The Harvest Associate provides manual labor which supports the post-cultivation activities and operations of our cultivation department. This position will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction.

The Accountant will be responsible for reporting and reconciling various technical and complex business areas. - Oversees the financials for multiple market operations
- Supports all functions of the Finance team including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, journal entries, check runs, reconciliations, month-end close, cash management and reporting
- Performs period-end financial close responsibilities
- Prepares supporting schedules for financial statements and quarterly and annual regulatory filings using applicable systems
- Duties include preparing journal entries and coding invoices/vouchers
- Performs reconciliations for area supported and analyzes resulting variances
- Proposes and prepares any adjusting entries necessary resulting from reconciliations
- Supports internal customers by researching questions and investigating variances on the financial statements

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside* Rockford will be responsible for advising customers (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) in selecting the proper cannabis products for their needs and act as an ambassador of the company's mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. Wellness Advisors are responsible for the customer lifecycle from check-in to consultation, order fulfillment to checkout. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.

- Ensure security measures and safety compliance in the store according to Company SOPs.
- Assist in keeping the store an organized and clean environment for customers and team
- Escalate any employee or customer issues to management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, developing, and executing the overall maintenance requirements and maintaining proper environments of the cultivation and processing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper performance and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within the building.
- Ensure proper performance, maintenance, and operation of all cultivation and processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair/replacement.
- Be a hands-on leader while assisting in the completion of the PM program as well as the troubleshooting, repair and general maintenance work on the facilities, equipment and grounds.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis—including inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, etc.
- Provide coverage for the boiler, HVAC, and facility mechanical systems.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CMMS for the maintenance department and act as point of contact for CMMS administration for assigned location.
- Ensure all custodial functions associated with cleaning and maintaining the building both inside and outside.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, safety and security and ensure all required documentation is maintained accordingly.
- Manage outside contractors for determined outside facilities and equipment.
- Assist in the periodic review and negotiation of service agreements with outside contractors.
- Coordinate operations and schedules of personnel.
- Interview, hire, and train personnel.

Summary of Duties:
Include, but are not limited to the following
- Maintain landscaped areas, in parks and at facilities, mulching beds, trimming hedges, pruning shrubs, edging and removing weeds
- Plants annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs and bulbs
- Basic pest and plant identification
- Receives and completes daily work orders as directed.

Landscaping Maintenance 2 Position Description
Starting wage: $16.00
Summary of Duties:
Same Duties as a Maintenance 1 position (see above), in addition but are not limited to the following
- Landscape plan reading
- Performs repairs to equipment, machinery, and vehicles as needed
- Performs preventive maintenance to equipment as assigned.
- Effectively and safely operates Park District equipment including, dump trucks, vehicles, tractors and mowers as required.
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the building on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Same Qualifications as a Maintenance 1 position (see above), in addition to the following
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience, supervisory experience preferred
- Basic understanding of use/maintenance of landscape equipment (blower, trimmer, mower, tractor, etc.)

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager who will be responsible for assisting in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of Illinois, the standards set by the Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. The Assistant Manager provides support to all Wellness Advisors and Lead Wellness Advisors which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logistics team, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient/customer relations
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations
- Responds to all staff questions, concerns or suggestions
- Resolves any conflict immediately
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Wellness Advisors in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
- Managing and implementing training on POS system
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers
- Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State and the standards set by Company
- Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patient counts
- Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all medical cannabis and medical cannabis products in the facility
- Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the Management Team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in data entry, data management ideal
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

Full Job Description
- Ensure that growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, soil PH, nutrients, etc.)
- Apply indoor farming methods that increase our yields
- Lead maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contaminations)
- Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew or other infestations
- Ensure legal compliance of cultivation procedures
- Manage inventory and budgets related to marijuana farming (including equipment, security and HVAC systems)
- Supervise and coach employees who tend to the plants (e.g. cannabis trimmers)
- Inspect quality of harvest

The Responsibilities

The Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY
Join our Cresco Labs team as a Patient Care Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Patient Care Specialists engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and Cresco Labs will be required.
The ideal Patient Care Specialist should be friendly and positive, much like the barista who provides you your favorite coffee. We hope our patients are drawn to our Patient Care Specialists and the dispensary because of our service, our products as well as your approachable and knowledgeable demeanor.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Help patients make the right choices by knowing how the different methods of cannabis affect patients differently
- Suggesting dosage starting points for new patients
- Correct cash handling
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders when being delivered
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance for the store
- Maintain an organized and clean store
- Manage the visitor log
- Reporting of employee issues or patient situations
- Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years' experience in customer service
- High Energy, Patient Focused, Compassionate
- Retail experience mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members and the general public
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years' old or older to work at the store
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Our state-of-the-art facility is in Greenfield in the Salinas Valley with our headquarters located in Solana Beach, California. These systems include rolling tables and automated irrigation systems designed and installed by the industry's leading agriculture professionals. Along with our high-performance systems and efficiency comes our goal to maximize our footprint using every available square foot available of our nearly 300,000 square foot facility.
Job Summary:
The Extract Packager will work to ensure that our product is successfully packaged while maintaining quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will perform administrative duties when need be including data entry, data transmitting, email answering and analysis and document production. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
Responsibilities:
- Package product as directed and trained by supervisor
- Label packaging as directed by supervisor in accordance to state regulations
- Fulfill orders as directed by supervisor
- Maintain level of desired quality while packaging and labeling
- Maintain level of desired quantity of packaged material
- Maintain level of desired quantity of fulfilled orders
- Count inventory as directed by supervisor
- Help maintain inventory records or raw material, packaged product and fulfilled orders
- Move inventory from room to room as directed by supervisor
- Dispose of waste as directed by supervisor including tracking of waste
- Remain compliant with biosecurity measures in the building
- Learn and maintain continual awareness and understanding of complete set of specific rules determined by the law and by the commission
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desired.
- Computer, mathematics, language, and reasoning skills
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
- Must have the ability to focus on a task for long periods of time, and have strong attention to detail
- Must possess the physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required including sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires an individual who has a steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work in order to complete tasks. This individual must be focused, consistent, accurate and be able to make decisions.
All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
