Dispensary Inventory Technician Job Description
Dispensary Inventory Technician reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager at the dispensary and is responsible for all policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Objectives

Job Functions
Performance:

SHIFT LEADER
Arizona Organix Shift Leads are the front line of both customer service and company policy for the organization’s clinic location. A Shift Lead is expected to successfully preform all the duties of an educator, while also functioning as a liaison between Patient Counselors and management. Those in this position will also be expected to function as a Manager on Duty when assigned. Beyond assisting and educating patients, Shift Leads will be expected to assist with cash drops, open and closing of the dispensary and inventory, as needed. Shift Leads are expected to adhere to HIPAA laws, be actively aware of their surroundings, and to work to complete the mission of Arizona Organix while adhering to all state regulations.
Shift Leader are tenured employees within our company who oversee retail sales and services in the absence of a retail manager. They can answer employee concerns, make decisions, and troubleshoot if problems arise in the place of the retail manager. They are trusted employees.
Shift Leaders perform the same tasks as hourly employees while having the authority to manage co-workers in the absence of the retail manager. Shift Leaders are responsible for resolving issues with employees and patrons while ensuring work is completed on schedule within a shift.
Responsibilities
- Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
- Setting performance metrics for team members and work with team members to ensure all metrics are met
- Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management

- Oversee and administer tests to see that all employees have a firm understanding of company policy, such as schedule changes and calling into work
- Recognize outstanding employees for exemplary work and call attention to workers that are professional and meet their goals
Qualifications
A successful Shift Leader will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. They must be team oriented as they will work across departments to manage a project from start to finish, making sure all departments’ needs and concerns are addressed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: We have full time positions available in our Packaging department. The product assembly and packaging department is responsible for the preparation of all products for retail sale, emphasizing quality, efficiency, schedule attainment, safety and employee relations.

Job Description – Cannabis Trimmer
- Must confirm that there is a written plant weight on each batch.
- Mark trimmer sheet with designated trimmer number and tracking information.
- Begin removing branches and start trimming buds.
- Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors and machine
· Separate finished batches into categories of trim, large and small buds, waste, and weigh each individually. Record information for supervisor.

Cannabis Facility Cleaner/Custodian
The facilities custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, break rooms, grounds, production area and equipment. Security Guard will be responsible for performing their security duties at a cannabis dispensary. The security guard is required to provide protection to ensure the security of our personnel, guests, products and facilities. They will actively maintain, and monitor security systems and procedures and all activities required to create and promote a disciplined company culture of security awareness. Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and some days.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect the dispensary on foot, being visible and observant at all times
- Monitor CCTV system

- Report activities and irregularities by submitting an incident log reporting information needs to include observations, unusual occurrences, presence of unauthorized persons on property, equipment and or property damage, and theft

- Producing cannabis-infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the government to ensure all product is manufactured within the confines of the law.
