- Ensuring that the dispensary is well-organized at all times
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Correctly weighing, packaging, & labeling cannabis products
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.

Job purpose
Left Coast Holding Company, LLC is a vertically integrated medical and recreational cannabis company located in idyllic Manistee, MI.
The Cultivator is responsible for executing on standard operating procedures that allow for finished crops to be delivered on time, at or above the planned yield, and according to Left Coast Holding
Company, LLC cultivation standards.
The position requires a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in expected time frames using company best practices and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities

Will be responsible for developing and implementing SOPs, schedule, forecasting, hiring, and managing employees. Entails all aspects of managing a cultivation facility; germination, transplant, planting, stripping, water and feed, harvest, drying, and curing.
Our facility has 40 lights indoor, greenhouse, and 10k outdoor plants. Must have minimum 5 years experience in managing indoor cultivation, greenhouse cultivation, and commercial-scale outdoor for biomass.
Must have experience with METRC, excel, word, and other basic computer programs.
Must be highly organized and capable of planning and executing.
We are currently planted, so you would take over an existing grow, and be responsible for finishing the season.
