As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. You will showcase your excellent communication skills by liaising with all levels of the organization as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction with all patients. The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of marijuana plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants for shipment to the processing facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Daily care of medical marijuana plants
• Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols set forth by the Production Manager of Cultivation
• Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation
• Assist with de-leafing and harvesting the marijuana plants, including hanging, curing and drying the plants
• Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines

How does it get done?

The Executive Secretary position provides administrative support to the Deputy Director of Public Policy of the Cannabis Control Division. This position assists the Deputy Director with policy initiatives, strategic planning, research, program development, data compiling, special projects, legislative review and analysis and preparation and recording of Committee Meetings. This position will assist in updating the Division's website, conducting surveys and prepare reports related to the development of the recreational cannabis market in New Mexico and functional duties as directed.

MedTenders should have customer service experience, computer, team work, cash handling and retail skills. Purpose of Position

Why does the job exist?

After in-depth analysis, and as authorized by the court, the analyst removes any relevant data about the individuals' historic arrests. The analyst is required to maintain detailed records of each expungement that has been authorized and completed.

How does it get done?

1. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, the incumbent constructively collaborates with various individuals within the Law Enforcement Records Bureau (LERB) at the Department of Public Safety, the criminal justice system, courts and corrections agencies, to obtain full information about an individual's arrest history, and as authorized by the court, removes any relevant data about the individual's historic cannabis arrests. Maintain records of expungement.
2. Downloads, Administrative Office of the Court (AOC) files which contain various petition and order files authorizing an expungement, process and generate individual DPS case files, enter data into the DPS expungement spreadsheet, pull DPS case jackets, research and cross verify information in court order and DPS records.
3. Update necessary fields in the NM Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Interstate Identification (III), update DPS records jacket with relevant expungement orders.
4. Promotes, tracks and measures compliance with program changes by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting, and/or recordkeeping processes.

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

General Description/Purpose

Employee wears the proper attire including lab coat, booties/shoe covers, gloves, and hairnet;

• Cuts down plants in flower rooms; remove from trellis, one strain at a time;

• Cuts branches and place into bins for transport into Harvest Room

• Collects tags with barcodes from stalks for recording into the Harvest Inventory Log;

• Wet Trimming and Bucking down” flower from stems and colas,

• Resets harvest room as needed to include sweeping up wet waste, wiping tables, and designated bins with isopropyl alcohol to avoid cross contamination.

• Hangs plants for drying; remove trimmed branches from bins, place on lines in order required in SOPs

• Records plant waste weights in the harvest inventory log and enters info into Biotrack;

• Removes plants from lines and separates them by strain;

• Assists with running dehumidifiers and ensuring proper humidity is kept per SOPs;

• Weighs out flower and extract materials and records the weights for batching;

• Collects samples to be sent out for testing;

• Stages tote-bins for the trimmers;

• Performs other related duties as needed.

Position Objective:
R. Greenleaf’s Shift Leads are the front line of both customer service and company policy for the Organization’s clinic locations. A Shift Lead is expected to successfully perform all the duties of a Budtender, while also functioning as a liaison between Budtender and other management. Those in this position will also be expected to function as a Manager on Duty when assigned. Job Summary:

A customer service representative supports clients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Dispensary worker should be able to maintain quality assurance protocols, be willing and able to perform repetitive tasks and have some customer service experience. Experience in the medical marijuana or healthcare industry are not required, but candidates who have prior experience will be strongly considered. He/She reports to and is supervised by the Dispensary Regional Manager (DRM) and the Dispensary Manager (DM). Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal State and National background check.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.

- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers and staff.

- Ensure Patients’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.

- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.

How does it get done?

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and sets the overall direction for technology and efficiency in the Department of Health through strategic planning and evaluation. The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides leadership, planning and management for all areas of information technology strategy, development and implementation. The CIO proposes budgets for programs and projects, purchases and upgrades equipment, and presides over IT-related projects as the executive technology sponsor. The CIO works closely with the Deputy CIO to evaluate the efficiency of the department's technology solutions and operations. This is a key position to work with the CIO on oversight of the IT bureaus to streamline operations. The office consists of the Application Development and Support Bureau (ADSB), the Project Management Office (PMO), the Infrastructure and Operations Bureau (IOB), the Service Management Bureau (SMB). Infrastructure maintained by this staff facilitates NMWIC, Immunization Services, Jackson Lawsuit dependents, Family Planning Services, Behavioral Health Services, Substance Abuse Recovery Services, the Division of Health Improvement, and the Medical Cannabis Program. As Level 2 support, this position is responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of customer service requests that have been escalated beyond Level 1 support. As Regional Director of Rocky Mountain Cannabis’s New Mexico market, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within the region. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, hiring, and training store managers, setting store-specific sales goals, tracking sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that the stores adhere to company policies as well as industry regulations.

Job Duties -

• Adhere to all company- wide policies; including dress code, professionalism and core values (stated below).
• Analyzes POS data to create sales goals and overall sales weekly snapshot for teams.
• Identify hiring needs in the stores and help recruit, hire, and train new sales staff. Works with COO and VPs to develop a state-wide training program for New Mexico staff.
• Assists COO and VPs with new market launches and new store openings
• Regional Directors are in charge of on-the-ground store checks, which is inclusive of filling out the store checklist report, addressing each section with the manager, sending a follow up email, and cc’ing the corporate team.
• Proactively conduct store visits as needed, on a quarterly basis at minimum.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 with store managers
• Train managers on performance review process
• Complete annual reviews with every store manager
• Participate in weekly 1:1 with the CEO, COO and CFO.
• Train store managers on corrective action processes, including write-ups and terminations.
• Support Store Managers with day-to-day operations. Be part of the solution, and be available and approachable for the management team.
• Support team members in all positions, including working on the sales floor as needs dictate.
• Manage and create SOPs as needed. This might include SOPs based on inventory processes or any new store processes (online ordering, for instance).
• Address compliance issues and create solutions to said issues.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Work varied hours and days as business dictates. This may include working remotely.
• Abide by and implement all MED rules and regulations, as well as all RMC processes, policies, and procedures.

General Description/Purpose

• Position involved in all aspects of harvesting of medical cannabis.

Tasks and Nature of Work

Employee wears the proper attire including lab coat, booties/shoe covers, gloves, and hairnet;

• Cuts down plants in flower rooms; remove from trellis, one strain at a time;
• Cuts branches and place into bins for transport into Harvest Room
• Collects tags with barcodes from stalks for recording into the Harvest Inventory Log;
• Wet Trimming and Bucking down” flower from stems and colas,
• Resets harvest room as needed to include sweeping up wet waste, wiping tables, and designated bins with isopropyl alcohol to avoid cross contamination.
• Hangs plants for drying; remove trimmed branches from bins, place on lines in order required in SOPs
• Records plant waste weights in the harvest inventory log and enters info into Biotrack;
• Removes plants from lines and separates them by strain;
• Assists with running dehumidifiers and ensuring proper humidity is kept per SOPs;
• Weighs out flower and extract materials and records the weights for batching;
• Collects samples to be sent out for testing;
• Stages tote-bins for the trimmers;
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Cannabis Baker/Pastry Chef

We are hiring a part-time/full-time professional baker/ pastry chef to be a part of our team.

Must have 3+ years of baking experience and able to work in a high pace production kitchen. Cake decorating experience is a plus.

The individual should be creative, detail-oriented, able to work independently, have a genuine love for craft pastries, loves to experiment with flavors, and is up to date with trends in the professional baking world.

Must understand or willing to learn healthy alternative options. Non-dairy, sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan. Pastry School and working with cannabis is a plus but not necessary.

Please include at least two references with your resume. Must be reliable and has a strong work ethic.

Role:

You will be a key member of our highly collaborative design, project management and production team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from Concept Design through Construction Documents and CA

• Produce documentation - drawings, specifications, and supporting documents

• Communicate with clients, consultants and regulators

• Actively manage project budgets and schedules

• Assist in preparing, participating in, and leading client presentations

• Interpret and apply relevant building codes

• Develop & document construction details

• Product, material, and equipment research for systems integration

• Provide consistent and timely communication of project information to and from clients and the project team.

• Assist in construction administration through conducting site visits to ensure builder compliance with design.

• Serve as client liaison; foster and maintain a positive professional working relationship among clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Ability to work full time in Santa Fe, New Mexico office

• 6-10 years experience in an architecture firm

• Minimum 3 years experience in Revit (really, really badass)

• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PDF software

• Deep knowledge of building codes and ability to write code review

• Experience managing construction document production and coordination

• Knowledge of construction methods and materials, and building systems integration

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines

• Project administration skills including budget, schedule, and file management

• Cannabis experience not required

• Produce aesthetically appealing designs and renderings a plus

• Laboratory, technical, hospital, or school experience would be beneficial
