coordinate routine uploads of required documents into the eQMS.
- Provide guidance to capex planning and execution for equipment and facility design to meet cGMP guidelines.
- Enforce safety and security procedures in compliance with OSHA and local EHS regulations; report potentially unsafe conditions; monitor for proper use of equipment and materials.
- Provide routine status updates and relevant information and priorities to the Quality team.
- Promote a culture of quality and change management by empowering team members and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree required. Degree in life sciences, or similar discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced MS Office and Excel skills required and QMS experience preferred.

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.

We are seeking a Fill Line/Packaging Technician III will be responsible for operating the pharmaceutical capsule and vial filling lines as well as primary and secondary packaging of finished goods. Crew Lead Responsibilities
- Training Lead – Ensure all training activities by Level 2 to Level 1 and Post-Harvest Techs are adequate and junior level team members can demonstrate proficiency. This includes adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.
- Production Metrics – Responsible for ensuring the team meets set manufacturing KPIs and, in the absence of management, delegates tasks accordingly.

Quality Assurance Senior Associate
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance group to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with state and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The QA Specialist will also be responsible for supporting training employees using the Quality Management System, periodic verification of batch records, and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility
- Perform or assist in quality inspections, auditing against cGMP criteria and confirming established product quality requirements are achieved.
- Assist with edits and review of state-specific and applicable national SOPs, policies, and supporting documents.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to QA leadership and Operational team leads, and document accordingly.
- Investigate and participate in quality event investigations and reporting including CAPA, OOS reports, product quality complaints, and adverse event investigations.
- Assist with training team members on processes and procedures using approved documents.
- Perform accurate audit and inspections of cultivation/processing facilities using documentation provided to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and promptly report results to QA and Compliance leadership.
- Assist with document management including SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids in the eQMS and within the facility.
- Support QA leadership in implementing and maintaining a quality management system including the eQMS
- Perform periodic review of procedures, forms, logs and master batch records (MBRs).
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established procedures.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Assist with change control for proposed changes to process or product
- Enforce safety and security procedures in compliance with OSHA and local EHS regulations; report potentially unsafe conditions; monitor for proper use of equipment and materials.

The Security Officer works within Curaleaf's Security Team and is responsible for ensuring company facilities, employees, patients and products are well secured in accordance with established procedures and policies. The company is seeking a self-motivated, efficient, and meticulous warehouse clerk to join our growing team. The receiving and material handling clerk will be responsible for receiving and unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the throughout the facility, and moving inventory and other materials to fulfill orders for production as well as assisting with audits. This position requires a diligent team member who can successfully complete tasks and operate throughout the day autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Move stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment as required.
- Understand and follow all rules and regulations set forth by NY State for handling and inventory of medical marijuana and associated materials.
- Follow all SOPs related to department and job duties and adhere to GMPs.
- Maintain good documentation practices.
- Keep the receiving dock, storage room, and overall warehouse organized and tidy. Implement general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Assist in Inventory reconciliation including audits and cycle counting.
- Perform quality inspections of materials, ensuring that the delivery is completed as requested and that the order meets company and industry standards.
- Fill out inventory/production lists, crosscheck incoming invoices and maintain accurate receiving logs.
- Maintain inventory of shipping/receiving materials and supplies.
- Communicate any security or safety concerns to Logistics/Security teams as needed.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to Supervisor.
- Perform tasks in BioTrack THC and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Supply production with materials needed via batch records and or direct communication with manufacturing.
- Process and returns for incorrect and defective products.
- Maintain an organized and functional storage room utilizing 5S and general warehousing principles.

Cultivation Supervisor
This position will report to the cultivation leadership team and will assist in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility located in Ravena, NY. The individual will manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, IPM, harvest, waste disposal and inventory management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.

The Security Officer works within Curaleaf's Security Team and is responsible for ensuring company facilities, employees, patients and products are well secured in accordance with established procedures and policies. We are seeking a Fill Line/Packaging Technician III will be responsible for operating the pharmaceutical capsule and vial filling lines as well as primary and secondary packaging of finished goods. The Fill Technician will also be responsible for equipment sanitation and sterilization, as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Level 3 – Crew Lead
Crew Lead Responsibilities
- Training Lead – Ensure all training activities by Level 2 to Level 1 and Post-Harvest Techs are adequate and junior level team members can demonstrate proficiency. This includes adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.
- Production Metrics – Responsible for ensuring the team meets set manufacturing KPIs and, in the absence of management, delegates tasks accordingly.
- Testing Samples – Responsible for ensuring lab testing schedule is adhered to and samples are ready and accurate.
- Batch Record oversight – Ensure MBRs per Lot adhere to company guidelines and are accurate. Also, signs-off on first piece check before a run commences and QC line checks throughout.

- Inventory Accuracy & Auditing – Ensures precise and correct counts, BioTrack Inventory accuracy, label accuracy, and assists in audits and investigations as needed.

- Filling and packaging of all flower-based and oil-based products throughout the operation

We are looking for a reliable Shipping Coordinator to manage all deliveries to and from the cultivation facility along with creating and monitoring home deliveries and works closely with the dispensaries and security transportation department to ensure inventory tracking, safe travel paths, and security of our products while in transit.
Responsibilities:
- Set and managing Shipping Calendar
- Manage both transfers and home delivery programs
- Involved in scheduling State testing deliveries
- Verify and match deliveries to orders.
- Determine appropriate shipping routes
- Have clear control of inventory during preparation and transit for travel.
- Work with Inventory Manager to ensure receiving area is organized and clean and meets all compliance factors.
- Own all shipping/tracking info in OnFleet.
- Generate and update operational data for above site use.
- Work with logistics team to ensure all movements are accurate within the seed to sale software.
- Prepare and email manifest and required documents to the Department of Health.
- Follow up on any outstanding orders to determine estimated delivery times.

The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment in a biologics processing environment for cannabis
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales

Role Overview

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Qualifications:

Cultivation Supervisor
This position will report to the cultivation leadership team and will assist in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility located in Ravena, NY. The individual will manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, IPM, harvest, waste disposal and inventory management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Ensure the documented and effective training of entire cultivation team.

Job Description
As the Inventory Supervisor you will be accountable to manage, report, and monitor the company's inventory. This position is crucial as the efficient handling of the company's products and supplies is vital for the attainment of business goals. A successful inventory supervisor is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Inventory transactions are timely entered and updated in Curaleaf internal documents and the state's chosen track and trace system, BioTrack.
- Ensure all cannabis reconciliation is regularly completed
- Track movement of all cannabis within building and between departments
- Establish, set-up, and launch each department's inventory tracking needs
- Create and maintain necessary records and inventory reports for all cannabis and non-cannabis products
- Supervise inventory clerks within the cultivation department
- Perform inventory and miscellaneous analysis as needed
- Coordinate communication between departments regarding inventory movement including packaging, testing, waste, and more
- Remain current and knowledgeable about internal inventory software systems and potential options
- Learn and maintain continual awareness and understanding of complete set of specific rules and regulations determined by the law and by the commission
- Maintain and create detailed reports to present to the Cultivation leadership team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, plus three to five years' experience in a similar role

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION
The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment in a biologics processing environment for cannabis
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC)
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Adhere to departmental, site, and corporate safety policies
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to maintain PA standards
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelves
- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products with no micro-contamination introduced into the process or material
- Assembles secondary packaging and the final product
Job Qualification Requirements:

Fertigation Technician
The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technician may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements. Including weekends, holidays, and over-time
Qualifications:

Level 3 - Crew Lead
Crew Lead Definition – Responsible for ensuring group tasks throughout the facility are completed in the timeframe prescribed by management (tasks including but are not limited to; pruning, transplanting/moving plants, harvesting, cloning, cleaning, IPM tasks, etc.). The Crew Lead can direct team members but has no disciplining authority. The Crew Lead will work alongside the group. Crew Lead responsibilities are subject to change at any time. Note that all Growers can be assigned to work any task in any Cultivation Department room or area at any time based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications and Additional Responsibilities
- A Crew Lead must prove proficiency in all Level 1 and Level 2 Primary and Supplemental Lead Role definitions.
- The Crew Lead acts as the back-up for all positions within the Department. They are required to cover a room or area when any Lead is out.
- Level 3 may still be required to have a Primary and/or Supplemental Lead role.
- The Crew Lead is also the primary back-up for both the IPM and Irrigation Technicians. They will assist both Technicians as needed and cover all IPM or Irrigation Tech responsibilities when either are out.
- The responsibilities and oversight within both IPM and Irrigation are at management discretion.
Grower – General (applies to all Levels)
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Implement good agricultural practices (GAPs) and follow all GMPs and Facility Rules
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Keep good records of all practices implemented and data collected as pertaining to Lead responsibilities
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, including automated and hand watering, cloning, propagation, transplanting, pruning, topping, defoliating, trellising, and harvesting.
- Typical daily work tasks required include (but not limited to); pruning, transplanting/moving plants, harvesting, cloning, hand watering, cleaning, IPM tasks, inventory management, etc.
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed - Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms - Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment - Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop

The Production Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures.

The Quality Technician will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished Gummies meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to site and regional leaders and document accordingly.
- Advise operators of problems and follow up to ensure resolution; troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Investigate and participate in correction activities as directed.
- Assist (or responsible?) with calibration, preventative, and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Continuously monitor processes to ensure sampling is appropriate to the product; color, flavor, weight, size, and appearance of the finished product meets specifications.
- Oversee QC for changeovers from one product or batch to another; ensure equipment and product continues to meet all specifications.
- Works with and trains new employees in all facets of Gummy manufacturing operation.
- Ensure work areas are maintained, organized, and in compliance with sanitary requirements.
- Accurately complete documentation and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; responsible for maintaining traceability in seed-to-sale and information management systems.
- Perform duties related to sampling and testing as required by production and staffing needs.
- Provide guidance on placement of operators and others on the production line.
- Possesses knowledge of the sanitation, safety, and requirements for food processing, handling, and storage in manufacturing of Gummy products.
- Responsible for CIP operation throughout all equipment used in the process to manufacture Gummy products.
- Understand the interface between the Gummy Kitchen operation and the equipment operation.
- Maintain HACCP for all products and processes manufactured onsite.
- Lifts containers of in-process, finished, or waste products and transports within the facility as necessary.
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety rules, standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
- Responsible for destruction of designated Gummy products.
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality and change management.
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Degree preferred in analytical chemistry or similar/related field
- Certification: None
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of one year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing process
- Analytical instrumentation experience preferred
- Analytical experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities is required
- Prior lead experience preferred

The Accounting Manager (NY/NJ Region) will direct the organization's financial reporting and planning, accounting practices, as well as manage relationships with financial institutions and third-party vendors. The Accounting Manager reports to the Regional Finance and Accounting VP. The Accounting Manager will manage and direct the actives of the accounting team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the month end closing cycle
- Maintain the financial reporting software (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Create and record monthly journal entries (revenue, inventory, COGS, lease, depreciation expense, prepaid amortization, etc.)
- Coordinate with the external auditors to execute the interim and year-end financial statement audit
- Assist the tax team with financial requests
- Responsible for bank reconciliations
- Responsible for payroll reporting
- Cost accounting to effectively track and report on cultivation and processing cost metrics
- Costing of new products
- Gross Margin tracking and analysis
- Report monthly financial statements and respective metrics to Corporate Executive Team
- Manage department and construction budgets and ensure overages, if any, are closely monitored and reported
- Create and report departmental and consolidated budgets each fiscal year
- Create accurate and relevant monthly performance financial statements and reports
- Manage the accounts payable function and ensure timeliness of vendor payments

- Secure banking relationship and remain in compliance with bank reporting requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Job Duties:
- Report directly to the Facilities Manager and understand all aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
- Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs
- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
- Respond to emergencies
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation
- Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
- Maintain all facilities equipment, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and infrastructure throughout site to ensure efficient operation and productivity targets
- Partner with Facilities Manager to manage facility vendors, service agreements, repair schedules to keep operation running with proactive systems maintenance; develop a preventative maintenance schedule and integrate with site functions
- Partner with Facilities Manager to effectively manage the repair, maintenance, and safety budget while minimizing down time and assuring facilities are maintained to Good Manufacturing Practice
- Assure that cultivation and manufacturing facility maintains GDP and GAP hygiene standards

Job Qualification Requirements:

The Fertigation Supervisor will ensure all irrigation and nutrient feeding requirements are followed accordingly for both sides of the Webster cultivation facility. Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Operates power equipment and hand tools to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and related components, including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop nutrient programs with the Cultivation Manager to ensure strain-specific needs are met
- Maintain strategy for crop irrigation and feeding schedules
- Work closely with the growing team to ensure irrigation plan is appropriately implemented and maintained
- Partner with Cultivation Manager to maintain inventory of all chemicals and fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Make daily adjustments to the irrigation schedule

Grower – General (applies to all Levels)
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Implement good agricultural practices (GAPs) and follow all GMPs and Facility Rules
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Keep good records of all practices implemented and data collected as pertaining to Lead responsibilities
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, including automated and hand watering, cloning, propagation, transplanting, pruning, topping, defoliating, trellising, and harvesting.
- Typical daily work tasks required include (but not limited to); pruning, transplanting/moving plants, harvesting, cloning, hand watering, cleaning, IPM tasks, inventory management, etc.
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed

Level 2 - Technician Backup Lead
Technician Backup Lead Responsibilities – Assists both the IPM and Irrigation Technicians as needed and covers all technician duties when either are out. The responsibilities and oversight within both IPM and Irrigation are at management discretion.
Compliance:
- Ensure cultivation operation is fully compliant with state regulations and federal and state law.
- Assure that all operations adhere to business and industry license requirements.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the grow and document production by completing forms, reports, logs and records as required.

The Security Officer works within Curaleaf's Security Team and is responsible for ensuring company facilities, employees, patients and products are well secured in accordance with established procedures and policies. The Security Officer is responsible for conducting security checks, viewing security monitors, and reporting significant problems to authorities, state regulators and Company leaders assigned as first point of contact. Job Duties:
- Preparing for production by reviewing production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant materials and supplies for extraction.
- Operating highly sophisticated extraction equipment; Processing concentrates and extracts
- Cleaning and maintaining extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment.
- Operating, maintaining, adjusting, and repairing laboratory equipment such as extraction vessels, heating jackets, CO2 pumps, CO2 recycler, balances, centrifuges, and other laboratory equipment.
- Operating extraction equipment to harvest terpene extracts and cannabinoid-containing extracts.
- Operating highly sophisticated purification equipment to convert crude oil into decarboxylated oil.
- Following procedures for extract purification including ethanol addition, winterization, centrifugation, distillation, filtration, rotary evaporation, and decarboxylation.
- Assisting with the development of further purification processes and in-process materials, including processes for new products.
- Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed, maintaining inventory within state-issued cannabis inventory software.
- Storing supplies and equipment, disposing of waste according to state guidelines, and keeping laboratory, storerooms and working areas immaculate.
- Washing and sanitizing laboratory glassware.
- Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, and filing.

The Extraction Lab Technician assists the Laboratory Manufacturing team by maintaining quality control measures in the extraction process and thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality product. Job Duties:
- Preparing for production by reviewing production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant materials and supplies for extraction.
- Operating highly sophisticated extraction equipment; Processing concentrates and extracts
- Cleaning and maintaining extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment.
- Operating, maintaining, adjusting, and repairing laboratory equipment such as extraction vessels, heating jackets, CO2 pumps, CO2 recycler, balances, centrifuges, and other laboratory equipment.
- Operating extraction equipment to harvest terpene extracts and cannabinoid-containing extracts.
- Operating highly sophisticated purification equipment to convert crude oil into decarboxylated oil.
- Following procedures for extract purification including ethanol addition, winterization, centrifugation, distillation, filtration, rotary evaporation, and decarboxylation.
- Assisting with the development of further purification processes and in-process materials, including processes for new products.
- Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed, maintaining inventory within state-issued cannabis inventory software.
- Storing supplies and equipment, disposing of waste according to state guidelines, and keeping laboratory, storerooms and working areas immaculate.
- Washing and sanitizing laboratory glassware.
- Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, and filing.
- Maintaining material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products.
- Performing related duties as assigned
Compliance:
- Ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state regulations and federal and state law.
- Assure that operation adheres to all business and industry license requirements.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory and documents production by completing forms, reports, logs and batch records
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Associates Degree with 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with Supercritical Extraction highly preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Present a professional appearance and wear specifically required casual apparel as supplied.
- Attend mandatory training prior to event activation.
- Be on-site on time for training and all event activations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of the cannabis/marijuana industry and the culture surrounding its benefits and use.
- Familiarity with cannabis collectives in Southern California.
- Prior event marketing experience and experience representing brands. Preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
- Energetic and confident in engaging with consumers.
- Ability to respond under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work extended hours including on weekends.
- Unlimited access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must hold an active doctors recommendation for the use of medical marijuana.
- Regular physical activity may be required. For example, setting up promotional materials, comfortably lifting up to 50 lbs.
