Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that includes being responsible for assisting with cultivating operations, including production, product quality, safety, and inventory. The Assistant Cultivator Tech must have excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills to interact and assist and train other cultivators and trimmers. Duties focus on cultivating product in coordination with the Head Cultivator and other cultivators. Teamwork, leadership, and collaboration are required to be successful in this position. This position reports directly to the Head Cultivator.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Performing general agriculture related labor in an indoor setting
- Performing full cleaning/sanitation of the grow rooms in-between and after harvests
- Preparing and loading empty grow rooms with fresh plant growing medium for the next batch of plants
- Performing plant transfers/transplants
- Performing plant work (defoliation/trellising/pruning)
- Working on ladders/staging/scaffolding
- Working in bright growing environments (eye protection provided)
- Watering grow rooms with irrigation/hand watering and checking basic water chemistry
- Helping implement and upkeep our integrated pest management
- Processing plant waste
- Working with cleaning chemicals/and plant nutrients
- Working with a team and working alone
- Communicating clearly with managers and leads
- Following rules, laws and regulations set forth by the state and the internal rules of the facility
- Contribute to the overall workflow of the department effectively
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Education:
High School diploma or GED required
Experience:
- Industry experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right candidate

Position Summary:
Tower Three is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand throughout the state of Massachusetts. his position supports both the Marketing and Sales teams to increase brand visibility, directly engage consumers, and strengthen key partnerships.
Duties include effectively communicating and promoting brand awareness to clients through pop-ups and over the phone. Act as “face” of brand with our various vendors, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing and Sales teams in the field through best-in-class implementation of marketing activations including but not limited to in-store pop-ups and other industry events
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Department to increase sales, engage retail sales staff, merchandise displays, and increase Fernway brand presence in-store
- Always represent the brand and company in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product details and benefits to customers and retail staff
- Activate retail accounts through marketing and sales initiatives, events, and merchandising product displays
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts
- Provide regular post-event reports to the Sales Department
- Collaborate with Sales team to identify & prioritize account needs, growth opportunities, and implementation of sales & marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Highly approachable & friendly personality
- Knowledge in cannabis
- Proven organizational skills
- Strong desire to serve the cannabis community
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Punctuality and excellent time-management skills
- Able to lift and carry at least 50lbs., reach arms above head and stand for up to 8 hours a day
- must be able to pass any required CCC background check
- Must have own vehicle with sufficient space to transport event materials to and from events across MA

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Trimming and Packaging Manager, trimmer technicians will work as a team to assist with all trimming of dried cannabis plants at the cultivation facility. The technicians will provide the daily care and focused attention necessary to trim and process clean, potent, safe cannabis. The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and record keeping, and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. Teamwork, leadership, and collaboration are required in order to be successful in this position. This position reports directly to the Trimming and Packaging Manager.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Assists in processing and trimming dried cannabis flower
- Keep accurate records of each batch of cannabis flower handled and processed
- Records and tracks accurate weights and measurements of cannabis flower throughout the process
- Maintains a clean, safe environment inside the Trimming and Packaging area and around the facility
- Inspects flower for defects using a variety of tools and processes
- Operates, cleans, and stores trimming and packaging supplies and equipment including heat sealers, etc.
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assists with other duties within the Trimming and Packaging department as assigned by managers
