Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Store Manager
- Maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients

The Retail Manager will be responsible for helping to oversee the day to day operations, working under the direction of the District Manager to supervise and coordinate all aspects of the business to ensure high quality, best-practice delivery of services to customers that are consistent with all legal requirements.

Supervising Dispensary staff and providing administrative support;
Demonstrating professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and a positive demeanor in performance of all duties;

Overseeing Dispensary customer intake;

Facilitating team building and reinforcing collaborative communication among staff;

Job Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and to obtain and maintain an Individual ID card issued by the OMP. Must have reliable transportation.
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of cannabis and thorough knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to cannabis in Maine.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills required. Advanced computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and ability to quickly master functions within inventory tracking systems: METRC; and Highly CannaCo's secondary inventory tracking Point of Sale (POS) system).
Physical Activities:

The Employee
This position is the highest position in the company's retail department. General Summary:

- Hiring, managing performance, training, mentoring and supervising dispensary staff to set expectations, hold staff accountable and applaud success

This is a full-time exempt position in a medical marijuana dispensary open seven days per week. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather may be required. This position reports to the Director of Retail Operations.
TRAVEL
Limited travel in southeast Pennsylvania amongst the dispensaries and grow-processors with minimal out-of-state travel.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates or Bachelor s degree preferred.
- 8-12+ years of progressive retail experience
- 3-5 years progressive management and operations experience
- Must be able to drive and be insurable under the company s policy. A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)/Driver Record may be required for insurance purposes.
- Able to maintain and pass Pennsylvania Department of Health background check.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
All employees must successfully pass the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training within 7 days of hire.

Position Description
The Retail General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with the Director of Retail Operations, Northeast Region and the local Operations Manager to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary. Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
Cannabis experience is a plus.
Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.

Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.
Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.
Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
Work with the Director of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with TerrAscend NJ’s Local Management Operations and IHC Management’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
Oversight of Safety and Facility Management
Become a subject matter expert in New Jersey’s seed-to-sale tracking system Deacom.

Pioneering adult-use retail marijuana dispensary opening in East Boston, MA, searching for a self-motivated, experienced Retail Dispensary Manager.
Expected to open in the Spring, the dispensary will likely be the first adult-use store to open in Boston. The Retail Dispensary Manager candidate needs to demonstrate prior leadership in managing a retail store team. The ideal candidate will be fully trained by Berkshire Roots at our existing dispensary in Pittsfield, MA. Additionally, the candidate will help hire and train the East Boston staff. Specific operational responsibilities include:

Position Description
The Retail General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with the Director of Retail Operations, Northeast Region and the local Operations Manager to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at all the dispensaries dispensary to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion.

- Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.

- Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
- Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
- Work with the Director of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with TerrAscend NJ’s Local Management Operations and IHC Management’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
- Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
- Oversight of Safety and Facility Management
- Become a subject matter expert in New Jersey’s seed-to-sale tracking system Deacom.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
- Have a proven track record (5 years plus experience preferred) of working effectively with customers
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Take ownership of TerrAscend NJ’s dispensary business and ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and profitably.
- Actively manage inventory, recalls, customer service complaints and pricing to meet cost and sales targets.
- Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check register, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and executed according to Ilera standard.
- Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.
- Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.
- Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
- Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
- Work with the Director of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with TerrAscend NJ’s Local Management Operations and IHC Management’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
- Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
- Oversight of Safety and Facility Management
- Become a subject matter expert in New Jersey’s seed-to-sale tracking system Deacom.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
- Have a proven track record (5 years plus experience preferred) of working effectively with customers
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall daily operations, including P&L, marketing and sales strategies, inventory control, preventative maintenance, hiring, training, community outreach and patient management.

Maintains integrity of operating in compliance with all CCC, State and Local regulations.
- Oversees patient intake process, ensuring that appropriate patient records and paperwork are submitted and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
- Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating and fulfilling patient orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems in compliance with Sira Naturals, local and state policies.

Adapts to varied sales volume and provides support and direction to team members; stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creates an engaging environment and assists in keeping the dispensary properly stocked, clean, tidy and in operating order while modeling a "Patient first" acuity.
- Assists in processing and monitoring floor stock and manages daily inventory counts.
- Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance and a personalized experience to each patient by explaining potential benefits of the Premium Cannabis products offered; inspires patient confidence and creates brand loyalty.

Position Description
The Retail General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with the Director of Retail Operations, Northeast Region and the local Operations Manager to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
