The Facility Custodian is responsible for the safe, professional, reliable, efficient, environmentally-sound, and cost-effective maintenance of the facilities. The Facility Custodian ensures all assigned areas of the facility are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained at the highest standards. The ideal candidate is able to work effectively with minimal supervision and be a self-starter with initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure high quality operations
- Support the activities of the Facilities Management staff, other personnel or contractors to ensure effective and efficient cleaning and service/special event support
- Sweep, mop, wax and floors, corridors, and stairs. Restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed. Empty waste baskets, collect and dispose of rubbish and recycling
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean glass, dust, and clean other surfaces to prepare building for occupancy and to maintain them at an acceptable level
- Move furniture and arrange and set-up/break-down chairs, tables and other equipment as necessary
- Perform seasonal tasks as needed, including but not limited to shoveling, clearing snow & ice from walks, stairs, pathways, and roads, and being available for emergencies and scheduled "off-hour" work as needed
- Must be able to work as a team member with other personnel including staff, contractors.

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and shipping merchandise or materials; receiving, unpacking, delivering, managing the receiving log; verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products. Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that includes being responsible for assisting with cultivating operations, including production, product quality, safety, and inventory. The Assistant Cultivator Tech must have excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills to interact and assist and train other cultivators and trimmers. Duties focus on cultivating product in coordination with the Head Cultivator and other cultivators. Teamwork, leadership, and collaboration are required to be successful in this position. This position reports directly to the Head Cultivator.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Performing general agriculture related labor in an indoor setting
- Performing full cleaning/sanitation of the grow rooms in-between and after harvests
- Preparing and loading empty grow rooms with fresh plant growing medium for the next batch of plants
- Performing plant transfers/transplants
- Performing plant work (defoliation/trellising/pruning)
- Working on ladders/staging/scaffolding
- Working in bright growing environments (eye protection provided)
- Watering grow rooms with irrigation/hand watering and checking basic water chemistry

The Home Delivery Agent is responsible for the safe, secure, and compliant delivery of Adult Use Recreational and Medical Marijuana and marijuana products from our retail dispensary partners to their consumer’s home residence. Our Home Delivery Agent will operate company owned vehicles, based from one of our retail partner’s locations.
The Home Delivery Agent serves as an extension of our partner’s establishment and will provide extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are courteous, professional, and respectful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes compliant deliveries from our retail partner’s dispensary to their consumer’s home residences
- Takes responsibility and possession of prepared orders for delivery from our partners
- Follows delivery manifests to completion for compliance with state regulations
- Uses logistic software to follow optimized delivery routes
- Stays informed of local and state bylaws, ordinances and regulations and follows Bracts & Pistils policies and procedures
- Follows safe driving techniques when operating company vehicles.
- Performs daily vehicle inspections or all safety equipment for proper operation

The Security staff are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state security requirements at all times and adherence to established security protocol. They will also maintain working order of all security assets. When manning the front desk, they will greet customers, and ensure IDs are thoroughly checked. Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commonwealth Alternative Care is in search of motivated individuals that are able to work in a growing and fast paced environment. Post-Harvest Technicians will be responsible for processing cannabis plants through the bucking, trimming/manicuring, curing, and testing processes. Processing cannabis is a detail-oriented job that requires hard work, passion, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to process dried cannabis carefully and efficiently to keep production levels to satisfy the needs of our patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
At CAC, our Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Stay up to date and comply with industry compliance standards set forth by the state of Massachusetts
- Always adhere to all safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Showing up each day being dependable, professional, and ready to work their entire scheduled shift.
- Sanitizing and cleaning of workstations, may also include grow/dry rooms.
- Carefully and efficiently trim at least two pounds of dry cannabis by the end of each shift.
- Buck cannabis from stalks while maintaining the integrity of the flower and removal/process of wasted material.
- Maintain proper inventory, adjustments, and allocations of harvest batches to uphold accuracy within the state mandated tracking program.
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner
- Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted. Filling out paperwork to record all data and verifying that the recorded data is accurate.
- Communicate any abnormalities (mold, seeds, pests, etc.) found within the product to a manager or supervisor.
- Accountability for any product worked on throughout the shift.
- Continue education of marijuana strains, products, and general industry knowledge on downtime.
- Help create a proactive and positive environment; having a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce a high-quality manicured product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of medical/recreational marijuana laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state/CCC.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic knowledge on how to use a scale.
- Analyzing material/products for any abnormalities.
- Ability to sit or stand for 8+ hours while continuing a repetitive task with your hands.
- Basic computer skills: email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Cannabis experience preferred.

Post-Harvest Technician - (Taunton) - Tilt Holdings

Position Summary
Commonwealth Alternative Care is in search of motivated individuals that are able to work in a growing and fast paced environment. Post-Harvest Technicians will be responsible for processing cannabis plants through the bucking, trimming/manicuring, curing, and testing processes. Processing cannabis is a detail-oriented job that requires hard work, passion, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to process dried cannabis carefully and efficiently to keep production levels to satisfy the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
At CAC, our Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Stay up to date and comply with industry compliance standards set forth by the state of Massachusetts
- Always adhere to all safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Showing up each day being dependable, professional, and ready to work their entire scheduled shift.
- Sanitizing and cleaning of workstations, may also include grow/dry rooms.
- Carefully and efficiently trim at least two pounds of dry cannabis by the end of each shift.
- Buck cannabis from stalks while maintaining the integrity of the flower and removal/process of wasted material.
- Maintain proper inventory, adjustments, and allocations of harvest batches to uphold accuracy within the state mandated tracking program.
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner
- Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted. Filling out paperwork to record all data and verifying that the recorded data is accurate.
- Communicate any abnormalities (mold, seeds, pests, etc.) found within the product to a manager or supervisor.
- Accountability for any product worked on throughout the shift.
- Continue education of marijuana strains, products, and general industry knowledge on downtime.
- Help create a proactive and positive environment; having a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce a high-quality manicured product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of medical/recreational marijuana laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state/CCC.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic knowledge on how to use a scale.
- Analyzing material/products for any abnormalities.
- Ability to sit or stand for 8+ hours while continuing a repetitive task with your hands.
- Basic computer skills: email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and pivot tasks quickly and effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, methods, and/or techniques.
- Cannabis knowledge/experience is a PLUS!
Requirements:

Our Operations Division, also referred to as Commonwealth Alternative Care is a market leader in the cultivation, processing, production, distribution and sale of a wide variety of cannabis products. Packaging Inventory Specialist separates, weighs, packages, seals, and labels various cannabis products. The Packaging Inventory Specialist will primarily ensure all packaging inventory is maintained in an organized fashion and set up for production each day based on the needs of the Packaging Team. Additionally, they will ensure operable inventory levels to maintain ongoing day to day activities and productivity in the packaging department.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring appropriate ordering and inventory levels for packaging inventory as needed and directed by the Packaging Manager
- Accurately weigh and package cannabis products, while paying close attention to detail for quality.
- Complete packaging, and paperwork duties with consistency and exactness.
- Ensure all packaging and labels are compliant with State/County laws.
- Apply accurate labels to all cannabis products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow specific instructions according to company policies.
- Communicate with management and team throughout projects.
- Self-motivation and initiative for tasks that need completion.
- Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations, access/security protocols, dress codes, and schedules.
- Perform quality control and identify nonconforming materials.

Laboratory Technician - Extraction - (Taunton) - Tilt Holdings

POSITION SUMMARY
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for navigating day-to-day laboratory operations. Under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager, Lab Technicians will use various extraction methods including ethanol, hydrocarbon, and supercritical CO2 with the goal of optimizing lab procedures and producing consistent, safe, and quality products. Communication skills, organization, attention to safety, detail and time management are essential skills for this role. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve processes and core functions
- Effectively communicate projects, and findings to area leadership
- Help create a proactive and positive environment; a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce a high-quality product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals
- Handles day to day operations including general upkeep
- Handles and ensures all data capture is accurate
- Ensures all operations in lab are fully compliant

- Updates SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as needed

- Works closely with Lab Manager to ensure all Lab functions are operating to the best possible capacity.

- Keeps all raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods in locked secure areas when lab is left unattended.

The Retail Merchandise Buyer will support day-to-day merchant activities of the Massachusetts market. Navigating a fast-paced demand environment, the Associate Buyer will primarily support the execution of orders across the state. The primary function of the Retail Merchandise Buyer is to purchase strategic assortments for assigned classifications that will set the bar in the cannabis marketplace and maximize sales and profitability. They will leverage their knowledge of cannabis and buying experience to curate a best-in-class product assortment and promotional offering for CAC retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Execute variable orders across the state from both internal and external vendors on a weekly/biweekly basis
- Communicate to and develop strong relationships with vendors to ensure product assortment and pricing is accurately reflected in-store and online
- Leverage vendor relationships to research product pricing and enter into pricing negotiations with Vendors as necessary
- Partner with the Marketing team to ensure promotions are executed and messaged effectively and accurately across all stores
- Identify assortment gaps based on SKU count and inventory level targets in collaboration wit the inventory and retail teams. Develop a curated assortment that supports the needs of CAC’s diverse customer base.
- Monitor and update vault capacity targets by store, including working with store teams to ensure targets are accurate and future orders are within the optimal inventory levels
- Own programming of promotions, everyday pricing changes, and catalog management support
- Collaborate and communicate with store teams on a frequent basis with updates on product assortment, pricing, promotions, vendor deliveries and in-store events as well as assuring the assortment maximizes sales potential
- Produce ad-hoc comparative analysis reporting to better understand the drivers of business performance
- Resolve discrepancies with vendor invoices, purchase orders, and manifests
- Identify data discrepancies between reporting tools and POS systems

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects with the ability to be a creative problem solver
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of all state and federal regulations applicable to Commonwealth Alternative Cares’ operations including, but not limited to, CCC, OSHA and EPA.
- Demonstrable leadership skills to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

The Facility Custodian is responsible for the safe, professional, reliable, efficient, environmentally sound, and cost-effective maintenance of the facilities. The Facility Custodian ensures all assigned areas of the facility are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained at the highest standards. The ideal candidate is able to work effectively with minimal supervision and be a self-starter with initiative.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure high quality operations
- Support the activities of the Facilities Management staff, other personnel or contractors to ensure effective and efficient cleaning and service/special event support
Quality & Financial
- Sweep, mop, wax and floors, corridors, and stairs. Restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed. Empty waste baskets, collect and dispose of rubbish and recycling
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean glass, dust, and clean other surfaces to prepare building for occupancy and to maintain them at an acceptable level
- Move furniture and arrange and set-up/break-down chairs, tables and other equipment as necessary
- Perform seasonal tasks as needed, including but not limited to plowing, shoveling, clearing snow & ice from walks, stairs, pathways, and roads, and being available for emergencies and scheduled "off-hour" work as needed

- Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
- Mark the paperwork properly and communicate with the distribution team appropriately when making adjustments for product shortages.
- Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and computerized equipment.
- Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.

The Driver is responsible for the prompt and consistent delivery of our wholesale cannabis products to our patients and clients. Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager, the Driver performs driving responsibilities to ensure the timely delivery of our products in compliance with all company and state regulations. Drivers are critical to the daily operations of our business and are our first point of contact for many of our patients and clients. They are responsible for picking up products packages from suppliers or retail dispensaries and delivering these packages to destinations including home delivery. Drivers work in teams of two while representing our company in a professional and personable manner when making deliveries. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, work well independently, and possess impeccable time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage patients and clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication to determine pickup and delivery needs
- Load and unload cargo in a safe & accurate manner
- Operate tracking software
- Contact vendors directly to resolve delivery paperwork issues or discrepancies and takes corrective actions as necessary
- Become familiar with the vendor’s locations: the specific protocols regarding deliveries, safety, and security
- Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a dispatcher as soon as possible
- Create a proactive and positive environment while meeting and exceeding personal and company goals
- Complete deliveries in a timely and efficient manner according to company SOPs
- Identify and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process
- Handle physical paperwork, i.e., delivering invoices, obtaining required signatures, receipts or delivery confirmation notices

Position Summary:
Tower Three is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand throughout the state of Massachusetts. his position supports both the Marketing and Sales teams to increase brand visibility, directly engage consumers, and strengthen key partnerships.
Duties include effectively communicating and promoting brand awareness to clients through pop-ups and over the phone. Act as “face” of brand with our various vendors, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Trimming and Packaging Manager, trimmer technicians will work as a team to assist with all trimming of dried cannabis plants at the cultivation facility. The technicians will provide the daily care and focused attention necessary to trim and process clean, potent, safe cannabis. The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and record keeping, and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. Teamwork, leadership, and collaboration are required in order to be successful in this position. This position reports directly to the Trimming and Packaging Manager.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Assists in processing and trimming dried cannabis flower
- Keep accurate records of each batch of cannabis flower handled and processed
- Records and tracks accurate weights and measurements of cannabis flower throughout the process
- Maintains a clean, safe environment inside the Trimming and Packaging area and around the facility
- Inspects flower for defects using a variety of tools and processes

The Home Delivery Agent is responsible for the safe, secure, and compliant delivery of Adult Use Recreational and Medical Marijuana and marijuana products from our retail dispensary partners to their consumer’s home residence. Our Home Delivery Agent will operate company owned vehicles, based from one of our retail partner’s locations.
The Home Delivery Agent serves as an extension of our partner’s establishment and will provide extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are courteous, professional, and respectful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes compliant deliveries from our retail partner’s dispensary to their consumer’s home residences
- Takes responsibility and possession of prepared orders for delivery from our partners
- Follows delivery manifests to completion for compliance with state regulations
- Uses logistic software to follow optimized delivery routes
- Stays informed of local and state bylaws, ordinances and regulations and follows Bracts & Pistils policies and procedures

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Accountant (SA) reports to the Assistant Controller and is responsible for leading all aspects of monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, cost accounting, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Tilt Holdings’ policies and procedures. Furthermore, the SA must provide financial information to appropriate parties internally and externally that assist in managing the organization and making informed decisions to mitigate risk and maximize value. This role will be instrumental in the establishment & adoption of core accounting policies, procedures, and controls, to ensure a streamlined approach to eliminate inefficiencies
High performing candidates will have experience managing large projects with outside vendors, controlling data flow, and consolidating/organizing large amounts of information. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, deadline-driven professional, dedicated to delivering exceptional results without an abundance of resources. They must be action-oriented, mentally agile, adaptable as the organization evolves, and comfortable working in an environment with limited and everchanging information while making educated and informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly close process, including all recorded costs, journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and report preparation
- Perform cost accounting activities including inventory reconciliation, standard cost reviews, and analysis of manufacturing variances
- Perform standard cost reviews and analysis
- Develop, maintain, and review standard costs of material
- Review and analyze actual costs to identify inaccuracies
- Review inventory cycle count process and results
- Perform budget to actual analysis and variance explanation
- Analyze and report on profitability for business segments
- Ensure all business unit requests, questions and ad-hoc issues are handled in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets
- Maintain a comprehensive system of accounting records with monthly reconciliations.

- Manage and maintain internal accounting policies, procedures, and operational controls

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in cannabis, manufacturing, agricultural, or related field
- 2+ years of Cost Accounting Experience
- Experience working in startup environments, including demonstrated ability to work in the absence of large company resources, processes, and structure
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency using spreadsheets and various accounting platforms

Our Operations Division, also referred to as Commonwealth Alternative Care is a market leader in the cultivation, processing, production, distribution and sale of a wide variety of cannabis products. We currently operate two dispensaries in Taunton and Brockton, MA, and have a license to open one more in Cambridge, MA. In addition, through distribution arrangements we have placed our products and those of hundreds of strategic partners, into 50% of the dispensaries in MA.
The Trim & Cure Manager (TCM) is responsible for managing the trim department and monitors the curing process of the flower. Reporting directly to the Cultivation Manager, the TCM is accountable for quality/inventory control, clean room knowledge, trim expectations, and employee satisfaction while improving efficiency and producing a high-quality product. The TCM leads a team responsible for post- harvest handling, providing a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for sale or processing. In between harvests, the TCM will lead the pruning process, cleaning and upkeep of hydroponic equipment, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, possess high attention to detail, and can interact positively and effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage policy deployment in the areas of trim quality, safety, curing, inventory control, and plant performance measures
- Lead with harvest and post-processing workflows, monitoring and maintaining dry room conditions, and packaging product
- Oversee the weighing and logging of each plant when harvested in the grow room to maintain awareness of the amount of harvesting expected per day
- Provide leadership and strategies for the trimmers and harvest team so they can meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Create strategies to streamline the trim process, and maintain a level of desired quality, and cost- effective quantity, while trimming
- Monitor and update reports in all Trim/Inventory sheets ensuring all reports are updated for the efficiency of the department’s workflow and accountability
- Conduct walk thru with trim leads to ensure all checklists are completed
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch, in addition to usable by-products
- Ensure the Trim & Cure environment is maintained and left in an orderly, clean and well- controlled state throughout the shift
- Supervise two trim leads and 20+ trim and cure techs
- Aid in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on their overall performance, growth
- Research and implement new training materials and ideas to strengthen training
- Ensure Trim & Cure is adequately staffed for operational needs days/hours to optimize high- quality expectations
- Stay up to date with all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure training is consistent with any changes in laws or policies
- Collect all checklist from Harvest to ensure all leads are following the SOP's

Position Summary
The Packaging Technician is responsible for processing and packaging all cultivated cannabis programs as required. This position requires the use of various types of packaging equipment prior experience on which is recommended. Moreover, this position is responsible to maintain the packaging equipment for daily use, including cleaning and general equipment troubleshooting In addition the Packaging Technician needs to have a laser focus on plying their trade with accuracy and efficiency.

THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager or department lead, the Cultivation Technician will perform manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. Attention to detail is extremely important in this role. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state-regulated system and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in harvesting plant material on schedule including drying and de-stemming
- Tend to the plants including watering, re-potting, training, and movement of plant material and green waste
- Report to management any event or condition that might affect plant growth and development
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, propagation, transplantation, harvest, trimming, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner to maximize yield
- Monitor plant for pests and other threats with a keen eye to spot issues before they become a problem
- Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease
- Label plants and ensure that an accurate inventory is maintained consistently
- Verify the proper documentation has been completed with accurate information for activities performed
- Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed and/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping grow staff with small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the packaging department or working at other locations as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the GM, The Data Analyst (DA) populates the company’s data which involves a diverse set of components in the areas such as business processes, technology, construction, and compliance. The primary objective for an effective DA is to manage, populate, present, and translate data captured from all segments of the manufacturing facility. The DA supports the management teams and the decision makers whose primary focus is funding, prioritization, and resourcing. He/she must also be proficient in identifying, managing, and actively addressing the complexities associated with large, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Strong communication skills, superb project management skills, and a high level of attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Serve as point of contact for assigned projects, interacting with team members and leadership to communicate results, status, risks/issues, and mitigation strategies
- Concurrently manage multiple complex projects that are in various stages of the life cycle (e.g., justification/business case, initiation & planning, monitoring & controlling, transition & closeout)
- Monitor progress of each assigned project against the baseline plan and notify the project management team and leadership of matters requiring resolution
- Perform analysis to determine the reason(s) for lagging projects and recommend and implement actionable mitigation strategies
- Facilitate meetings (i.e., create and adhere to agenda, follow-up with notes and applicable actions and decisions to drive forward progress)
- Keep the project’s vision clear and the work on track and within timelines ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Position Summary
Commonwealth Alternative Care is in search of motivated individuals that are able to work in a growing and fast paced environment. Post-Harvest Technicians will be responsible for processing cannabis plants through the bucking, trimming/manicuring, curing, and testing processes. Processing cannabis is a detail-oriented job that requires hard work, passion, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to process dried cannabis carefully and efficiently to keep production levels to satisfy the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
At CAC, our Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Stay up to date and comply with industry compliance standards set forth by the state of Massachusetts
- Always adhere to all safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Showing up each day being dependable, professional, and ready to work their entire scheduled shift.
- Sanitizing and cleaning of workstations, may also include grow/dry rooms.
- Carefully and efficiently trim at least two pounds of dry cannabis by the end of each shift.
- Buck cannabis from stalks while maintaining the integrity of the flower and removal/process of wasted material.
- Maintain proper inventory, adjustments, and allocations of harvest batches to uphold accuracy within the state mandated tracking program.
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner
- Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted. Filling out paperwork to record all data and verifying that the recorded data is accurate.
- Communicate any abnormalities (mold, seeds, pests, etc.) found within the product to a manager or supervisor.
- Accountability for any product worked on throughout the shift.
- Continue education of marijuana strains, products, and general industry knowledge on downtime.

THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager or department lead, the Cultivation Technician will perform manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. Attention to detail is extremely important in this role. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state-regulated system and timelines.

- Assist in harvesting plant material on schedule including drying and de-stemming
- Tend to the plants including watering, re-potting, training, and movement of plant material and green waste
- Report to management any event or condition that might affect plant growth and development
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, propagation, transplantation, harvest, trimming, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner to maximize yield
- Monitor plant for pests and other threats with a keen eye to spot issues before they become a problem

The Retail Marketing Manager will be actively involved in or have complete ownership of outputs which deliver towards the marketing team objectives. - Local business outreach to create joint marketing initiatives with businesses in the area.
- Facilitate planning in order to identify and establish marketing and outreach opportunities within the local community based on goals, identified CSR/DEI opportunities, and other factors.
- Monthly “secret shopper” analysis of competitor dispensaries in the area to compare brands, product mix, pricing and best practices.
- Work with community partners on a range of marketing and outreach activities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to all company dispensaries.
- Identify trends and insights with local consumers and their cannabis needs to leverage in local marketing initiatives and content.

Position Summary
The Sales Floor Lead is responsible for setting the example of an “ideal retail associate/PSA”. They will support senior store leadership by overseeing the sales floor and ensuring the smooth opening and closing processes of the store. The Sales Floor Lead will help maximize sales and profit by assisting Patient Assistant Associates (PSA’s) through coaching and training with constructive feedback and daily observations. They will maintain the flow of the store by restocking products, providing change, and interacting with PSA’s and customers throughout the day to help drive sales and service levels. The ideal candidate has a passion for people and a relentless drive to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Help clean and delegate cleaning tasks
- Restock sales floor and PSA stations throughout the day
- Verify employees have completed side work and restocked their register stations at the end of each night
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for individual budtenders and the store
- Schedule lunches and breaks each day for the PSA’s using the break and lunch schedule template
- Monitor sales throughout the day, communicate findings to team, and drive enthusiasm to achieve

*Position Summary

The Driver is responsible for the prompt and consistent delivery of our wholesale cannabis products to our patients and clients. Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager, the Driver performs driving responsibilities to ensure the timely delivery of our products in compliance with all company and state regulations. Drivers are critical to the daily operations of our business and are our first point of contact for many of our patients and clients. They are responsible for picking up products packages from suppliers or retail dispensaries and delivering these packages to destinations including home delivery. Drivers work in teams of two while representing our company in a professional and personable manner when making deliveries. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, work well independently, and possess impeccable time management skills.

Leadership
- Engage patients and clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication to determine pickup and delivery needs
- Load and unload cargo in a safe & accurate manner
- Operate tracking software
- Contact vendors directly to resolve delivery paperwork issues or discrepancies and takes corrective actions as necessary
- Become familiar with the vendor’s locations: the specific protocols regarding deliveries, safety, and security
- Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a dispatcher as soon as possible
- Create a proactive and positive environment while meeting and exceeding personal and company goals
Quality & Financial
- Complete deliveries in a timely and efficient manner according to company SOPs
- Identify and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process
- Handle physical paperwork, i.e., delivering invoices, obtaining required signatures, receipts or delivery confirmation notices
- Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean and in good working order; reports serious
- mechanical problems to the manager or appropriate party
People & Development
- Stay up to date and comply with all state and local cannabis laws and regulations
- Mentor new drivers and perform ride-alongs as required
- Develop relationships during all visits and seek new opportunities for sales
Compliance
- Review paper documents for accuracy and compliance to state and local regulations
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols per the company’s policies and procedures
- Comply with company and industry standards set forth by the state

Requirement
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- 1+ years delivery experience

- All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule to include days, nights and weekends to meet fluctuating business demands based on the needs of the individual department

Role and Responsibilities
The Grower is generally expected to create, manage and sustain the outdoor and greenhouse cannabis garden of HHG. Responsibilities include a wide range of functions associated with horticultural and agricultural production.
Ø Cloning, planting/transplanting, watering, and fertilizing plants
Ø Cleaning work area and maintaining tools in accordance with sanitation standards
Ø Affix and move plant tags for compliance
Ø Work the field laying mulch, laying soil amendments, weeding
Ø Harvesting, de-foliating and processing cannabis material
Ø Performing basic plant work throughout the life cycle of the pants
Ø Performing general farm tasks such as moving equipment, field and soil preparation, clean up, light maintenance, watering
Ø Following company inventory procedures and accurately counting, weighing and logging cannabis plants
Ø Learning and following relevant cultivation and compliance SOP’s
Ø Operation of farming equipment and machinery following all necessary training and safety protocols
Ø Trimming, scouting, counting and logging of cannabis plants
Ø Entering plant lifecycle data into METRC and other software systemsQualifications and Education Requirements Should have a four-year degree (or equivalent work experience) and willingness to learn, and especially any concentration related to commercial agriculture. Farm or gardening experience, and prior management experience preferred.Preferred Skills
Strong work ethic & willingness to take instruction. The ideal candidate would serve as the inaugural cultivation manager for one of the first licensed greenhouse & outdoor Cannabis cultivation facilities in the northeast. The position therefore requires beyond prior Cannabis experience, an extra commitment to receiving on-the-job training from experts in the field, in order to support sustainable and efficient production practices in a greenhouse setting.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, stooping and repetitive motions. This position also requires working with hand and power tools, and on ladders. You must be able to work autonomously given instructions
Physical Requirements
This position is full-time salaried. The individual will work a minimum of 40 hours on site indoor and outdoor. The work is outdoors, which requires that the individual plan for weather appropriate attire on a daily basis, including rain gear at times, protection from the sun and footwear with adequate traction.
This position is VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. You must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Job is subject to pre-employment physical screening.
