The Fertigation Supervisor is an essential role in proper cannabis cultivation, requiring specialized skills and an acute attention to detail necessary to accurately monitor, alter, and maintain the fertigation systems and plant health. The position focuses on controlling, manipulating, monitoring, and creating action plans using irrigation/fertigation systems, nutrients, and additives while preventing damage to finished product through fertigation application. This role requires data input into multiple tracking systems, coordination and scheduling of daily operations, greenhouse applications, inventory management, finished product evaluation, weekly report submittal, and identification of process improvements. Daily work is performed in an office, as well as a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This Job includes physical lifting and moving of heavy items.
Success in the role includes a positive, proactive approach to daily work along with strong communication and organizational skills, ability to provide productive feedback to a wide array of employees, and ability to utilize a collaborative and consensus approach to align accurate information for production planning. - Digitally and verbally communicate weekend fertigation forecast and daily applications including products, rates, locations, and times to all campus employees.
- Opening and closing walk throughs that include a checklist.
- Mastery of Argus environmental/fertigation control systems including monitoring & manipulation of environmental controls.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements with nutrients, equipment, treatments, scheduling, and employee education in all phases of cultivation.
- Synchronize with all departments across campus.
- Adhere to Pure Greens cultivation’s standard operating procedures.
- Maintain quality control measures through each stage as determined by Standard Operating Procedures.
- Communicate quality concerns to management.
- Maintain daily cleaning at end of each working shift.
- Maintain data logs and record keeping.
- Mixing and cleaning all stock tanks and fertilizer solutions.

Job Qualifications:
- 1+ year work experience in a cannabis cultivation, horticulture operations, fertigation/irrigation systems, team management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with participation in a cross-functional process
- Familiarity with fertigation Best Practices, irrigation scheduling, and crop rotation
- Skilled critical thinker able to contribute solutions to daily and long-term challenges and goals

The Maintenance Technician is an essential role to the success of 12 Peaks Farms and the Long Play portfolio of brands. This position will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and light construction functions for a 150,000 square foot cannabis grow operation and manufacturing facility. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills, anticipatory thinking, calculating, multi-tasking, attention to details, time management, conflict resolution, and teamwork. This position is responsible for safely performing maintenance, repair and sanitation tasks throughout production and manufacturing, as well as facilities infrastructure. This position is predominantly in an indoor, warehouse, offices, or greenhouse/agricultural environment, and is physical in nature. We are looking for a Lead Budtender to join the 12 Peaks Farms Team at our Nature's Medicine location in beautiful Salida, CO!

The Lead Budtender will partner with the General Manager to lead the team. The individual in this role must lead by example be being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, positivity, and energy. The Lead Budtender will also be responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order. The Lead Budtender should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
General
- General budtending and cashiering duties including assisting customers or other employees with their product selection, updating inventory, and processing payment transactions
- Model superior service that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant
- Act as the MOD when the General Manager is not present
- Open and close the store
- Assist in training of all new employees and the re-training of existing employees when needed
- Provide motivation and keep employee morale high
- Oversee the team’s lunches, breaks, and shift changes
- Ensure all menus including instore and online are up to date
- Responsible for driving sales and customer experience though effective merchandising, stocking, scheduling, coaching, and new product training
- Support manager in communicating and implementing all company direction
- Communicate to management any issues regarding customers, employees and operations
- Problem solve for customer and employee issues based on business needs, with minimal supervision or direction
- Accurate reporting of inventory in both the current POS and METRC through sales uploads, adjustment and transfers
- All other duties as assigned
Inventory
- Monitor the METRC account daily to ensure accurate records
- Establish par levels for inventories items
- Define inventory counting requirements (items that need to be counted and when)
- Supervise Inventory to ensure inventory is organized, accurate and accounted for 24/7
- Decide the appropriate item mix for retail floor while following FIFO process (eliminate products not moving as needed)
- All other responsibilities to maintain a compliant, efficient, and profitable operation
Job Requirements
- At least 2+ years of retail experience
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience in similar role
- Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English
- Cash handling experience is preferred; must be able to do basic math as needed for customer transaction
- Must have availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have or be able to acquire a Colorado MED badge

A Cultivator I is an essential role to the success of the 12 Peaks Farms Production Process and the Long Play portfolio of brands. They must be able to perform entry level cultivation tasks including but not limited to filling pots with soil, moving plants and containers, lifting heavy materials, submitting daily reports to management, cleaning greenhouse facilities, operating heavy machinery, cloning, pruning, and watering plants, utilizing Argus irrigation systems, and achieving daily operations via the direction of a supervisor. Daily work is performed in a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The Material Processor is an essential role to the success of the 12 Peaks Farms Manufacturing Team and the Long Play portfolio of brands, requiring the ability to follow and give instruction, gather information, and lead by example. This position focuses on leading the team responsible for grinding, sifting, and bouncing flower material for the Manufacturing department, vacuum sealing 1lb bags of bulk flower, and operating the Autocone. The Manufacturing Lead ensures each member of this team can operate all necessary machinery, including the use of Mobius Grinder, Sensi Shredder, Bud Sorter, Knock Boxes, vacuum sealer, and Autocone. Additionally, these individuals are responsible for collecting/ recording all data generated within the Manufacturing rooms and department. This includes, but is not limited to bounce data, particle size data, bulk density measurements, Autocone production counts and weights, and material waste percentages. The Material Processor Lead must have strong attention to detail, communication skills, and work collaboratively with multiple departments.
