Summary:
Revolution Cannabis is hiring a process driven Manufacturing Supervisor to support all aspects of manufacturing which includes but is not limited to flower weighing, pre-roll production, labeling and order processing. - Build system of checks and balances to ensure rigorous quality and documentation integrity

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants.
- Take direction from the Post-Harvest Manager and Leads
- Complete harvest in a safe and timely manner
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest
- Follow all safety standards and abide by PPE requirements
- Ensure a high standard of quality during all harvest processes

- Ability to follow standard operating procedures for the harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging (if applicable) and extraction (if applicable) preparation process

- Knowledge of Food & Supplement regulations (including DSHEA, FD&C Act Section 21 CFR 111) is preferred.

What We'll Need From You
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Commitment to a minimum 40-hour work week that will typically be scheduled Monday - Friday from 7:00am until 3:45pm with overtime as needed, possibly including weekends.

The Growth Phase 2 Farmer is responsible for a variety of farming duties, including gardening and the upkeep of all Growth Phase 2 garden areas, performing all hands-on duties in the farm, and transporting plants to different areas of the farm. The Growth Phase 2 Farmer is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Procedures, Productivity, and Quality
- Preparing and loading tables according to standard operating procedures.
- Trellising tables according to standard operating procedures.
- Manicuring and spreading plants according to standard operating procedures.
- Transport plants that are ready to be moved into different areas the farm.
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment and material.
Work Environment
- Adhere to all work safety requirements including but not limited to: lifting, bending, and move up and down ladders throughout shift.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment to ensure the garden is well maintained.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the garden.
- Maintain a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear protective clothing when working with plants.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your personal clothing, shoes, or hair.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations through guidance from a manager or supervisor.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Job Requirements

- Must work in a focused, quick, and efficient manner.
- Must be willing to transplant 20 plus hours a week.
- Must be comfortable working with rockwool.
Other Duties
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Growth Phase 2.
- Works under the general supervision of the Growth Phase 2 Supervisors.
- This person does not supervise other employees.

Cultivator
Delta Medical Cannabis Company (DMCC) provides a wide range of high-quality medical cannabis products to patients throughout Arkansas. DMCC operates a licensed cultivation facility in Newport, Arkansas.
The Cultivator will assist in the growing and cultivation of cannabis. Performs most tasks in the cultivation process. This is a “hands on” role in the cultivation process.

Cultivation Manager Department Leads
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains plant cultivation by following the DMCC’s Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations.
- Must consistently exceed expectations of Cultivation Team Member requirements.
- Work closely with the Cultivation Manager/Team Leads on most elements of cultivation and production.
- Performs plant maintenance such as stripping and defoliation.
- Participates in watering, spraying, and application of nutrients for plants.
- Participates in harvest, trimming, and curing of plants.
- Accurately tracks each stage of plant growth and movement via the seed to sale tracking system, Biotrack and Cannabis 360.
- Works independently and able to follow written direction.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 months cultivation experience required.
- Ability to focus and be task oriented; complete tasks with minimal oversight.
- Can take direction well; great communication skills.
- Must be proficient with measurements at all times.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member, be organized and have extreme attention to detail.
- Must be independently motivated.
Physical Requirements:
- Indoor growing environment.
- Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted.
- Must pass internal and external background checks, including criminal history check by the Arkansas State Police and FBI.
- Must obtain a Registry Identification Card from the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Alcohol Beverage Control Division.
