The Assistant Manager & Leads assist in all aspects of the daily operations. Responsibilities

- Work with finance on inventory and cash accounting
- Assist General Manager with employee scheduling, reviews and performance management
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels to support delivery and management of dispensary delivery manifests

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in the retail industry ; Prior experience as a patient care rep or dispensary technician strongly preferred.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to produce basic Excel spreadsheets
- Experience with inventory and cash management
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must have dependable car or public transportation alternative
- Must be able to pass a background check and secure an agent card in states that require

The General Manager oversees the daily operation of the provisioning center (pc), handling the needs of all customers and developing a professional team that is passionate and excited about cannabis. Job Functions

Heritage Farms is a vertically integrated cannabis company located in idyllic Manistee, MI. It’s harvest season, and we are looking to immediately fill our team with extra hard-working farmhands to help get us through our harvest.
The Cultivator is responsible for executing on standard operating procedures that allow for finished crops to be delivered on time, at or above the planned yield, and according to our cultivation standards.
The position requires a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in expected time frames using company best practices and procedures. If you enjoy working in the outdoors with plants and in a fast-paced environment, this will be a good fit for you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform tasks independently and with a team of other Cultivators including but not limited to: Biosecurity, sanitation, mother stock production, propagation, substrate moisture management, nutrient management, planting/transplanting, plant maintenance, weeding, IPM, harvesting, drying and curing.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Address concerns related to plant health or employee safety.

The General Manager oversees the daily operation of the provisioning center (pc), handling the needs of all customers and developing a professional team that is passionate and excited about cannabis. The GM also works with the Director of Retail to ensure the facility's sound recordkeeping and compliance with local and state regulations. Compliance is King. Priorities include the implementation of pc policies, oversight and management of quality product inventory and the hiring, development and supervision of pc staff. The GM is also responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the pc.
Job Functions
Ensure the dispensary's compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations
Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every customer and employee
Responsible for providing a high level of education and development for staff pertaining to medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and consumption mechanisms
Create budgets and forecast sales based on principles of retail business and experience
Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them
Work closely with leads to procure an adequate inventory of quality products
Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling
Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in service and labor practices within the community

Qualifications & Requirements
- Two years of experience in a retail management environment

The Assistant Manager & Leads assist in all aspects of the daily operations. The Assistant Manager will have primary responsibility for order fulfillment, inventory, cash management, and daily reporting.
Responsibilities
- Performs store open and closing responsibilities
- Conducts daily inventory counts and reconciliations
- Responsible for daily cash reconciliation
- Fulfills orders
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels and stock order points
- Communicate regularly with general manager and staff regarding inventory availability and discrepancies
- Follows all processes to ensure accuracy and safety protocols are maintained as part of the quality assurance program.
- Manage receiving process, approval or rejection of all cannabis related products within regulatory standards.
- Process cannabis waste in accordance with state and local law and within regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure required reporting is accurate and submitted in a timely manner
