Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Store Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.

- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. ⢠Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.

Full Job Description
A Greenhouse Grower and Operations Associate (full, part-time, or internship) position is available. This position would entail growing seasonal annuals, planters, baskets, vegetables and more. Also, assisting with ordering product, managing inventory and creating displays. Ensuring the health & quality of plants being grown for retail sales. Also, assisting retail customers with questions, suggestions and ideas with greenhouse products.
Requirements for fulfillment include, but are not limited to:
Ā· Degree in Horticulture or knowledge of the industry.
Ā· MS Office Experience would be helpful.
Ā· Must be friendly, patient, have a strong work ethic and communication skills.
Ā· Must be creative and a fast learner.

- Caring for plant material in multiple greenhouses
- Assisting retail and wholesale customers with plant purchases
- Creating and Organizing Seasonal displays throughout the greenhouses

Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Counselor who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
The Patient Counselor will work to ensure excellent patient service, provide effective patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of only quality products to patients. The Patient Counselor assesses the individual needs of patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess individual patient needs by asking patients questions regarding their medical conditions and symptoms, carefully listening to patient responses, and further clarifying as needed to determine what type of alternative care might support their conditions
- Participate in continuous training on medical conditions, symptoms, and alternative healing therapies
- Always communicate with sensitivity and respect for patients, staff, and visitors
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines as provided in employee training

- One year or more prior experience in retail sales or similar environment

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Manager to oversee all retail operations in Mokena, IL. The General Manager will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general day-to-day matters for their location. You will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies and procedures in accordance with company standards, as well as communicate broader company objectives and standards.
