The responsibilities required for a Budtender position at The Peak include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Maintain fully stocked and clean POS stations at all times
· Assist with running side work, stocking, and cleaning during any and all downtime

GENERAL MANAGER - The Peak 36th Street Dispensary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Peak is excited to be accepting applications for General Manager of our coming-soon 36th Street Dispensary!
If hired as General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of their dispensary location, including management of retail staff, bookkeeping, inventory management, cannabis regulatory compliance, and responsibility for the overall profitability of the your store.
As a Peak General Manager, you will provide support and guidance to all employees under your supervision, including responsibility for employee scheduling, training, as well as creation and maintenance of store policies and procedures. GMs are also expected to continually and regularly maintain their cannabis industry education in order to stay current with industry trends, managing inventory, supplier relationships, and overseeing compliance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years of experience in a retail position with managerial responsibilities, preferably in the cannabis industry. Thorough understanding of Oklahoma's state and local medical marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations of The Peak. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and challenging environment.
Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite required. Familiarity with Photoshop (or similar design software), web development, and/or retail point of sale platforms is preferred but not required.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient relations;
- Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations;
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts;
- Responsible for delegating tasks in order to maintain a compliant and clean store; and
- Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to staff.
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patients, and caregivers;
- Responds to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts; and
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient compliance records, sales, inventory intake and returns in accordance with the State of Oklahoma and the standards set by the company;
- Maintain inventory control systems and perform ongoing inventory reconciliations of all products in the store;
- Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to upper management;
- Accountability to upper management for the accuracy of all of the above.
JOB SKILLS
Excellent managerial skills. Accurate data entry and record keeping. Experience with dispensary management or operations. Thorough understanding of cannabis policy and law. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging industry. Ability to make business decisions as necessary, with oversight when needed. GENERAL MANAGER - The Peak Fox Lake Dispensary

POSITION SUMMARY
The General Manager at The Peak Fox Lake is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of their dispensary location, including management of retail staff, bookkeeping, inventory management, cannabis regulatory compliance, and responsibility for the overall profitability of the their store. A Peak General Manager provides support and guidance to all employees under their supervision, and is responsible for employee scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, and ongoing education to stay current with trends in the cannabis industry. Peak General Managers are responsible for ordering and intake of all inventory and products,, managing supplier relationships, and enforcing compliance with track-and-trace procedures.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years of experience in a retail position with managerial responsibilities, preferably in the marijuana industry. Thorough understanding of state and local medical marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations of Company. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment. Proficiency in Windows based software and point of sale applications.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient relations;
- Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations;
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts;
- Responsible for delegating tasks in order to maintain a compliant and clean store; and
- Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to staff.
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patients, and caregivers;
- Responds to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts; and
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient compliance records, sales, inventory intake and returns in accordance with the State of Oklahoma and the standards set by the company;
- Maintain inventory control systems and perform daily counts of all cannabis products in the store;
- Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the Management Team.

JOB SCOPE
Operates primarily at the Fox Lake dispensary location with direct supervision from Executive Management. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
