Job Overview:
Patient Care Consultants are responsible for ensuring each patient has an outstanding experience during his/her visit to Organic Remedies. By providing a superior level of service, Patient Care Consultants will ensure patients have a thorough understanding of the products that are available to them. Patient Care Consultants must be empathetic and understanding of patient's condition. Patient Care Consultants refer patients with questions to the pharmacist when needed for additional education.
Reports To:
Patient Care Consultants report to multiple management level positions including Team Lead, Dispensary Manager and Pharmacist. Depending on the scheduled shift one or more management level staff will be available to offer advice and answer questions. Performance reviews will be written and administered by the Dispensary Manager in collaboration with Pharmacist and Team Lead.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide patients with an outstanding experience during their visit
- Assist patients in choosing products from the menu based on medical needs and personal preferences
- Ensure compliance with all product restrictions based on patient certification
- Retrieve requested products from vault and enter into seed to sale tracking system
- Accept payment for products from patients and complete sale seed to sale tracking system.
- Label all products with system generated product labels
- Print out receipt for purchase and give to patient along with patient safety insert
- Assist with basic cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Assist with receipt of inventory orders from grower processors
- Assist with end of day inventory counts and reconciliation
- Assist with end of day cash balancing and financial reporting
- Follow all DHSS Medical Marijuana regulations
- Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus one-year experience in retail or healthcare or hospitality/ service industry.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, employee handbook and other company documents.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to alphabetize documents
Math Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram from.

Organic Remedies is a rapidly growing soil-to-oil cannabis organization looking for a highly motivated packager/shipper While our products are grown, extracted, and packaged all by the hands of our employees, our focus is not just on cultivating cannabis – it is on cultivating people, and our community. Responsible for packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different Organic Remedies SKUs. Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice.
Responsibilities
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Must work well independently
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).
- Other Duties as needed.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Detail oriented and highly motivated, organized and hard working.
- Physical dexterity is required.
- Medical Marijuana industry experiences is preferred.
- Maintain appropriate personal and work environment hygiene.
- Accountable and trustworthy.

Organic Remedies is a rapidly growing soil-to-oil cannabis organization looking for a highly motivated packager/cultivator. While our products are grown, extracted, and packaged all by the hands of our employees, our focus is not just on cultivating cannabis – it is on cultivating people, and our community. We educate, support, and develop employees in order help us produce the products that we would want to use.
Responsible for cultivating, & packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different Organic Remedies SKUs. Will aid in the growing process while maintaining correct storage, labeling, and inventory management of all finished product. Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice.
Responsibilities
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Must work well independently
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).
- Other Duties as needed.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Detail oriented and highly motivated, organized and hard working.
- Physical dexterity is required.
- Medical Marijuana industry experiences is preferred.
- Maintain appropriate personal and work environment hygiene.
- Accountable and trustworthy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Physical Activities and Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with frequent bending, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Required to work with hazardous chemicals and to wear appropriate PPE

The VP of Operations is responsible for all aspects of the company's operation in Missouri, including profit and loss, Grow, Processing/ Manufacturing, Wholesale Sales, Retail Operations, all administrative functions including but not limited to accounting, financial reporting, HR, legal, purchasing, marketing, brand management, project management, medical and adult use markets, and continuous improvement. The VP of Operations will collaborate with the CEO, COO and other active ownership to ensure operational and sales goals and timelines are met within budget and executed in compliance with the ORMO Operating Agreement, and limitations of authority and any appropriate federal, state and local laws and regulations, including all Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services regulations.
The VP of Operations will have direct reports including the Chaffee Facilities Manager, all Dispensary Managers, the Security Manager, and all administrative/ infrastructure personnel.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all aspects of operations to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), company policy and alignment with company vision mission and core values.
- Responsible for Profit and Loss/ cash management of Grow, Process/ Manufacturing and Retail units. Collaborate with the CEO and CFO and active ownership on operations of Grow/ Process/ Manufacturingand all wholesale and retail sales.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, Government regulators, other licenses Missouri owners to ensure alignment with company objectives and values.
- Manage purchasing and sales of wholesale and retail products.
- Oversight of logistics and transportation team, or third party, licensed operators.
- Screen, interview, hire and train managers and supervisors. Direct reports are responsible for hiring their own team/ However, the VP of Operations should participate in selection processes to ensure quality fit for company and role.
- Develop key performance indices (KPIs) for Grow, Process/ Manufacturing and Retail, as well as all other support departments and back office.
- Provide a monthly summary report with KPIs including summary perspective of company's performance, including financial performance in key areas, as well as action plans to improve performance or attain competitive advantage in the market place.
- Develop and implement an employee performance evaluation framework and merit/ promotion plan in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager and CEO.
- Analyze, develop, and implement continuous review of company standard operating procedures and adjust as necessary with CEO approval to ensure compliance with company policy and DHSS regulations.
- Act as the point of contact with DHSS Director for all regulatory issues.
- Represent the company with local and state government relations and the industry trade association MOCANN.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- 10 + years of production and retail managerial experience; cannabis experience preferred
- Creative and innovative and the ability to adapt to market changes and make timely decisions to meet the opportunities at hand
- Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience
- Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to motivate the team to a higher performance level
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans and executing results, while setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals
- Experience building and scaling teams and systems
- An entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to make quick decisions and pivot as necessary

Patient Care Consultant-Part time
Job Overview:
Patient Care Consultants are responsible for ensuring each patient has an outstanding experience during his/her visit to Organic Remedies. By providing a superior level of service, Patient Care Consultants will ensure patients have a thorough understanding of the products that are available to them. Patient Care Consultants must be empathetic and understanding of patient's condition. Patient Care Consultants refer patients with questions to the pharmacist when needed for additional education.
Reports To:
Patient Care Consultants report to multiple management level positions including Team Lead, Dispensary Manager and Pharmacist. Depending on the scheduled shift one or more management level staff will be available to offer advice and answer questions. Performance reviews will be written and administered by the Dispensary Manager in collaboration with Pharmacist and Team Lead.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide patients with an outstanding experience during their visit
- Assist patients in choosing products from the menu based on medical needs and personal preferences
- Ensure compliance with all product restrictions based on patient certification
- Retrieve requested products from vault and enter into seed to sale tracking system
- Accept payment for products from patients and complete sale seed to sale tracking system.
- Label all products with system generated product labels
- Print out receipt for purchase and give to patient along with patient safety insert
- Assist with basic cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Assist with receipt of inventory orders from grower processors
- Assist with end of day inventory counts and reconciliation
- Assist with end of day cash balancing and financial reporting

Responsibilities
- Establish and perform incoming, in-process, and finished product sampling and inspection.
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.

Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different Organic Remedies SKUs. Will aid in the growing process while maintaining correct storage, labeling, and inventory management of all finished product. Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice.
Responsibilities
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Must work well independently
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).

We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic patients to work with dispensaries and vendors to staff various events/promotions and pop-ups.
Employment will be part time, dependent on scheduled events and promotions in your designated region.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brands, engaging with dispensaries and patients while teaching them about our products. This will require being knowledgeable and educated with our processes and products.

Organic Remedies is a rapidly growing soil-to-oil cannabis organization looking for a highly motivated packager/shipper While our products are grown, extracted, and packaged all by the hands of our employees, our focus is not just on cultivating cannabis – it is on cultivating people, and our community. We educate, support, and develop employees in order help us produce the products that we would want to use.
Responsible for packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different Organic Remedies SKUs. Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice.
Responsibilities
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Must work well independently
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).
- Other Duties as needed.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Detail oriented and highly motivated, organized and hard working.
- Physical dexterity is required.
- Medical Marijuana industry experiences is preferred.
- Maintain appropriate personal and work environment hygiene.
- Accountable and trustworthy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Physical Activities and Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with frequent bending, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Required to work with hazardous chemicals and to wear appropriate PPE

Purpose and Scope
Team Leads are responsible for ensuring each patient has an outstanding experience during his/her visit to Organic Remedies. Team Leads are in a supervisory role charged with ensuring Receptionists and Patient Care Consultants are completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner. By providing a superior level of service, Team Leads set the example and ensure patients are greeted with a smile and provided an exceptional level of service. Team Leads must be empathetic and understanding of patient's condition. In addition, Team Leads will answer phones, utilize multiple software platforms to collect patient data, receive orders and process sales.
Organizational Relationship
The Team Lead reports to Dispensary Manager. Depending on the scheduled shift one or more management level staff will be available to offer advice and answer questions. Depending on the scheduled shift the Team Leader will have responsibility to open and close the store and the only member of management. Performance reviews will be written and administered by the Dispensary Manager.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide patients with an outstanding experience during their visit.
- Provide direction and coaching to Receptionists and Patient Care Consultants to ensure an outstanding patient experience for all patients.
- Provide hands on training for all Patient Care Consultants.
- Act as the employee communication lead for their location and other locations as needed.
- Develop and communicate best practices related to improving current procedures and service.
- Coordinate with Dispensary Manager when needed for service or process improvements
- Address and deliver verbal coaching for inappropriate / incorrect employee behavior or lack of procedures being followed.
- Partner with Dispensary Manager to address inappropriate/ incorrect employee behavior if verbal coaching fails to correct situation.
- Answer phones and provide basic information to patients.
- Assist patients in choosing products from the menu based on medical needs and personal preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all product restrictions based on patient certification.
- Retrieve requested products from vault and enter into MJ Freeway seed to sale tracking system.
- Accept payment for products from patients and complete sale in MJ Freeway seed to sale tracking system.
- Label all products with MJ Freeway generated product labels.
- Print out receipt for purchase and give to patient along with patient safety insert.
- Assist with basic cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities.
- Assist with receipt of inventory orders from grower processors.
- Assist with end of day inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Responsible for end of day cash balancing and financial reporting.
- Follow all DHSS Medical Marijuana regulations.
- Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualification Requirements:
- To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential responsibility and duty satisfactorily.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check.
- 1 year of experience leading teams.
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus one-year experience in retail or healthcare or hospitality/ service industry. One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, employee handbook and other company documents.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to alphabetize documents.
Math Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
