Job Summary
Holistic Health Group Retail Packaging Assistant will perform the daily task of replenishing and packaging products based on inventory. They will ensure accuracy in weighing and packaging product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders. They will ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly. In addition, the Packaging Assistant will maintain the physical organization of all products in a manner that will provide optimal efficiency and accountability within the dispensary.

Job Summary
Holistic Health Group Customer Service Lead will assist all customers so they may understand, select, and purchase our full offering of cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals. The Customer Service Lead will not only be extremely knowledgeable regarding the efficacy, effects, aroma, and taste of our store products, but will also a friendly, engaging, and compassionate individual. The Customer Service Lead will interact with customer, trouble-shooting any issues they may have and ensuring their experience at our store is satisfactory. The Customer Service Lead will also assist the Management Team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product received is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory with METRC and POS system to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions of the POS and scales are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized vault area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and inventory desk
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
- Displays strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures as well as computer-based skills
- Maintains regulatory compliance
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify Management when material has expired or is damaged
- Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling
- Assist in other day to day functions of the store
- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas
- Ensure sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stocked

The budtender will not only be extremely knowledgeable regarding the efficacy, effects, aroma, and taste of our store products, but will also a friendly, engaging, and compassionate individual. Budtenders also assist the Management Team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer by explaining potential benefits of the Cannabis products offered
- Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
- Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.
- Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling customer orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems in compliance with company, local, and state policies.
- Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping the dispensary properly stocked, clean, tidy and in operating order while keeping a "Customer first" acuity.
- Meets/exceeds day to day sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle with tailored product suggestions. This includes meeting individual and team centric sales targets within each dispensary.
- Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
