POSITION SUMMARY
The Part Time Patient Advocate Greeter will be responsible for providing a welcoming presence, entrusted to verify identification, have a fundament product knowledge and passion for helping our customers/patients be guided into the facility.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Greets patients and customers escorts them from the waiting room to the dispensary floor.
- Drives sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-merchandised store environment with all medical cannabis and related products secured and behind a counter.
- Models best in class service experience and consistently strives to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Inspires customer confidence and creates loyalty to Company brand.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and in compliance with established laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Communicates with intake to maintain patient/customer traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Responds to in person QP requests, compliments, and resolves simple complaints, through e-mail, or by the phone requesting supervisor support as needed.
- Maintains organization of dispensary through daily upkeep and cleaning.
- Maintains knowledge of all medical cannabis, related products and services offered, as well as applicable state and local laws and regulations and industry news.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED
- Prepares online/express orders as assigned.
- Routes media calls to the appropriate manager (do not comment unless authorized to do so).
- Assists managers with research, communications, and any other assigned projects/task.
- Assist management with scheduled and random product inventory counts.
- Participate in facility discussions and provide suggestions for improving product availability
- Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
- Any other duties assigned by leadership.
JOB SKILLS
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Detail Oriented – ensures accurate data-entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law or willingness to learn.
- Consumer focused with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Ability to make decisions as necessary with oversight when needed.
- Proficiency in windows-based and other software, and Internet navigation.
- Point of Sale software and cash handling is a plus.
- Enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic and team player mentality
JOB SCOPE
Operates with direct supervision from a General Manager and Supervisor. Follows established policies and procedures and contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part time position and requires open availability along with the ability to work nights and weekends.
