- Maintain a clean work space to prevent cross-contamination
- Perform quality assurance checks during cultivation
- Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedure
- Basic cannabis anatomy knowledge a plus
- Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination

Qualifications:

HR Business Partner/Manager, Cultivation
We are currently seeking a strategic HRBP/HR Manager to support our Cultivation facilities. You will be leading Human Resources activities and support our Business Leaders. You will be responsible for shaping the employee experience, ensuring the company's talent grows in meaningful ways, and ensuring business leaders and HR are as successful as possible. In this role, the HRBP/Manager contributes to and leads execution of People Team strategies and tactics to support the needs for 250+ employees located in Illinois, Arkansas, Missouri, and Florida. They will serve as an expert consultant to business leaders on all talent matters, including employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, organizational design, learning needs/opportunities and conflict resolution.
This role works on site and is based in the Delavan at our facility in Delavan, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Craft and execute the local talent management strategy and own the ongoing support for people development.
- Regularly meet with managers and employees across the cultivation facilities both virtually and in person.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulations related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risk and ensuring compliance. Partners with the People and legal department as needed.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with Operations leadership, site General Managers, department managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Summary:
Revolution Cannabis is hiring a process driven Manufacturing Supervisor to support all aspects of manufacturing which includes but is not limited to flower weighing, pre-roll production, labeling and order processing. The Manufacturing Supervisor will coach and motivate their team to attain production targets while maintaining Revolution's highest quality standards. The Manufacturing Supervisor will monitor quality, production level and ensure regulatory compliance while taking corrective action in real time when necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Observe all safety practices and guidelines while executing tasks in order to provide a safe work environment for our employees
- Train and coach employees in all aspects of their job to attain Revolution Quality Standards
- Created and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and reorder supplies when necessary
- Oversee day to day filling, packaging, and labeling of finished goods
- Check and document product(s) in and out of the vault to fill orders.
- Build system of checks and balances to ensure rigorous quality and documentation integrity
- Adhere to all internal procedures (SOP/GMP) and external regulations
- Direct and plan workflow(s)based on labor/time and automation constraints

Corporate Controller

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Controller for our corporate office in our Chicago headquarters to oversee our fast growing, dynamic and accounting department. This position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating monthly/quarterly/annual close process, with a particular focus on consolidations. This individual will guide the accounting team's close process and will review/approve all financials in conjunction with the Chief Accounting Officer.
- Responsible for treasury functions which include daily cash reporting, overseeing the weekly vendor payment cycle, and ensuring staff complete bank recs accurately on a daily basis.
- Work directly with external auditors to coordinate annual audit process.
- Build operational reports for consumption by senior management.
- Liaise with FP&A to build a formal budgeting process and analyze budget to actual on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all tax compliance is completed timely and accurately – sales/use tax, cultivation tax, income tax.
- Work with IT team to enhance use of the Company's ERP for purchasing/cash flow planning, inventory tracking.
- Manage ad hoc projects assigned by finance senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting, and Licensed CPA required.
- 10+ years of proven progressive accounting experience, with the ability to articulate key successes during career.
- Ability to manage and grow a team of 6+ individuals in a consistently changing environment.
- Ability to manage the monthly and quarterly close process for 16+ operating entities.
- Ability to prepare quarterly financial statements and to work with the FP&A group on various reporting for CFO/Board meetings.
- Desire to work with various members of the operations/legal/compliance teams to initiate and manage change in operational processes that affect the accounting close.
- Experience overseeing an annual audit that includes complicated deal structures, technical accounting topics, inventory, and multi-entity consolidation.
- Experience overseeing tax return preparation, both P-ship and C-corp.
- Complete understanding of the consolidation process for a multi-entity business with various entity and ownership structures.
- Understanding of, and the ability to articulate knowledge pertaining to an internal control environment for financial reporting.
- Able to form opinions and make decisions geared towards moving the accounting and finance department forward. Must have a clear sense of materiality and risk when forming those opinions and decisions.
- Advanced Excel and data management skills, and ability to provide examples of such.
- System expertise in utilizing an ERP and/or a fully integrated accounting software system, preferably a Microsoft product such as Great Plains, Navision.

The Inventory Auditor is responsible for maintaining continuous accurate inventory counts for all aspects of cultivation center production, including cultivation center supplies, inputs, seeds, cuttings, plants, harvested flower and other materials, green waste, flower for extraction, intermediate and end cannabis products, in process and packaged for sale inventory, while remaining compliant with state/federal, and other regulatory authorities and organizations.

- Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries as needed.

The Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas as well as to maintain quality control measures. - Operate laboratory instruments, make observations, calculate and record results.

- Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production lines and collecting samples for analysis.

Essential Functions:
- Interior foot patrols
- Exterior patrols on foot and/or in a vehicle
- Monitoring Video Surveillance System for suspicious/illegal/non-compliant activity and for various operation functions as determined
- Monitoring the Engineered Access Control system and following protocol for access to the facility and controlled areas within the facility.
- Maintaining visitor and employee logs
- Report writing post event, for operational information, and departmental documentation
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency personnel
- Administer CPR and First Aid measures until local EMS arrives if needed
- Weather monitoring and emergency response
- Monitoring and reporting violations of overall safety and security procedures throughout the assigned facility
Qualifications:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is essential to providing a welcoming, safe, and educational customer experience at Enlightened dispensaries. The ASM will be responsible for upholding operational compliance with state laws and federal laws, ensuring efficient dispensary operations, supporting team development, perform Human Resources duties, oversee standardized procedures, and other duties assigned to you by the General Manager and Headquarter Team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing, supervising, and directing dispensary operations and staff;

Community Outreach –
- Serve as a liaison to the local community;
- Develop and leverage community relationships with local organizations and affiliated ancillary businesses, in partnership with the headquarters Community Manager;
- Monitor and maintain dispensary communications via email, social media platforms, and in-store customer inquiries;
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Marketing Department to create social media strategies driven by standardized branding initiatives
Inventory Operations –
- Maintain inventory protocols according to both state regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Assist in the implementation of best practices, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures;
- Organize daily inventory audits and understand how to investigate & reconcile discrepancies;
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure loss prevention protocols are understood and followed by entire team;
- Inventory receipt management;
- Management of CRM software including but not limited to IHeartJane, Weedmaps, and Hubspot.
- Ensure accuracy of front-facing product menus;
- Liaise with internal organization and other external stakeholders to uphold brand integrity and company standards;
- Work alongside the headquarters Buying Team to ensure product assortment drives sales and traffic;
- Maintain store FIFO and work with Buying Team to determine liquidation plans on expiring products;
- Work closely with management team on new product arrivals to ensure staff education
Selling/Customer Experience –
- Orchestrate staff training on customer engagement and product knowledge to ensure best-in-class customer experience;
- Liaise with fellow managers to plan daily training topics in pre-shift meetings and maintain an educational cadence of topics for store;
- Track store team matrix on training topics and products covered;
- Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor to guide, coach, and lead the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis, utilizing downtime to coach in the moment with Cannabis Guides and peer managers to elevate selling and service;
- Be aware and create training plan of new products and company initiatives for entire team;
- Collaborate with headquarters Retail Operations Team on store communication and ensure messages are disseminated to store team;
- Follow up with team members on personal sales performance

The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations activities, such as heavy maintenance repair and modifications, executive interior modifications and upgrades.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual with experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent and effective problem solving, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Essential Functions:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, HVAC technicians, electricians, and other support staff. Assist in the training, provide on-going support, and provide structured development of the managed team.
- Establish a preventive and predictive maintenance plan for a comprehensive array of critical assets and equipment.
- Manage the preventative and on-going maintenance on other non-equipment assets, including but not limited to plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, flooring systems, ceiling and wall systems, doors & windows, exterior systems, cultivation & processing systems, etc.
- Implement, and manage a preventative maintenance computer software platform.
- Create and manage a dynamic inventory control systems for all facility assets and related maintenance parts and consumables. Automate the re-ordering, receiving, warehousing and audits of equipment,
- Create initial and routine maintenance Inspection Log for all assets / equipment. Recommend repair and/or replacement based on evaluation of records and inspections.
- Establish strong relationships with vendor and technicians on existing and future equipment, parts, rental equipment, and contracted repairs.
- Routinely review operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment.
- Manage and provide quality-assurance oversite on all equipment repairs and regularly scheduled maintenance
- Lead facility energy efficiency and rebates initiatives.
- Assist with managing the installation of new and replacement equipment, including required supporting infrastructure.
- Manage the overall maintenance of the on-site microgrid power plant, including overseeing contracted support, internal technicians, and vendors.
- Provide technical assistance to Managers, Shift Managers and leads.
- Maintain blueprints, service manuals, work orders, and records for all assets and parts.
- Prepare and maintain the maintenance budget, track all costs, and estimate time and material costs of repair or modification work. Prepare and manage capital equipment installation projects.
- Develops policies, procedures, and SOPs related to the maintenance program at the facility and for corporate use.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends when required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.Associates degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale facility maintenance programs and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining food production and packaging lines (preferred)
- Experience operating and maintaining a multi-engine microgrid of 4 MW or greater (preferred).

Our company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! HVAC Technician is responsible for repairing and monitoring HVAC and other air quality systems. They will be responsible for cleaning, maintain and optimizing these systems. Technician will work to locate any dangerous features on an HVAC system that could be harmful to employee or plant health. They'll take note of each time they perform HVAC maintenance and are responsible for logging it for business records.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for guiding 1-2 of Revolution's Brands (Revolution, Spectra, Tales&Travels, Spring Lake, Reigns). Revolution Cannabis is hiring a Director of Quality (DOQ) to oversee the strategic long-term maturation of our manufacturing QA/QC processes. Leadership

- Work extensively with Commercialization to add QC/QA input into product decisions
- Assist Commercialization with QC/QA regarding CPG launches under deadline pressure
- Communicate quality standards/constraints to both internal "customers" and external vendors
- Maintain system to collect and analyze customer opinions and behavior regarding quality
- Collaborate with customer service to codify consumer complaint data distillation
Budgeting
- Update Quality dept. budget in collaboration with other depts. (finance/commercialization)
- Utilize budgeting tools for projection and to achieve financial objectives
- Implement cost optimization procedures and communicate practices to staff
- Work with accounting to generate process costing data and analyses
- Periodically convey all findings (oral and written) to C and VP level executives
Knowledge/Growth
- Expand personal depth and breadth of knowledge of the cannabis market
- Remain current on all information regarding multi-state regulatory statutes
- Keep abreast of all government controls that are "in the pipeline"
- Stay up to date on internal and external cannabis science advancements

We are seeking a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Establish a preventive and predictive maintenance plan for a comprehensive array of critical assets and equipment. Implement and manage a preventative maintenance computer software platform. Develop policies, procedures, and SOPs related to the maintenance program at the facility and for corporate use.
- Self-perform preventative and on-going maintenance on other non-equipment assets, including but not limited to plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, flooring systems, ceiling and wall systems, doors & windows, exterior systems, cultivation & processing systems, etc.
- Self-perform building maintenance repairs and ensure the facilities are in good working order. These repairs include, but are not limited to: cosmetic repairs, commercial door adjustments, changing of light bulbs and filters, basic roof and building envelop repairs.
- Create and manage a dynamic maintenance inventory system for all facility assets and related maintenance parts and consumables. Automate the re-ordering, receiving, warehousing and audits of equipment,
- Create maintenance Inspection Log for all assets / equipment. Recommend repair and/or replacement based on evaluation of records and inspections. Routinely review operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment.
- Self-perform and/or manage the installation of new and replacement equipment, including required supporting infrastructure.
- Maintain blueprints, service manuals, work orders, and records for all assets and parts.
- Prepare and maintain the maintenance budget, track all costs, and estimate time and material costs of repair or modification work. Prepare and manage capital equipment installation projects.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing maintenance programs and self-performing general maintenance on mid-sized facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining food production and packaging lines (preferred)

The Manager, Operational Compliance (MOC) is responsible for monitoring regulatory adherence in multiple cultivation and manufacturing facilities. This includes communicating parameters to staff and acting as a conduit between our compliance department and facility employees. Key responsibilities are having a complete understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the assigned state(s), ensure all facility employees are properly trained on compliant operations, conduct internal audits to ensure complete compliance.
The ideal candidate will act as a liaison with state regulators on behalf of Revolution, provide compliance support to the site operations team on facility changes and product introductions, and make regular site visits to provide oversight.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is essential to providing a welcoming, safe, and educational customer experience at Enlightened dispensaries. The ASM will be responsible for upholding operational compliance with state laws and federal laws, ensuring efficient dispensary operations, supporting team development, perform Human Resources duties, oversee standardized procedures, and other duties assigned to you by the General Manager and Headquarter Team. Areas of Responsibility possibilities:
Community Outreach –
- Serve as a liaison to the local community;
- Develop and leverage community relationships with local organizations and affiliated ancillary businesses, in partnership with the headquarters Community Manager;
- Monitor and maintain dispensary communications via email, social media platforms, and in-store customer inquiries;
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Marketing Department to create social media strategies driven by standardized branding initiatives
Inventory Operations –
- Maintain inventory protocols according to both state regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Assist in the implementation of best practices, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures;
- Organize daily inventory audits and understand how to investigate & reconcile discrepancies;
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure loss prevention protocols are understood and followed by entire team;
- Inventory receipt management;
- Management of CRM software including but not limited to IHeartJane, Weedmaps, and Hubspot.
- Ensure accuracy of front-facing product menus;
- Liaise with internal organization and other external stakeholders to uphold brand integrity and company standards;
- Work alongside the headquarters Buying Team to ensure product assortment drives sales and traffic;
- Maintain store FIFO and work with Buying Team to determine liquidation plans on expiring products;
- Work closely with management team on new product arrivals to ensure staff education
Selling/Customer Experience –
- Orchestrate staff training on customer engagement and product knowledge to ensure best-in-class customer experience;
- Liaise with fellow managers to plan daily training topics in pre-shift meetings and maintain an educational cadence of topics for store;
- Track store team matrix on training topics and products covered;
- Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor to guide, coach, and lead the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis, utilizing downtime to coach in the moment with Cannabis Guides and peer managers to elevate selling and service;
- Be aware and create training plan of new products and company initiatives for entire team;
- Collaborate with headquarters Retail Operations Team on store communication and ensure messages are disseminated to store team;
- Follow up with team members on personal sales performance

The Manager Integrated Pest Management (IPM) provides support to the cultivation team. Primary duties include developing and implementing an approved pest management program, pest and disease identification, supervising preparation and application of pest control products, leading the IPM team, and ensuring all Revolution approved workflows are followed, and maintaining regulatory and compliance records.
Essential Functions:
- Develop, implement, and keep current an approved Integrated Pest Management plan.
- Demonstrate innovation by staying aware of emerging trends and recommending new processes, products, training opportunities or techniques that will increase plant health, lower costs, or improve skills ensure that.
- Ensure plant health is optimized in a way that allows every plant to achieve its maximum genetic potential.
- Coordinate all activities of the spray teams including personnel, equipment, materials, training, monitoring, and problem solving.
- Develop, maintain, and report results from a scouting system in which problems are discovered and diagnosed early enough to implement effective control to keep pest pressure below an acceptable threshold.
- Ensure that all applications are completed in accordance with the label/ directions.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all fellow employees and across all departments.
- Develop and maintain a catalog reference guide/history of accurately diagnosed crop problems with pictures that are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with Manager, QA/PI to design IPM related experiments following sound scientific methods. Compile, analyze, summarize, and present data and recommendations.
- Adjust work schedule as needed to meet deadlines and accomplish all objectives.
- Work closely with QA/PI Manager in the development of all applicable Revolution IPM workflows. Ensure that all processes and procedures are accurate, up to date, and that they meet and or exceed all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the IPM Team to effectively monitor and diagnose pest and disease populations and other threats to crops at each stage of the growth cycle. Respond in compliance with Revolution IPM best practices.
- Manage all personnel, processes and programs associated with Scouting, Spraying and Fumigation. Work closely with Cultivation Leadership Team to ensure those processes are effectively communicated. Report problems or challenges without delay.
- Ensure that chemical inventory is accurate, and materials are stored and maintained in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain all necessary documentation to meet or exceed all inventory/compliance requirements.
- Ensure IPM equipment is maintained/calibrated in a manner that supports safe, efficient, and effective applications.
- Ensure that all personnel have the appropriate training, PPE, and certifications for their roles.
- Collaborate with QA/PI Manager to conduct any/all R&D trials to improve on current practices.
- Continuously research new IPM products and processes to identify opportunities to improve the IPM program efficacy.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to a facility-wide Biosecurity program.

Cross- Departmental Functions:
Collaborates closely with Operations, Cultivation, Compliance, Maintenance, and Human Resources departments.
Required or Preferred Skills, Abilities, Licensures and Certifications:
- 5+ years of horticultural experience in a commercial cannabis facility, with primary responsibility for the Integrated Pest Management program.
- Degree in plant science, horticulture, or entomology is a plus.
- Must be able to qualify as an Illinois certified pesticide applicator within 90 days of employment.
- Experience in the fundamentals of plant biology required.
- Extensive knowledge of pest and disease identification.
- Experience with cultivation and IPM systems and the implementation of those systems.
- Experience in the management and implementation of standardized horticulture processes.
- Experience with the handling and application of pesticides, Bio-pesticides and be familiar with predatory control methods.

Essential Functions:
- Interior foot patrols
- Exterior patrols on foot and/or in a vehicle
- Monitoring Video Surveillance System for suspicious/illegal/non-compliant activity and for various operation functions as determined
- Monitoring the Engineered Access Control system and following protocol for access to the facility and controlled areas within the facility.
- Maintaining visitor and employee logs

The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations activities, such as heavy maintenance repair and modifications, executive interior modifications and upgrades.

Essential Functions:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, HVAC technicians, electricians, and other support staff. Assist in the training, provide on-going support, and provide structured development of the managed team.
- Establish a preventive and predictive maintenance plan for a comprehensive array of critical assets and equipment.

- Maintain blueprints, service manuals, work orders, and records for all assets and parts.
- Prepare and maintain the maintenance budget, track all costs, and estimate time and material costs of repair or modification work. Prepare and manage capital equipment installation projects.
- Develops policies, procedures, and SOPs related to the maintenance program at the facility and for corporate use.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends when required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.Associates degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale facility maintenance programs and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining food production and packaging lines (preferred)
- Experience operating and maintaining a multi-engine microgrid of 4 MW or greater (preferred).
- General knowledge and hands-on experience working on a variety of HVAC systems, including packaged roof top units and large split systems, knowledge of building automation control systems
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and strong management skills.
- General knowledge and hands-on experience working with high voltage electrical, including 480v, 3-phase.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, be able to multi-task and be a self-starter.

Revolution Cannabis is hiring a Director of Quality (DOQ) to oversee the strategic long-term maturation of our manufacturing QA/QC processes. This includes (but is not limited to) guiding the management of all QA/QC functions and building a multi-tiered staff. The DOQ will expand the durable infrastructure necessary for employees to enforce standards to comply with frequently changing general regulations and those specific to the cannabis industry. This is a newly created position due to Revolution’s aggressive growth and expansion. We are a quality innovator and leader in this rapidly emerging market. The DOQ will motivate company-wide management and staff to implement standardized measurable controls to ensure the continued production of high-end cannabis that conforms to our exacting requirements which our brand loyal customers demand. The DOQ will create defined, achievable goals in aid of the larger vision of building a like-minded team that will foster the introduction of superior products that will be integral to Revolutions’ exciting future.
Essential Functions:
Leadership

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate the highest quality medical and adult use cannabis following standard operating procedures
- Clone, transplant, and maintain healthy plants through vegetative and flowering stages
- Perform integrated pest management following standard operating procedure
- Maintain a clean work space to prevent cross-contamination
- Perform quality assurance checks during cultivation
- Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedure

The ideal candidate for our position of Chief of Staff is highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for everything from strategy to thought leadership to project management to administrative tasks like scheduling and assistance with managing the President/COO’s calendar and travel schedule. This position requires strong business acumen, computer and research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal abilities and project coordination experience. This position will also be responsible for the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects delegated by the President/COO.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the President/COO.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, and planning and coordinating executive and Board meetings.
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working on special projects.
- Act as a right-hand to the President and COO.
- Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
- Delegate tasks on specific project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Assist in the definition of project scope and goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicate with team members to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.
- Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.
Requirement

Responsibilities:

Dispensary Agents will assist the general manager in all administrative, clinical and operational functions within a fast-paced, clinically-oriented, environment. Agents will educate patients and caregivers on medical cannabis products under the direct supervision of a manager. Agents will promote a work environment that is positive, patient service-oriented and compliant within the guidelines of the state and company. Duties

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Senior Corporate Counsel will attend to a wide variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:

- Support the negotiation and documentation of M&A, strategic transactions, and partnerships.
- Advertising, content, marketing, sponsorship and promotions review, guidance, and sign-off.
- Review and prepare documentation and internal policies for risk management, corporate governance, and corporate compliance.
- Working with executive leadership and other business units to identify and manage key risks and opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- JD from an accredited law school admitted to the bar in Illinois.
- 2-6 years of professional experience as an attorney.
