- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers and shops

Employee Management
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in being accountable for all staff performance and ensuring all policies and procedures are upheld. The Assistant Store Manager must create a positive and safe work environment for all staff members. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fluent and frequent communication with staff, whether that be negative or positive, including preparing and delivering annual employee reviews. All actions regarding Human Resources, not clearly defined by store policy, must first be discussed and approved through the Management Team prior to taking any action. Negative feedback may include; verbal and written write ups, termination, performance improvement plans, suspensions, staff and customer conflicts, etc. Positive feedback may include employee recognition, birthdays, meeting sales goals, people exceling in their daily tasks, ensuring employee safety and wellbeing, etc. The Assistant Store Manager inquires and acts upon employee needs and ideas. The Assistant Store Manager must be prepared to support their staff on and off shift, including mandatory covering of shifts not filled by alternate staff. They must also be available to their staff, on or off shift, for issues or questions that may arise. They are responsible for problem solving all issues regarding their staff. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for direct communication with all staff members regarding policy changes and handbook addendums and ensuring follow through, training and support.
Hiring
Assistant Store Manager plays an active role in hiring new team members by reviewing resumes, discussing potential interviews with the Management Team and participating in interviews.
Compliance
Assistant Store Manager must be up to date and well versed in all aspects of compliance per the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. This includes compliance regarding products, store signage and requirements regarding displays, employee compliance including proper verbiage and communication with customers and all other aspects of compliance. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring all products that are received, ordered, sold and stored fall within the legal boundaries, badges are always worn and visitor logs are filled out properly in full, staff members are upholding their responsibilities regarding selling limits, verbiage and restrictions, etc.
Building Operations and Maintenance
Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in being responsible for communicating issues with the store to the Management Team, as well as performing regular maintenance duties including but not limited to: technical issues with utilities, security systems, telecommunications, problems with building structure, plumbing or electrical, store front/appearance, etc.

Scheduler
The Assistant Store manager may be responsible for covering shifts if coverage cannot be found and the Store Manager is unavailable.
Purchasing

Medical

Hiring Requirements
Qualified applicants will have at least two years’ experience in a supervisor or management role or possess obvious professional and leadership skills. They must have a highly developed knowledge of office management responsibilities and must demonstrate flawless organization. They must have the ability to learn new technical systems at a fast pace, as well as already maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. They must have experience and be knowledgeable in conflict resolution, clerical practices and procedures, and basic business management principals. A qualified applicant will be confident in their ability to problem solve and plan. The Assistant Store Manager must maintain a neutral, fair and ethical disposition towards all decisions made and parties involved. Prior Industry experience is required, as is an ability to uphold I502 regulations. Qualified applicants must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. They must possess an uplifting and positive energy, and exhibit ethical professionalism, at all times, including in their written and verbal communications. They must have the ability to absorb and follow policy, process, procedure and compliance.
This is a Salaried position requiring at least 40 hours per week, likely more. Clocking in and out is required. Compensation depends on experience. The Assistant Store Manager must be willing to work evening shifts and weekends dependent on store hours. Schedule will be based around covering hours the Store Manager is not working. The schedule will be mostly consistent, in the event there are no additional shifts needing coverage. There will be overlapping shifts periodically with the Store Manager for collaboration and communication on all store functions.

We are Trove Cannabis, a WA state marijuana retailer on Samish Way in Bellingham, WA, and we are looking to add a part-time retail sales associate to our team! A successful Washington cannabis producer/processor is looking for an experienced cannabis cultivator.
The position will be second in charge to the Head Cultivator and will need to have the following experience:
- Managed or worked at a licensed (i502), large-scale, indoor growing facility. Have working knowledge of what's required to work in a facility that's a large commercial operation.

Trove is hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk! Position Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Class: Class 3 Administrative – Benefits include 80 hours of PTO awarded each anniversary and on your start date. · Create, maintain, correct and update product menu cards/price tags as needed. Monitors menu cards/price tags for accuracy regularly ensuring there are no handwritten items and that the information regarding products is professional and adheres to company procedures.
· Confirms that all products received into inventory have accurate, scannable labels at the point of sale.
· Confirms that all incoming deliveries match the expected order by reviewing project management platform and updates the system with progress as required.
· Issues payment to suppliers for product at the time of delivery.
· Takes pictures of products per company procedures.
· Puts product out on display in accordance with company procedures.
· Communicates and coordinates daily with suppliers, Store Manager, and other teammates in order to achieve shared business goals.
· Participates in various inventory audits.

We are Trove Cannabis, a WA state marijuana retailer on Samish Way in Bellingham, WA, and we are looking to add a part-time retail sales associate to our team! Prior industry experience is not necessary, but retail sales experience is very desirable. Trove is a fast pace sales environment that sees a high volume in customer traffic. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Relationship Manager is responsible the management of the relationship with Safe Harbor Service’s partner financial institutions. This is to include on-boarding for the partner FI, servicing accounts that intend to transfer to the partner FI, training and transfer of information between Safe Harbor Services and the partner FI. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for the Quality Control of accounts that are on-boarded at the FI, if requested. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible to maintain a portfolio of accounts for training purposes and additional income for the Safe Harbor Services Program. The Relationship Manager will be required to collect, assess and maintain corporate documents for cannabis related businesses as part of Safe Harbor Services centralized onboarding services. The Relationship Manager will be required to help collect documentation that ensures Safe Harbor Services and its financial institution partners meet and/or exceed FinCEN know your customer rules. The Relationship Manager will be required to evaluate all documents collected to ensure that the risks associated with providing banking services to CRBs are minimized and that Safe Harbor Services, its CRB customers, and those financial institutions for which Safe Harbor Services provides onboarding services are complying with all applicable rules and regulations. The Relationship Manager will be expected to provide service at private Program Specialist levels that will exceed the normal banking relationships in the market, ensuring a long-term loyal client relationship. The Relationship Manager is expected to KNOW the client business thoroughly by demonstrating knowledge of, among other areas, current operations, ownership structure, financial conditions, local marijuana regulations, growth plans, changes in operating environments, regulatory conditions and their basic service needs. The Relationship Manager must be able to communicate and summarize information about the CRB customer so as to transfer the KYC information to partner financial institutions effectively and efficiently. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for providing services and training for the financial institution partners to which they are assigned. These services include but are not limited to documents transfer, on-site and virtual training and development, coordinate transfers of accounts and manage the transfer process, implementation of the Safe Harbor program into the partner institution.
POSITION DUTIES:DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT:
Relationship Manager will collect and evaluate corporate documentation and determine risk levels associated with the evaluation of corporate structure, financials and practices working closely with prospective CRB customers, other Relationship Managers, the Implementation Manager, the Vice President, the PCCU BSA Officer, and President, as well as, representatives from partner financial institutions for which Safe Harbor Services provides centralized on-boarding.
Relationship Manager will timely collect up to date documents on each prospective CRB customer assigned to be onboarded as required by the Safe Harbor Program, as amended.
Relationship Manager will determine when additional supporting documentation is required to ensure practices are in place to ensure the safety and soundness of the relationship between customer and Safe Harbor Services and any partner financial institution.
Relationship Manager will determine when documentation is insufficient to sustain a safe and sound relationship and will continue to collect documents until each customer’s due diligence file is complete.
Relationship Manager will review and evaluate financial documentation (income statement, balance sheets and tax documents) for interpretation of the business activities and resulting financial transactions that may impact the credit union.
Relationship Manager will create a summary of each onboarded account in the form prescribed by Implementation Manager.
SERVICE
Relationship Manager will be required to meet standards of a private banking model to include:
Clear and concise communication with prospective CRB customers and any individual who may be involved in the onboarding process whether internal or external.
Documenting interactions with prospective account holders in order to minimize duplicate requests for information from customers and in order to ensure teammates are informed of account opening status.
Completing forms for client signatures when doing so will facilitate the completion of a client file more efficiently.
Understanding and taking an interest in the future of the business.
Ensuring Safe Harbor Services product and services meet the needs of the client as they grow.
Ensuring financial institution partners fully understand and can demonstrate that they know the customer upon transfer of the customer due diligence file.
Maintaining and retaining customer due diligence files in a way that ensures continuity of service.
Completion of onboarding process within the time frame provided by Implementation Manager, as amended.
Monitoring, validation, and on-going due diligence on accounts being serviced by Relationship Manager.
Additional Duties
Assist in the development of the training program for Safe Harbor Services to include but not limited to on-site training, virtual training, automated training sessions, training documents, tracking of training hours, etc.
Assist in the implementation of the Safe Harbor Services program into partner financial institutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of the Safe Harbor Software.
BSA/FINCEN GUIDELINES
Relationship Manager will be required to know the regulatory guidelines sufficiently to apply to all prospective account and client activities.
Relationship Manager will be required to maintain BSA Certification.
Relationship manager will be required to uncover or discover issues that may trigger additional due diligence.
Relationship Manger will need to understand the ramifications of banking the industry on both a personal and professional level and protect the organization and themselves from any legal action.
Relationship Manager will be required to monitor the industry for changes and trends that may impact banking in each state that onboarding services are provided.
BUSINESS EDUCATION
Assist CRBs with determining services needed and making formal recommendations to the manager for approval.
Assist CRBs with merchant services.
Assist businesses with understanding the Safe Harbor Services model, required documentation and the objective of maintaining an above reproach level of transparency.

Maintain confidentiality of all information provided by prospective account holders.
Review and have an advanced understanding of business financials.
Assist with the training of other Relationship Managers as required.
Review news online on businesses to ensure full awareness of business activities and status.
Document all business activities to the satisfaction of auditors and examiners.
Adhere to the institution privacy policy and signed NDAs with clients.
Be prompt and always follow through with members either verbal or otherwise.
Maintain a private banking atmosphere for the client.

Our 5th generation family farm is situated at the foot of the Cascades. We feature a unique atmosphere staffed with a fun, energetic and motivated long-term team that shares a common vision. Our top of the line products are offered in 4 unique, distinctive and exciting brands which include flower, pre-rolls and a wide range of concentrates.
This extensive expansion project has doubled our size and requires the immediate addition of a Promotional Person.
The Promotion person is responsible for hosting Vendor days with our valued retail partners at their retail locations, hosting farm tours, managing social media, planning and implementing promotional programs, taking orders while at clients locations as well as daily communication with clients via phone and email. All the time maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while ensuring an unparalleled experience and level of satisfaction for the client.

Full time position featuring a competitive hourly pay plus commission as well as sales bonuses.
