- Opening and closing walk throughs that include a checklist.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements with nutrients, equipment, treatments, scheduling, and employee education in all phases of cultivation.
- Synchronize with all departments across campus.

The Lead Budtender will partner with the General Manager to lead the team. We are looking for a Lead Budtender to join the 12 Peaks Farms Team at our Nature's Medicine location in beautiful Salida, CO!
The Lead Budtender will partner with the General Manager to lead the team. The individual in this role must lead by example be being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, positivity, and energy. The Lead Budtender will also be responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order. The Lead Budtender should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
General
- General budtending and cashiering duties including assisting customers or other employees with their product selection, updating inventory, and processing payment transactions
- Model superior service that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant
- Act as the MOD when the General Manager is not present
- Open and close the store
- Assist in training of all new employees and the re-training of existing employees when needed
- Provide motivation and keep employee morale high

- Responsible for driving sales and customer experience though effective merchandising, stocking, scheduling, coaching, and new product training

Inventory
- Monitor the METRC account daily to ensure accurate records
- Establish par levels for inventories items
- Define inventory counting requirements (items that need to be counted and when)
- Supervise Inventory to ensure inventory is organized, accurate and accounted for 24/7
- Decide the appropriate item mix for retail floor while following FIFO process (eliminate products not moving as needed)
- All other responsibilities to maintain a compliant, efficient, and profitable operation
Job Requirements
- At least 2+ years of retail experience
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience in similar role
- Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English
- Cash handling experience is preferred; must be able to do basic math as needed for customer transaction

The Lab Technician is an essential role to the success of the 12 Peaks Farms Extraction Team and the Long Play portfolio of brands. The Cultivator I is an essential role to the success of the Production Process and the Long Play portfolio of brands, requiring the ability to follow instructions, take feedback and work with a team. They must be able to perform entry level cultivation tasks including but not limited to filling pots with soil, moving plants and containers, lifting heavy materials, submitting daily reports to management, cleaning greenhouse facilities, operating heavy machinery, cloning, pruning, and watering plants, utilizing Argus irrigation systems, and achieving daily operations via the direction of a supervisor. Daily work is performed in a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Position: Cannabis Harvester
Job Summary:
Looking for flexible and experienced cannabis harvesters to help with harvest season for one of our clients in Salida, CO
This could turn into a long term opportunity for the right candidates. You must have a MED badge and be 21+ years old. You will be working at in indoor grow.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bucking
- Transplanting
- Cloning
- Deboning
- Hanging/drying plants
- Trimming
- Harvest cleanup
Qualifications and Experience:
- Transplanting
- Harvesting
- Trimming
- Previous farm labor or harvest experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unclear on what to do.
- Ability to work occasional over-time.
- Comfortable with working against established goals and metrics.
- Ability to spend majority of time walking/standing.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent or infrequent basis.
