Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that includes being responsible for assisting with cultivating operations, including production, product quality, safety, and inventory. The Assistant Cultivator Tech must have excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills to interact and assist and train other cultivators and trimmers. A Cultivator I is an essential role to the success of the 12 Peaks Farms Production Process and the Long Play portfolio of brands. They must be able to perform entry level cultivation tasks including but not limited to filling pots with soil, moving plants and containers, lifting heavy materials, submitting daily reports to management, cleaning greenhouse facilities, operating heavy machinery, cloning, pruning, and watering plants, utilizing Argus irrigation systems, and achieving daily operations via the direction of a supervisor. Daily work is performed in a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
All 12 Peaks Farms team members must adhere to state cannabis regulations and corporate standards. Successful team members demonstrate a high level of professionalism, work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments, and assume accountability for compliance, performance, and overall behavior.
This position reports to a functional level supervisor (i.e., Cultivation Supervisor, Fertigation Supervisor, or Propagation Supervisor).

Cultivation Technician are responsible for care, maintenance, and sanitization of the cultivation facility and equipment. As directed by Bay Leads attending to the plants including watering, up-potting, training, topping, and movement of plant material and green waste.

We are building a team of approximately 8 post-harvest techs to assist the Post-Harvest Manager in carrying out all tasks in the dry and trim rooms, including harvesting, moisture data collection, destemming, running the twister t2 mechanized trim line, curing, and final packaging.
Core Responsibilities:
-- Assist the Director of Cultivation and Post-Harvest Manager with all tasks
This includes harvesting and sectioning, drying and moisture data analysis, mechanized and hand trimming, sorting, curing, final packaging, and order picking and manifest creation.
-- Cleaning and IPM
All employees will apply sanitizers using a hydraulic sprayer or fogger, along with scrubbing and sanitization of totes, bins, racks, and floors. As part of our Integrated Pest Management program, all employees will be required to wear scrubs and work shoes at all times while in "clean" sections of the facility. No cigarette smoking will be permitted before or during work (and is a violation of state law on our premises).
-- Tagging and Tracking
All techs and leads will assist in tracking and documenting plant weights and packages using Metrc and Flourish software. Techs will assist with keeping all harvest plants compliantly tagged, tracked and weighed, and assist with regular audits using our mobile workstations. Basic experience with Windows and the Office suite, as well as typing proficiency (30 words per minute) is required.
-- Safety
Sweet Cut follows all applicable state and federal laws pertaining to employee safety, including all OSHA regulations. Employees must rigorously uphold all safety practices contained in the standard operating procedures, and be able to wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment, including respirator masks, safety goggles, fall arrest harnesses, and spray suits.
Required Experience and Skills:
-- Applicants should be able to hand trim 2-3 lbs/day. A College degree is a plus.
-- The Post-Harvest tech roles are entry level positions, and no professional experience is required. However, all applicants must be able to meet production KPIs, and be on their feet for a 10 hour day. All applicants also must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds, while sitting, standing, and kneeling.
-- Applicants are expected to have basic PC literacy and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as being able to type.

Grow Support

Job Summary
The Cannabis Cultivator is responsible for plant care in all stages of the cannabis life-cycle growth to include germination, vegetation, flowering, trimming, drying, and milling. The Team Member carefully logs, monitors and tracks all plants in the company’s inventory tracking system in compliance with state regulations. This position starts in post harvest processing and evolves to live plant maintnence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Breakdown flowers off stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product. This includes identifying and separating fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower
- Sit or stand for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming. Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming: adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
- Weighing and recording weights including green waste and using METRC as applicable
- Track the metrics for the trimming process
- Clean up all production areas and tools between strains and at the end of every shift
- Understand and follow all rules and regulations for harvest and inventory management including wet weight measurements, dry weight measurements, and harvest batch requirements as set out in the State of Michigan regulations
- Understand and follow all safety protocols, compliance and SOP’s. Help refine and develop SOPs through each stage of the post-harvest process.
- Follow all state regulations, SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
- Perform nutrient mixing, PH checks, and transplanting.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Check and water all plants in the rooms as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Examine plant leaves noting coloring to detect the presence of insects, disease, mildew, or mold and immediately bring to the attention of Lead Grower and Master Grower.
- Monitor and track environmental factors, including temperature, humidity, and water levels.
- Move plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another, including transport of harvested plants to drying rooms and hanging plants to dry.
- Record all information about plants and plant growth.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes, and maintain equipment in accordance with sanitation standards including the washing of pots/trays/lights, etc.
- Monitor, log, and track plants in the company’s inventory tracking systems per MRA regulation.
- Remain aware of harvest and trim support supplies inventories to include but not limited to gloves, isopropyl alcohol, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, and any other personal protection or production equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks and report any needs to the Lead Grower and/or Master Grower.
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties, including but not limited to, state regulations, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, work schedules, timesheet recording, and confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements.

We are an up and coming fully vertical cannabis company, we are seeking an experienced cultivation technician to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring plant growth, pruning and transplanting plants, handling equipment and nutrients and any other tasks required by the lead cultivator. As a team member you need to be able to follow directions, be a critical thinker and outgoing, be attentive to detail, multitasker and having a positive attitude is always a plus. You will also need to be able to lift at least 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and perform physical labor in tight spaces.

Cannabis Lab Technician
JOB OVERVIEW: The Lab Technician supports the preparation and execution of the extraction process. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, efficacy, and efficiency of the manufacturing processes.
The Lab Technician will strictly follow the company’s standard operating procedures and quality control measures to maintain production of high-quality products. The position is responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks including prepping, measuring, extracting, refining, and packaging of cannabis products.
The Lab Technician must monitor and maintain the laboratory environment in accordance with company needs and state regulations.
REPORTS TO: Head of Extraction
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Properly handle pre-extraction plant matter with care and attention. Perform extractions following standard operating procedures. Provide vital systematic cleaning and sanitization of the extraction laboratory. Understand and comply to procedures, methodologies, and compliance steps for tracking cannabis product from seed to sale. Accurately calibrate scales and balances to ensure proper measurement of products. Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing, standard operating procedures and proper documentation. Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net and other personal protective equipment, etc. Sanitize all production equipment and tools including workspace, utensils, containers, and machinery. Assist Head of Extraction with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with state regulations. Assist Head of Extraction with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates. Ensure the above information is accurate, appropriately documented and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures. Additional job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: Must have knowledge of or in the process of learning about cannabis processing and extraction. Have strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills; team player. Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment. Must be 21+, with a valid State ID

Will aid in the growing process while maintaining correct storage, labeling, and inventory management of all finished product. Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice.
Responsibilities
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Must work well independently
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).

A Cultivator I is an essential role to the success of the 12 Peaks Farms Production Process and the Long Play portfolio of brands. They must be able to perform entry level cultivation tasks including but not limited to filling pots with soil, moving plants and containers, lifting heavy materials, submitting daily reports to management, cleaning greenhouse facilities, operating heavy machinery, cloning, pruning, and watering plants, utilizing Argus irrigation systems, and achieving daily operations via the direction of a supervisor. Daily work is performed in a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
All 12 Peaks Farms team members must adhere to state cannabis regulations and corporate standards. Successful team members demonstrate a high level of professionalism, work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments, and assume accountability for compliance, performance, and overall behavior.
This position reports to a functional level supervisor (i.e., Cultivation Supervisor, Fertigation Supervisor, or Propagation Supervisor).

Responsible for cultivating, & packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different Organic Remedies SKUs. Will aid in the growing process while maintaining correct storage, labeling, and inventory management of all finished product. Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice.
Responsibilities
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Must work well independently
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).
- Other Duties as needed.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Summary/Objective
The Indoor Cultivation Manager is responsible for all aspects of management, including overseeing cannabis growing and cultivation management by strategizing cannabis production over the year and monitoring the progress of crops for optimal quality, health, and yield. This role requires experience as a managing grower. This position also requires organization and confidence in growing abilities, a great feel for the health of the plants and experience in advising a highly productive team of growers and associated staff.
Job Skills, Abilities, Qualifications:
· Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field, plus 8-10 years’ experience in commercial agriculture and related agricultural engineering as outlined below.
· Manage climate control systems to ensure that crops benefit from optimal environmental conditions.
· Perform testing and chemical analysis to determine appropriate nutritional regimen for each plant variety.
· Monitor all plant needs in the facilities including irrigation, fertilizer, nutrients, insect and disease management, and crop timing.
· Provide technical growing expertise, advice, and direction to team members.
· Adhere to work safety standards in day-to-day operations.
· Ordering and Intake of supplies.
· pH and EC testing and application of corrective measures as needed.
· Cloning/Transplanting/Propagating plant stock.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to plan-ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem solve.

A Cultivator I is an essential role to the success of the 12 Peaks Farms Production Process and the Long Play portfolio of brands. They must be able to perform entry level cultivation tasks including but not limited to filling pots with soil, moving plants and containers, lifting heavy materials, submitting daily reports to management, cleaning greenhouse facilities, operating heavy machinery, cloning, pruning, and watering plants, utilizing Argus irrigation systems, and achieving daily operations via the direction of a supervisor. Daily work is performed in a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
All 12 Peaks Farms team members must adhere to state cannabis regulations and corporate standards. Position Summary:
The Cultivator I is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. Cultivation Agents will assist with all stages of the cultivation process to include planting, watering, fertilizing, trimming, pruning, and harvesting while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient production area. Agents will maintain and monitor plant production and quality control measures in compliance with state regulations and standards set by Standard Wellness.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure overall plant health by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming according to industry best practices and as directed by the Cultivation Manager
- Monitor plants throughout the grow process for disease and pest infestations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
- Assist Cultivation Manager with documentation of plants from germination to harvest, including tracking, lot numbers, and application of any product applied to any plant within the cultivation facility
- Follow all General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Overview :
The Cannabis Cultivator will work with the Operations Manager and other Cultivator’s in developing, implementing and managing the plant health and production. The Cannabis Cultivator will be responsible for the daily operations including processes and procedures within; propagation, vegetation, flowering and harvest.
This role will include working independently as well as part of a team and will require someone who will consistently seek to increase their knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Monitoring growing conditions
- Inspecting crops for: leaf texture, bloom size, the existence of pests and disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase
- Any other tasks and duties as required by management
Cloning: Cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling and inventory.
Watering: Mixing nutrients, ensuring correct feed parameters (pH, ppm, temperature), feed schedule
IMP/Plant Health: Identifying common nutrient deficiencies/toxicities, common pests and disease identification, and the correct treatment.

- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Assist in trellising, pruning, shaping, and training cannabis plants
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all cultivation areas
- Input plant movement, harvesting, trimming, and all required information in METRC
- Harvesting, trimming and packaging all plant material
- Packaging and weighing product with quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Upkeeping maintenance and proper care of equipment
- Reporting to manager any plants that show stress, diseases, pests
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow facility
- General upkeep of facility by sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning equipment, wiping down tables, removing trash, etc.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
Must have accountability, proactive behavior, ability to stay on task working alone and with coworkers, and strong attention to detail
Ability to lift / move 25 pounds
Must have a flexible schedule to ensure plant management including availability to work weekends
Must be able to receive an Adult Use Individual Identification Card (IIC) from the State of Maine (background check required).
