JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. General Overview
Hammontree Growers is looking for qualified individuals who can assist in the daily cultivation operations at our state-licensed class C cultivation facility.
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for aiding in the production, maintenance, and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation. The Cultivation Technician will perform operations pertaining to plant care, including but not limited to; cloning, defoliating/manicuring, watering, nutrient applications, foliar applications, and inspection of plants for any signs of disease, infestation, or deficiency.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the facility’s cultivation schedule ensuring actions are done accurately and in a timely fashion.
Perform regular assessments of all growth stages to ensure timely recognition of signs of disease, infestation, or deficiency.
Provide nutrients to the plants and apply foliar applications in accordance with the cultivation protocols set forth by the Director of Cultivation.
Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
Assist in assigning plant tags in METRC according to State guidelines.
Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained over multiple licenses, this includes strain name, physical count, and assigned tag numbers.
Regular sanitation of tools, equipment, and production areas to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Sanitize rooms post-harvest and prepare room for new crops.
Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/room and dispose of in compliant manner. Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and basic mathematical skills.
Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Maintain organized and sanitary conditions within the facility.
Assist with post-harvest duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

General Overview
Hammontree Growers is looking for qualified individuals who can assist in the daily cultivation operations at our state-licensed class C cultivation facility.
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for aiding in the production, maintenance, and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation. The Cultivation Technician will perform operations pertaining to plant care, including but not limited to; cloning, defoliating/manicuring, watering, nutrient applications, foliar applications, and inspection of plants for any signs of disease, infestation, or deficiency.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the facility’s cultivation schedule ensuring actions are done accurately and in a timely fashion.
Perform regular assessments of all growth stages to ensure timely recognition of signs of disease, infestation, or deficiency.
Provide nutrients to the plants and apply foliar applications in accordance with the cultivation protocols set forth by the Director of Cultivation.
Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
Assist in assigning plant tags in METRC according to State guidelines.
Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained over multiple licenses, this includes strain name, physical count, and assigned tag numbers.
Regular sanitation of tools, equipment, and production areas to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Sanitize rooms post-harvest and prepare room for new crops.

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service to customers
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager
- Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- End-of-day daily update emails
- Ensure accuracy with the vault
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations

General Overview
Hammontree Growers is looking for qualified individuals who can assist in the daily cultivation operations at our state-licensed class C cultivation facility.
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for aiding in the production, maintenance, and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation. Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
Assist in assigning plant tags in METRC according to State guidelines.

Regular sanitation of tools, equipment, and production areas to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Sanitize rooms post-harvest and prepare room for new crops.
Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/room and dispose of in compliant manner. Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and basic mathematical skills.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Greets patients and customers escorts them from the waiting room to the dispensary floor.
- Drives sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-merchandised store environment with all medical cannabis and related products secured and behind a counter.

- Prepares online/express orders as assigned.
- Routes media calls to the appropriate manager (do not comment unless authorized to do so).
- Assists managers with research, communications, and any other assigned projects/task.
- Assist management with scheduled and random product inventory counts.
- Participate in facility discussions and provide suggestions for improving product availability
- Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
- Any other duties assigned by leadership.
