What we are looking for:
JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail General Manager to plan and manage all aspects of day-to-day tasks in our high-volume cannabis dispensary. The Retail General Manager leads a team of assistant & inventory managers and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store as well as all other projects and duties assigned.
You will be responsible for managing personnel, customer relations, sales goals, inventory, and the daily ebb and flow of all store-related matters while adhering to strict state & CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) guidelines and regulations. Job Duties
- Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in sales & service

- Utilize reporting tools available on POS system to motivate employees to push sales and promotions
- Effectively resolve escalated customer issues and drive repeat business
- Identify under-performing metrics and develop strategies that leverage company programs, tools, and resources to improve and grow the business
- Promote a culture of teamwork by working alongside the management team, establishing priorities, and providing clear direction

Essential Functions:
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Trim cannabis to meet company aesthetics, producing the highest quality product efficiently.
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Packaging flower in mylar bags and/or making pre-rolls.

What we are looking for:
JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail General Manager to plan and manage all aspects of day-to-day tasks in our high volume cannabis dispensary. The Retail General Manager leads a team of assistant & inventory managers and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store as well as all other projects and duties assigned.

- Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in sales & service

- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling

What we are looking for:

What we are looking for:
JARS is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the state, CRA and Company rules and policies. As our Assistant Store Manager, you aid the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, coach, and motivate our Retail Representatives to be the most knowledgeable, respected sales associates in the industry. The Assistant Manager provides support to the General Manager, Retail Representatives, Floor Leads and Receptionists. This includes: sales coaching, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information.
The day-to-day Assistant Manager responsibilities will revolve around supporting the in-store team, fostering an exception customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations
Job Duties
- Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in sales & service
- Placing store supplies orders with General Manager approval
- Participate in implementing best practices, regulatory processes, internal policies, and standardized procedures
- Carries out all assigned operational, sales and retail tasks put forth by the company

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Retail Representative, who share our passion to provide quality products and excellent customer care experience to patients who need them and who support the JARS Cannabis core values and culture. The Retail Representative works closely and collaboratively with the store assistant leadership and reports to the General Manager.
A Retail Representative is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting individual needs, exceeding expectations, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the variety of cannabis products, deals & promotions we offer.
Job Duties
- Assesses the needs of each customer, provides appropriate product knowledge, and conducts each transaction with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to use suggestive selling strategies and must be able and willing to upsell all customers

What we are looking for:
JARS is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the state, CRA and Company rules and policies. As our Assistant Store Manager, you aid the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store as needed. The Patient Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. The Patient Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. S/he shall spend time with the patient and listen to their needs and concerns, and make appropriate recommendations about medicine. Therefore, the Patient Advisor must have a drive to help people and solid knowledge of the medicine as well any many other products available. S/he must be able to explain the effects of various medicines and products and explain how each one can reduce a patient’s symptoms for different ailments. Ideally, the Patient Advisor will also be computer literate and able to use POS equipment and software.
-Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints
-Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their aliments
-Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
-Processing transactions
-Verify patient’s allotment and ensure they are eligible to make purchasing using the state system
-Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed

What will you do all day?

As a key member of the Program Department, the Senior Manager, District Sales & Cultivation will collaborate within both the District Sales & Cultivation team as well as the Programmatic Partnerships team to help shape and realize a nationwide school district sales and cultivation strategy. The Senior Manager, Cultivation will co-own setting and driving progress toward pod-level cultivation goals with Senior Program Managers.
The District Sales & Cultivation team grounds our goals, planning and day-to-day work in our District Sales & Cultivation strategy, which emphasizes expanding NMSI’s impact by aligning our sales and cultivation efforts with our mission.
What are the details?
Reporting to the Director, District Sales & Cultivation, the Senior Manager, Cultivation will demonstrate a commitment to NMSI’s mission, an ability to create relationships within communities that lead to programmatic partnerships, an interest in continually developing content knowledge about our academic strategy, self-awareness to know when you’re the expert or when to bring in someone else, leadership and influencing skills, ability to collaborate with others to achieve outcomes, project management, data analysis and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
While work will vary day to day, there are typical job responsibilities in this role:
District Sales & Cultivation Team Leadership
- Provide feedback on, implement, and adjust as needed, the district sales and cultivation strategy.
- Collaborate with Director, District Sales and Cultivation in setting team goals.
- Utilize and expand your network to share education trends from wide-ranging news sources and brainstorm responsive approaches
- Lead team brainstorming and problem-solving to both shape customer-centric sales and cultivation efforts, as well as internal development.
- Continually learn about our evolving academic strategy and how we can meet the needs of communities.
- Track team information in appropriate systems, utilize data to track progress to goals and adjust course where needed to meet or reset goals.
Regional Cultivation Pod & External Relationship Management
- Co-lead with Senior Program Managers implementing the strategy for your regional pod with a focus on expanding NMSI’s impact.
- Lead new community and district programmatic partner cultivation in assigned region.
- Balance strategic and opportunistic sales and cultivation opportunities to meet both team and pod goals.
- Strengthen and grow external networks in your region that lead to new partnerships and opportunities toward the goal of greater racial and socioeconomic diversity within STEM fields.
- Represent NMSI as the leader in providing STEM education and increased opportunity for student success for every school and every region we partner.
Equity & Inclusion
- Monitor cultivation efforts by socioeconomic status, race, and gender to spot gaps and disparities.
- Identify ways current cultivation and culture undermine equity and help determine path forward to improve equity and inclusion.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with all teams in Development to ensure alignment of external messaging and marketing.
- Partner with Fundraising to collaborate on a community-centered approach to fundraising and programmatic partnerships.
- Partner with Teaching and Learning to both influence and understand ongoing development of services.
- Participate and contribute in cross-functional discussions, working groups and strategic meetings that directly impact the work of the Program Department, District Sales and Cultivation team, and NMSI as a whole.
