Position Summary:
The Cultivation Agent is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. The Harvest/Packaging Associate will perform all plant harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging at the cultivation facility. Responsibilities include tracking inventory tags, batching, weighing, and recording all data associated with plant material from harvest through packaging in accordance with state regulations and Standard Wellness quality standards. The Harvest/Packaging Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean work space, including, but not limited to, equipment and tools used in the harvest, trim, drying, and curing processes.

- Follow the production plan for harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging by floating between necessary departments at the direction of the Harvest/Packaging Manager
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic tracking system
- Trim dried product using a trimming machine and fine trim by hand, ensuring an aesthetically appealing, high quality product
- Execute packaging and labeling tasks, including documentation and inventory control procedures, in accordance with state regulations

Position Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will assist with the production of high-quality cannabis extracts along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory and equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary and safe production of cannabis extracts and infused products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced in compliance with State of Missouri medical marijuana laws and legislation. The individual has the responsibility of extracting, refining, and purifying cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis plant material into a concentrated form using solvents and solvent processes.

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for the daily operation of the lab and fully comply with state laws and regulations
- Perform stripping, grinding, and decarboxylation of cannabis materials
- Perform CO2 and butane extraction of cannabis materials

Position Summary:
The Security & Transportation Agent is responsible for the overall security of the cultivation facility and carrying out transportation duties. Security & Transportation Agents are responsible for managing all access points onto the property and into the facility including arrival and departure of employees and visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises; respond to threats accordingly. Will be responsible for safe transportation of medical marijuana product between approved facilities and ensure compliance with all transportation procedures as well as recordkeeping and reporting required by the program rules and regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and
- Investigate illegal or suspicious activities; Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
- Operate surveillance equipment to detect suspicious or illegal activities
- Ensure surveillance equipment and alarm systems are in good working order
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Ensure approved visitors are properly identified and recorded and properly escorted while on the premises, escort unapproved visitors from the property when necessary
- Notifies and coordinates with local law enforcement and the Department, if applicable, immediately in the event of a transportation emergency, loss/theft/diversion of product, deviation from trip plan, or any other situation that requires reporting
- Responsible for maintaining full compliance with all applicable laws and rules of the medical marijuana program and Standard Wellness
- Perform vehicle and equipment inspections daily to ensure that transportation operations are seamless
- Works with the Security Manager to assess high-risk areas and assist in developing secure transportation routes to ensure safety of Standard Wellness agents as well as the receiving dispensary
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including deliveries, transfers, and returns, in accordance with standards set by the State and Standard Wellness

The Testing Laboratory Manager will be responsible for testing plant material and processed products, validate formulations, and assist in the research and development of new formulations. Will also be responsible for assisting in optimizing the drying and curing process. The Testing Laboratory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the testing lab, including staff and ensuring the lab operates in compliance with State of Ohio laws and regulations while maintaining quality standards of Standard Wellness.

Position Summary:
The Edibles Laboratory Technician is the primary person in the production of high-quality cannabis-infused edibles. The individual will also assist with the extraction process along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory and equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary and safe production of cannabis extracts and infused products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced in compliance with State of Ohio medical marijuana laws and legislation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for the daily operation of the lab and fully comply with state laws and regulations
- Production of infused edibles, including, but not limited to, gummies, chocolates, and olive oil; assist with the production of other infused products such as patches and lotions
- Perform CO2 and butane extraction of cannabis materials
- Perform stripping, grinding, and decarboxylation of cannabis materials
- Perform post-extraction processes, including wax removal, solvent recovery, wiped film distillation, and mixing for vape pens
- Assist with the creation of batch production records and maintain a detailed log of procedures and results
- Examine product samples during production to evaluate quality, color, and texture
- Perform necessary equipment maintenance and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Follow all Good Manufacturing and Serv Safe practices
- Follow established sanitation practices for staff, equipment, and facilities to ensure quality measures are met to maintain high quality of product

Position Summary:
The Security & Transportation Agent is responsible for the overall security of the cultivation facility and carrying out transportation duties. Security & Transportation Agents are responsible for managing all access points onto the property and into the facility including arrival and departure of employees and visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises; respond to threats accordingly. Will be responsible for safe transportation of medical marijuana product between approved facilities and ensure compliance with all transportation procedures as well as recordkeeping and reporting required by the program rules and regulations. - Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including deliveries, transfers, and returns, in accordance with standards set by the State and Standard Wellness

The Harvest/Packaging Associate will perform all plant harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging at the cultivation facility. Responsibilities include tracking inventory tags, batching, weighing, and recording all data associated with plant material from harvest through packaging in accordance with state regulations and Standard Wellness quality standards. The Harvest/Packaging Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean work space, including, but not limited to, equipment and tools used in the harvest, trim, drying, and curing processes.

- Follow the production plan for harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging by floating between necessary departments at the direction of the Harvest/Packaging Manager
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic tracking system
- Trim dried product using a trimming machine and fine trim by hand, ensuring an aesthetically appealing, high quality product
- Execute packaging and labeling tasks, including documentation and inventory control procedures, in accordance with state regulations

Position Summary:
The Testing Laboratory Manager will be responsible for testing plant material and processed products, validate formulations, and assist in the research and development of new formulations. Will also be responsible for assisting in optimizing the drying and curing process. The Testing Laboratory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the testing lab, including staff and ensuring the lab operates in compliance with State of Ohio laws and regulations while maintaining quality standards of Standard Wellness.

- Performing tests on plant material and processed products to include but not limited to potency, microbials, terpene ratios, and moisture content
- Prepare test samples according to testing procedures and accurately track and record samples; communicate with external testing laboratories to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collect and interpret data to monitor and adjust daily operations for maximum output and quality
- Develop operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures
- Set up, run, and troubleshoot HPLC, PCR, QPCR, and GC instrumentation

The Harvest & Packaging Manager will oversee all plant harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging at the cultivation facility. The Harvest & Packaging Manager is responsible for all outputs and management of the post-harvest agent team, including defining duties and workflow in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing both the Harvest/Trim Assistant Manager and the Assistant Packaging Manager, as well as the entirety of operations and resources within both departments on a daily basis.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and manage tools for the oversight of the post-harvest team functions.
- Monthly, weekly, and daily oversight and understanding of the required and expected resources across the department, as well as streamlined communication when modifications are made
- Constant communication with both assistant managers regarding the assigned resources for the month, as well as fluid communication regarding the dissemination of goals for the month, week, and days
- Provide guidance to both assistant managers to fully execute their daily objectives and processes
- Ensure all compliance regulations are met and exceeded across the entire department
- Ensure all tasks and processes can and are being completed in a safe environment for all team members
- Comprehensive understanding of all systems and tracking within Metrc and Leaflogix for product ID’s, compliance labels, tags, packages, etc.
- Daily communication with the management team on outputs, goals, adjustments, issues, and forecasting in each area of the post-harvest team
- Ownership of the monthly flower evaluation sheet that is distributed as the basis of sales. This includes evaluating and adjusting next month’s resources in a way that best optimizes our output for both trim and packaging
- Constant evaluation of existing resources within the department, in conjunction with forecasting outputs, to determine when additional resources should be hired
- Guide harvest team in defoliating, harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, packaging, waste disposal, and logging of plant material
- Direct the harvest and post-harvest schedules and production plan to prioritize and guide product through the process while adhering to Standard Wellness quality measures
- Ensure proper plant tracking and batching/packaging for the post-harvest team. This role serves as the first “check” for the Assistant Packaging Manager’s “packaging totals” and tag changes in Metrc
- Track and evaluate performance and absenteeism of all team members, providing penalty “points” when necessary
- Responsible for creating and improving incentive plans for each area of the department. This includes tracking of the plans, the outputs, and communication to the team members of the incentives and progress each month
- Oversight of inventory control as it relates to bulk inventory tracking and auditing.
- Constant oversight of flower within the building- what is out for testing, what needs to go out for testing, what needs to be packaged, etc. This requires constant collaboration with the Compliance and Systems Manager to ensure that our supply chain is moving smoothly and efficiently
- Responsible for the evaluation of the post-harvest team and their outputs on the monthly Business Review. This includes creation of all slides, brainstorming on new and better ways to evaluate our team, and transparency on issues potential solutions to problems
- Provides constant leadership and a positive attitude to all team members and peers
- Ownership of the harvest allocation sheet, both for trim schedules within the post-harvest team and in collaboration with the MIP for flower to be transferred
- Follow all General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices

- Manage and execute all aspects of extraction processes, including initiation, coordination, and enforcement of program’s operational and personnel policies and procedures
- Plan and manage production schedules that effectively leverage capacity, labor, and materials to meet volume, cost, and quality goals
- Operate, maintain, and make adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment, such as liquid chromatography systems, pumps, scales, glassware, evaporators, distillation, and other laboratory equipment following current good practices and standard operating procedures

- Implement SOP’s and measures for compliance with quality, health, safety, and regulatory requirements for extraction, packaging, and labeling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laboratory and work environment, to include scheduling and performing regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of laboratory equipment
- Work with the Cultivation and Harvest Managers to establish production schedule and product to be extracted
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies, to include conducting interviews, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, issuing incentive and disciplinary action, and addressing and resolving problems in order to create a culture of engagement and high-performance

- Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the facility to determine type of work and maintenance required, and schedule repairs and contractors accordingly
- Manage projects, from scope of development & bidding through implementation, of all facility related projects and assist with other projects as requested
- Responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring that all safety rules are followed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Be on call for emergency situations at the facility, which occasionally take place outside business hours and require immediate attention and or maintenance.

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dispensaries in the State of Missouri and managing Standard Wellness product distribution to licensed dispensaries. The position will also require visiting locations where Standard Wellness product is sold and training dispensary staff on products and use. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for helping to determine the best product mix for dispensary needs. Will be a main point of contact for dispensaries.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing information on product use and benefits, recommending products based on customer needs, and offering ongoing support
- Train dispensary staff on Standard Wellness products to ensure proper consumption and dosing
- Work with dispensaries to improve product exposure and shelf positioning
- Distribute promotional literature to customers
- Maintain records of sales or other business transactions; prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports
- Accurately communicate with Inventory Control to ensure correct products are ordered and distributed to dispensaries; verify and manage orders
- Comply with all State MMCP marketing regulations
- Maintain professional knowledge on all Standard Wellness products
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Commensurate experience will be considered
- Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in an outside sales role
- Pharmaceutical sales experience, helpful
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This will include management of multiple projects concurrently. The project manager will plan and identify necessary project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, identify risks, and keep management informed through project completion. As Standard Wellness is currently rapidly expanding, the project manager will primarily be focused on building design and construction projects, however, the role may extend to other general/ corporate projects, as needed.

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) or competitive pricing processes including comprehensive price analysis and comparisons, review of firm(s) experience, scope review, and any other activity to support vendor selection
- Prepare budget and cash usage projections based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Position Summary:
The Cultivation Agent is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. Cultivation Agents will assist with all stages of the cultivation process to include planting, watering, fertilizing, trimming, pruning, and harvesting while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient production area. Agents will maintain and monitor plant production and quality control measures in compliance with state regulations and standards set by Standard Wellness. We are looking to add 5 new faces to our Cultivation department, 3 by mid-January and 2 by February, to help with our facility's expansion!
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure overall plant health by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming according to industry best practices and as directed by the Cultivation Manager
- Monitor plants throughout the grow process for disease and pest infestations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
- Assist Cultivation Manager with documentation of plants from germination to harvest, including tracking, lot numbers, and application of any product applied to any plant within the cultivation facility
- Follow all General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
