This position is the highest position in the company's retail department. Patient advisors are responsible for providing outstanding service and assistance to the patients and guests who visit our dispensary operations. They will assist the management team with all facets of dispensary operations, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations and company policy and standards. Patient Advisors develop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staff. They are knowledgeable and can easily communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to customers clearly and effectively. Additionally, they make sure customers concerns and questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and will communicate customers’ requests and/or problems to management as needed. Duties include cash management, auditing inventory, performing retail transactions, educating customers on product offerings, opening/closing procedures, data entry, and cleaning. Patient Advisors will embrace continued education as it relates to the cannabis industry and be a team player.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the Panacea Wellness team in all facets of inventory maintenance. This role will receive shipments and play an integral role in preparing and processing physical inventory and routine inventory cycles. This position will assist with merchandising reports and overall cleanliness and organization of inventory holding areas.
