As a Field Marketing Representative (FMR) you will be the face of the brand at various events in the field and in store with key retail partners. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Extraction Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The extraction technician completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas as well as to maintain quality control measures. This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements and workplace safety.

Overview:
Purpose
This position is responsible for the daily tasks as part of the first shift cultivation team. This is a role with expectations to stay consistently proactive, following the Cultivation SOPs, and reporting system malfunctions that may occur. The 1st Shift Cultivation Tech role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety at all times.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Immediate reporting of any malfunctions in system performance to leadership for repair and maintenance.
- Communicate with the cultivation team leadership to ensure tasks maintain adequate coverage and are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow SOPs to complete duties and tasks asked by the leadership of the department to maintain proper physical coverage of the cultivation and controls of the facility.
- Manicuring and defoliating plants to maintain health and optimize yields.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.

Maintenance Technician (HVAC)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pip fitting, and structural layouts. In this position you will establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with contractors and vendors
- Performing troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation
- Perform building maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Paints, installs drywall and makes interior changes as required
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.
- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass or other debris.

Position Summary

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring strategic goals are met and exceeded. They will oversee the High Life Farms brand and its portfolio of vaporizers, edibles and flower product. - Develop and articulate a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the organization and manage all sales activities
- Manage a high-performing sales team; support and cultivate the development and growth of the team in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the day to day and long-term strategic buying. This is newly created position due to aggressive growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for controlling the company inventory, making sure that the inventory level is reviewed periodically and that the levels meet our company supply needs
- Developing the organization's procurement rules and regulations
- Establishing guidelines on safety stock, reorder point, and quoting.
- Act as the buyer of durable assets for automation, scaling, and other functions
- Assist accounting and planning with capital expenditure approval processes when needed
- Establishing guidelines and evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support, and contracts of components
- Negotiate pricing for raw materials, researching and tracking raw materials. Update all pricing and reporting pricing changes as requested/yearly.
- Monitor the company inventory for turnover
- May assist with coordination of shipping and receiving of materials, samples and products with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Obtain all raw material safety data sheets, working with QA when necessary
- Maintain and establish multi-source vendors and maintain files accordingly

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the management team, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the facilities and capital assets of the Company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
¡ Continually inspects and assesses facility structure to determine needed repairs and renovations
¡ Plans and coordinates all repairs, installations, and refurbishments with site management to ensure adequate resources (financial and human) are attained to facilitate projects/improvements
¡ Maintains inventory of critical items for building operations (light bulbs, toilet paper, etc.) and refreshes inventory as required
¡ Supervises maintenance related contractors and vendors in the performance of outsourced tasks or functions

PURCHASING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the day to day and long-term strategic buying. This is newly created position due to aggressive growth. VB Chesaning LLC, d/b/a High Life Farms, LLC expansion makes our Purchasing needs dynamic. Fostering working relationship with vendors and fellow employees.
The ideal candidate will anticipate price volatilities in supply chains and view them as opportunities. A passion for getting materials where the need to be in a timely manner is crucial. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for controlling the company inventory, making sure that the inventory level is reviewed periodically and that the levels meet our company supply needs
- Developing the organization's procurement rules and regulations
- Establishing guidelines on safety stock, reorder point, and quoting.
- Act as the buyer of durable assets for automation, scaling, and other functions
- Assist accounting and planning with capital expenditure approval processes when needed
- Establishing guidelines and evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support, and contracts of components
- Negotiate pricing for raw materials, researching and tracking raw materials. Update all pricing and reporting pricing changes as requested/yearly.
- Monitor the company inventory for turnover
- May assist with coordination of shipping and receiving of materials, samples and products with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Obtain all raw material safety data sheets, working with QA when necessary
- Maintain and establish multi-source vendors and maintain files accordingly
- Supervise and plan all activities that relate to inventory control of the purchased components
- Input into inventory counts and submit appropriate reports to management
- Evaluate vendor costs and negotiate better pricing and terms
- Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability
- Monitor the progress of staff
- Will communicate at all levels of the organization with vendors, suppliers, and internal customers
- Aid with corrective action of supplier non-compliance
- Candidate must be skilled at negotiating prices and researching regarding raw materials needs
- Working knowledge of purchasing, sourcing, supplier performance management, supply chain and inventory strategies & practices
- Maintain confidentiality of all products, process, and financial information

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Post-Harvest/Quality Control Manager who blends post-harvest cannabis expertise with agriculture operations management. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, strict about inventory organization and keen to monitor every stage of our diligent post-harvest process. Position Summary

- Centrifugal Chillers (3500 - 5200 tons ea.)
- Cooling Towers (3500 tons; 10,000 GPM ea.)
- Pumps â centrifugal & vertical turbine (5000 â 10,000 GPM ea.)
- Air Compressors â centrifugal & screw (3500 â 5200 SCFM ea.)

- Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers
- Diesel Generators
- Maintaining chemical treatment programs for cooling water systems to include operation, cleaning and maintenance of chemical transfer and metering equipment such as pumps and analyzers. Includes drum handling, bulk chemical unloading, and performing daily sampling and testing
- Refrigeration maintenance for chillers and air dryers to include system evacuations, filter maintenance, leak checks, repairs and charging of systems. Technicians are responsible for refrigerant handling, storage and tracking
- Other maintenance activities include air compressor inlet filter replacements, oil filter replacements and chiller tube rodding
- Operate additional auxiliary equipment including various types of heat exchanges, MOVs, air handlers, exhaust fans and pumps
- Follow a process control plan and maintain equipment operating logs and records
- Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to enter work order and preventive maintenance data

Compensation:

Harvest Team Member â Indoor and Greenhouse
Job Summary:
As a Harvest Team Member, you will be responsible for processing and manicuring our cannabis products. Be a part of harvesting the plants, cleaning flower rooms and moving new plants into the prepped room. Harvest Team Members will also de-buck and clear plants from the dry room(s).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hand trim and separate unusable product from flower and separate pre-roll material
- Aim to trim 1.5 lbs. of finished flower in a day
- Assist with cleaning the workspaces at the end of each day
- Complete harvesting activities which include removing plants from trellis and pots; de-leaf the plants; hang and run plants through each step of harvest.
- Clear dried plants to be trimmed
- Clean flower rooms of all trash, dirt and debris, sanitize flower rooms following harvest, and dry rooms following room tear downs
- Assist maintaining quality standards and production goals
- Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
- Support management in other related duties, as required
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
- Able to regularly complete meticulous tasks.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cannabis preferred.
- Must be and remain compliant with all company and state regulations.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-40 pounds; must be able to do so with care when working with plants.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High School Education or GED graduate.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be legally qualified to work in the US.
