The applicant for this position MUST have Dispensary General Management experience; bonus points if they have been part of a "start up" company.
The General Manager will have a dynamic personality and be driven/motivated to make our dispensary and our dispensary team the best in the area. They will be responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. The General Manager will work with the Assistant Store Manager, Inventory Manager and Dispensing Agents/Budtenders in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, inventory control, ordering, writing and updating SOP’s, register operations, customer service, store appearance/cleaning and displays, employee interactions, and by performing other functions as assigned. The General Manager must understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the store. They must also be able to motivate our team and keep the work envioroment fun, while remaining professional and keep the team moral high on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate all the store’s transactions and operations

Job Summary -
OMG Cannabis Consultants will have a dynamic personality and be driven/motivated to make our dispensary and our dispensary team the best in the area. Consultants will be responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided a world class customer service experience by communicating to determine preference of desired effects and leveraging product knowledge to assist all who visit OMG Cannabis. Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up-to-date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all OMG policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Manager reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and Director of Retail
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Ensure all online menus are up to date and all current inventory is available for patients to shop from. All product information is complete and accurate online and on in-store menus.
- Identify and communicate areas to improve stock levels to ensure product availability is maintained
- Process deliveries in a timely manner getting product to the floor as quickly as possible upon delivery arrival
Delivery Intake
- Receive deliveries and ensure the product is received accurately in the inventory tracking system
- Process all third-party deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary. Verify count is accurate and reject any packages/deliveries with discrepancies
- Create new items in the inventory tracking system for third-party items
- Process all OMG deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary
- Assign flower to the correct price tier in the inventory tracking system, repackage and create new items in the inventory tracking system
- Communicate any discrepancies to OMG management
- Coordinate all returning manifests and required paperwork to third-party vendors
Inventory Management & Compliance
- Support the Dispensary Manager to ensure the dispensary has the proper inventory controls in place.
- Perform weekly audits of all inventory rooms and reconcile with MJ to ensure a 100% accurate inventory
- Organize and lead financial audit counts when requested
- Assist in performing nightly inventory counts
- Ensure all returns to the cultivator are processed weekly and the return log is complete and up to date
- Ensure their dispensary has the following binder system on-site and all counts and documentation are complete and compliant with state regulations
- Daily Sales Floor Counts
- Weekly Vault Audits
- Weekly display audits
- Weekly Blue Bin Audits
- Outgoing manifests
- Incoming manifests
- Understand and follow all inventory regulations put forth by the state to maintain a 100% accurate inventory for all medicated products and less than 2% shrink for the non-medicated product.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner
Training
- Participate in staff meetings to continue to train and develop dispensary staff on regulations, OMG Cannabis policy, and processes pertaining to inventory control
- Will be required to work on special projects as directed by the Dispensary Manager and/or Director of Retail.
- Work with Dispensary Manager to train staff on new inventory processes and procedures as the business needs change
Qualifications
- Must meet minimum age requirements as determined by local, state, and federal requirements
- Must complete a background check as required by local, state, and federal requirements
- Must be well versed and certified in Metrc - Retail Cannabis inventory experience is a must
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offense

Job Summary
- The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the General Manager to help oversee the daily operation of the dispensary. This position requires a strong leader who is willing to provide exceptional service to our guests and support to all the employees while leading by example with a hands-on approach. This role requires general knowledge of all types of cannabis products, along with being comfortable speaking to large groups of people. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections
- Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees in the unit
- Assist with creating, running, and analyzing management, inventory, purchasing, and financial reports
- Assist with properly training designated cash handlers on all cash flow/intake procedures
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure all financial records and reporting follow compliance

Job description:
The General Manager will have a dynamic personality and be driven/motivated to make our dispensary and our dispensary team the best in the area. They will be responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. The General Manager will work with the Assistant Store Manager and Dispensing Agents/Budtenders in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, inventory control, ordering, writing and updating SOP’s, register operations, customer service, store appearance/cleaning and displays, employee interactions, and by performing other functions as assigned. The General Manager must understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the store.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate all the store’s transactions and operations
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees
- Liaise with law enforcement, local and state officials, vendors, and local community
- Implement company policies and ensure staff adheres to best practices
- Inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience.
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Drives business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses and improving metrics through sales floor leadership
- Address issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) Work with Executive Team to create budgets and forecast sales
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Oversee and manage product inventory
- Ensure the provisioning center remains compliant with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Create and reinforce a proactive selling culture that focuses on building a confident and competent team, in order to build a loyal customer following through clear and positive communication
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both the patients and employees
- Provide education for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms
- Lead, hire and train new employees and motivate current employees
- Schedule employee hours and oversee payroll
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Utilize, lead and deliver visual brand standards to present unique product mix offering
- Serve as a liaison to the local community
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced METRC Knowledge
- Preferred knowledge of Flowhub
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Above-average communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Cannabis Retail Management experience a must
- Dynamic and Positive Personality
- Strong decision-making capabilities
Pay: Salary
Location: Fitchburg, MA

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
