Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations:
- Supervises provisioning center operations and staff, including providing administrative support. When necessary, acts in the place of the PC General Manager.
- Acts as a Key Carrier and opens and closes the store as needed.
- Works with the General Manager to review and manage workload and staffing (maintaining schedules, conflicts, and shift changes).

Budtender
Lake Life Farms goal is to provide a unique dispensary experience to the patients and customers that visit our location. We need experienced and well diversified knowledge and skill sets to assist in accomplishing this.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer through a strong emphasis on guest service, product and visual presentation, be an effective problem solver and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Position Summary:
The Patient Advisor reports to a Provisioning Center Assistant Manager and is responsible for supporting the Provisioning Center’s operations including customer service, inventory, and facility cleanliness. The position is a key role for the company and is a critical component of the organization’s success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service and guidance to patients. Presents patients with a “menu” of currently available medical marijuana products, assists in the selection of products, provides advice based on the patient’s comments and medical Marijuana treatment plan.
- Assesses patient records at the counter terminal, confirms patient’s identity through visual confirmation of documents, and determines the patient’s eligibility for purchasing medical Marijuana based upon legal limits.
- Works collaboratively with other advisors to satisfy patient needs.
- Manages inventory within the provisioning center by handling incoming shipments, completing any accompanying paperwork, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operates cash registers, performs data entry, inventory count, and updates patient records and profiles.
- Manages the patient procurement process according to company regulations.
- Provides patients and prospective patients with all printed information materials regarding medical Marijuana. Addresses questions regarding services and products available.
- Works with Provisioning Center leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintains product in-stock and on shelves in accordance with company standards.
- Assist patients via phone to answer questions about products and orders.
- Ensures that the Provisioning Center maintains a clean appearance by sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning as needed.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years in retail sales or hospitality with significant customer facing experience required
- Candidates who have held Michigan Caregiver cards for two years will be given preference
- Previous work history in the medical marijuana industry or significant exposure and knowledge of cannabis products and the endocannabinoid system is preferred
- Experience with computer and equipment operations for running an office/retail center required (POS systems, Word/Excel, and office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)

Essential Duties
Customer and Patient Satisfaction:

- Knowing your product and how it relates to customer purchasing limits.

The Assistant Manager reports to the Provisioning Center General Manager and is responsible for leading the Provisioning Center’s operations including revenue generation, staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations:
- Supervises provisioning center operations and staff, including providing administrative support. When necessary, acts in the place of the PC General Manager.
- Acts as a Key Carrier and opens and closes the store as needed.
- Works with the General Manager to review and manage workload and staffing (maintaining schedules, conflicts, and shift changes).
- Oversees Provisioning Center patient intake and ensures a highly effective process.

The Position The Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. The role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and works with the Assistant Store Manager and Lumenaries (budtenders) in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, inventory control, ordering, register operations, customer service, store appearance and displays, and employee interactions, and by performing other functions as assigned. The Store Manager must understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the store.
The Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Drives business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses and improving metrics through sales floor leadership
- Manage, supervise, and direct the activities of the provisioning center and team
- Provides consistent developmental feedback that empowers and motivates our team and fosters a team environment by using effective communication skills
- Address issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Work with Executive Team to create budgets and forecast sales

- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both the patients and employees
- Provide education for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service

Green Thumb is seeking a IT Specialist to support our growing fleet of retail stores and wholesale production facilities in and around Nevada. This is an opportunity for a seasoned IT professional with the experience to operate independently, and the flexibility to get up and go to any number of locations on a moment's notice. Responsibilities

We are seeking Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products the patients of our Harrisburg, PA dispensary. In this role, you'll serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive correct dosage along with a healthy amount of education and counseling. You'll have the unique opportunity to serve as a one-on-one educator to our cannabis patients, and you'll excel at completing a prospective drug utilization review to asses: appropriateness of therapy; appropriate strain, dosage, route, and duration; allergies and drug interactions contraindications; and possible misuse. In Pennsylvania, we are required to have a pharmacist, D.O. or M.D. at a primary license location. Responsibilities
Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) shall be in-store at all times during their scheduled shift to allow for dispensation of cannabis products.
Responsible for securing coverage for any time off (paid time off or unpaid time off). Schedule changes shall be communicated with dispensary managers in advance and expected to follow fair scheduling practices.
Assess patient certification to monitor for restrictions and where appropriate help patients to determine best course of treatment.
Drive retail sales and patient retention
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
Communicate restrictions with dispensary team to ensure any limitations on product selection/quantity
Provide timely and accurate medication information to patients over the phone and in-person
Educate new and existing patients about the properties and benefits of cannabis

2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience with an excellent patient and customer focused approach
Complete the PA Department of Health's Cannabis Health Professional training certificate
Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
Previous experience utilizing Point of Sale technology systems.
Working knowledge of inventory and sales reporting

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation

- Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches and prepare to transplant new crops
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
- Assist in inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems

Position Description: As a retail merchandiser, you are the connection between the sales floor and customers. To maximize performance, you ensure that inventory is in the right place at the right time. The professional hired into this role will work closely with the Retail, Marketing, Finance and Accounting Departments and business store operations teams, ensuring principles of cost accounting are applied to enable a thorough understanding of product costs, margin analysis and business profitability. Existing Locations
- Partner with the SVP of Retail to lead the retail operations team, with responsibility for defining team strategy and project plans to execute initiatives.
- Partner with the SVP of Retail and support departments to continually define and develop consumer centric experiences.
- Partner with the retail management team to drive efficiencies in store scheduling, payroll forecasting, reporting and administration of incentive programs.

- Advising customers on suitable medicinal cannabis products based on their personal needs, preferences, budgets, & reactions to different types of products
- Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system
- Ensuring that the dispensary is well-organized at all times
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Correctly weighing, packaging, & labeling cannabis products
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.

The Position The Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
- Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
- Ability to perform to sales goals and team goals
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment
- 2+ years of cannabis retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
