Security Personnel
Description:
Security Personnel monitor the state-of-the-art security systems including alarms, video surveillance, and motion detectors. Security Personnel are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted access to the Collective facility by verifying appropriate ID cards and other forms of identification. In addition, Security Personnel may be responsible to perform other duties upon request:
Authority & Supervision:
All Security Personnel will report directly to the Director of Security and the Assistant Director of Security.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Investigate, communicate, and provide leadership in the event of an emergency such as an intrusion, fire, or other threat which jeopardizes customers, authorized visitors, and Collective agents;
- Respond and investigate security situations and alarm calls; clearly document the incident and details surrounding the incident in a written report for the Director of Security;
- Help with the general interior and exterior property maintenance during periodic sweeps - ie. pick up any trash or cigarette butts, all necessary signage is in place, etc.;
- Assist with ensuring safe and smooth product transports however necessary;
- Oversee the entrance to the facility and verify credentials of each person seeking access to Collective’s facility;
- Answer routine inquiries or properly redirect;
- Maintain visitor log & entries;
- Escort authorized visitors in restricted access areas; and
- Perform security checks at designated intervals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.; related experience preferred. Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
· Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.· Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.· Ability to be an effective team member.· Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.· Courteous telephone manner.· Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.· Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.· Good organizational skills.· Ability to provide high quality customer service.· Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.· Good de-escalation skills
Physical capabilities:
Must be able to li a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include:

Description:
The Budtender's main function is to facilitate sales to customers of the provisioning center. They will assist both medical and recreational customers through the process of understanding, selecting and purchasing cannabis products including but not limited to; flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, specialty products, and devices for various forms of consumption. Our budtenders will be a key part of the customer experience and therefore specialize in customer service by being friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
Authority & Supervision:
- Budtenders will report directly to and be under the supervision of the dispensary General Manager and any of specified members of the management team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and delivering highest quality customer experience
- Greeting customers when entering the provisioning center
- Remaining compliant with established policies and procedures both for internal and state compliance
- Ability to provide cannabis product knowledge along with essential benefits and uses of each product
- Ability to provide guidance on various consumption methods related to each product type
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system for both medical and recreational customers
- Ability to verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers during the check-in process
- Ensure the sales floor, breakroom, and all other shared space remain clean, tidy, and sanitized throughout workday
- Ensure to always remain compliant in both front and back of house with all state regulation at all times whether on the clock or not
- Restocking sales area & POS displays when necessary
- Ability to facilitate cash handling in accordance with all state compliance
- Attend team meetings as needed
- Undergo continuing education and improvement training programs paid for and facilitated by the company and any regulatory bodies when applicable
- Assisting with inventory control, labeling, quality assurance, and quantity verification as needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Supervises the return process of merchandise.
