As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of marijuana plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants for shipment to the processing facility. After in-depth analysis, and as authorized by the court, the analyst removes any relevant data about the individuals' historic arrests. The analyst is required to maintain detailed records of each expungement that has been authorized and completed.
How does it get done?
1. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, the incumbent constructively collaborates with various individuals within the Law Enforcement Records Bureau (LERB) at the Department of Public Safety, the criminal justice system, courts and corrections agencies, to obtain full information about an individual's arrest history, and as authorized by the court, removes any relevant data about the individual's historic cannabis arrests. Maintain records of expungement.
2. Downloads, Administrative Office of the Court (AOC) files which contain various petition and order files authorizing an expungement, process and generate individual DPS case files, enter data into the DPS expungement spreadsheet, pull DPS case jackets, research and cross verify information in court order and DPS records.
3. Update necessary fields in the NM Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Interstate Identification (III), update DPS records jacket with relevant expungement orders.
4. Promotes, tracks and measures compliance with program changes by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting, and/or recordkeeping processes.

General Description/Purpose
- Position involved in all aspects of harvesting of medical cannabis.
Tasks and Nature of Work
Employee wears the proper attire including lab coat, booties/shoe covers, gloves, and hairnet;
- Cuts down plants in flower rooms; remove from trellis, one strain at a time;
- Cuts branches and place into bins for transport into Harvest Room
- Collects tags with barcodes from stalks for recording into the Harvest Inventory Log;
- Wet Trimming and Bucking down” flower from stems and colas,
- Resets harvest room as needed to include sweeping up wet waste, wiping tables, and designated bins with isopropyl alcohol to avoid cross contamination.
- Hangs plants for drying; remove trimmed branches from bins, place on lines in order required in SOPs
- Records plant waste weights in the harvest inventory log and enters info into Biotrack;
- Removes plants from lines and separates them by strain;
- Assists with running dehumidifiers and ensuring proper humidity is kept per SOPs;
- Weighs out flower and extract materials and records the weights for batching;
- Collects samples to be sent out for testing;
- Stages tote-bins for the trimmers;
- Performs other related duties as needed.

Position Objective:
R. Greenleaf’s Shift Leads are the front line of both customer service and company policy for the Organization’s clinic locations. A Shift Lead is expected to successfully perform all the duties of a Budtender, while also functioning as a liaison between Budtender and other management. Those in this position will also be expected to function as a Manager on Duty when assigned. The register tender and all daily cash deposits into the drop safe or bank.
All safety procedures in the clinic including monitoring all cameras and any other suspicious activity.
Ordering and maintaining all merchandise.
Oversight of website updates and menu board updates.
Oversight of staff, including performance and assignment of duties
Tracking of supplies and reporting needs to the Clinic Manager.
Document Control
Professional communication(written and verbal) with all levels of the organization.
Controls all patient documentation, including maintenance of forms and information storage.
Accurately completes incident reports and all other requested reports, as necessary.
Witnesses the documentation of personnel concerns/achievements as necessary.
Functions as Manager on Duty (as necessary):
Solves employee disputes (with assistance from Upper Management and/or Human Resources)
Requests monetary needs, such as purchase requests, other supplies, etc.
Assists with patient issues.

Role Summary-
As Marketing Administrator for Rocky Mountain Cannabis, you will support the VP of Marketing in identifying general marketing needs and developing and

- Assist with communication with third party marketing vendors such as StormBrain, local publications, event planners, etc.
- Manage event sponsorship payment, set up, scheduling, and asset delivery and coordination.
- Manage and maintain RMC Mobile App performance, creatives, text/push notification program and communicate updates, reports, & changes with store and regional management and the marketing team.

How does it get done?

Key responsibilities are as follows:

- Prepares monthly financial reports for use by executive management of the Department and other external oversight agencies.

The purpose of this position is to assist with the Supervision of the Tax Examiner Supervisors within the Administrative Resolution Service Bureau (Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax (i.e. CIT, SCorp, FID, OGP, PTE, PTW), Business Taxes (i.e. gross receipts, compensating, withholding, and workers' compensation fee), and Special Tax Programs ( i.e, Liquor Tax, Gaming, Combined Fuel, Cannabis, etc) . Staff Manager will assist the Bureau Chief, review filed returns, adjustments, abatements, refund claims, and provide taxpayer assistance.

- Recruitment & hiring of Supervisors, Tax Examiners and Clerks
- Supervises, assigns work, conducts annual performance evaluations, and recommends disciplinary actions
- Review: returns, payments, adjustments, abatements, and refunds for accuracy, verification of documents, computations, accuracy and balance or other tax related activity
- Resolve data entry errors, tax reporting errors and/or tax discrepancies
- Reviews and implements new tax year changes, system updates, and submits service requests as needed based on changes by legislation, form changes or instruction updates

General Description/Purpose
- Position involved in all aspects of harvesting of medical cannabis.
Tasks and Nature of Work
Employee wears the proper attire including lab coat, booties/shoe covers, gloves, and hairnet;
- Cuts down plants in flower rooms; remove from trellis, one strain at a time;
- Cuts branches and place into bins for transport into Harvest Room
- Collects tags with barcodes from stalks for recording into the Harvest Inventory Log;
- Wet Trimming and Bucking down” flower from stems and colas,
- Resets harvest room as needed to include sweeping up wet waste, wiping tables, and designated bins with isopropyl alcohol to avoid cross contamination.
- Hangs plants for drying; remove trimmed branches from bins, place on lines in order required in SOPs
- Records plant waste weights in the harvest inventory log and enters info into Biotrack;
- Removes plants from lines and separates them by strain;
- Assists with running dehumidifiers and ensuring proper humidity is kept per SOPs;
- Weighs out flower and extract materials and records the weights for batching;
- Collects samples to be sent out for testing;
- Stages tote-bins for the trimmers;
- Performs other related duties as needed.

Dispensary worker should be able to maintain quality assurance protocols, be willing and able to perform repetitive tasks and have some customer service experience. Experience in the medical marijuana or healthcare industry are not required, but candidates who have prior experience will be strongly considered. He/She reports to and is supervised by the Dispensary Regional Manager (DRM) and the Dispensary Manager (DM). Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal State and National background check.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure Patients’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively

Cannabis Baker/Pastry Chef
We are hiring a part-time/full-time professional baker/ pastry chef to be a part of our team.
Must have 3+ years of baking experience and able to work in a high pace production kitchen. Cake decorating experience is a plus.
The individual should be creative, detail-oriented, able to work independently, have a genuine love for craft pastries, loves to experiment with flavors, and is up to date with trends in the professional baking world.
Must understand or willing to learn healthy alternative options. Non-dairy, sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan. Pastry School and working with cannabis is a plus but not necessary.

Role:
You will be a key member of our highly collaborative design, project management and production team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from Concept Design through Construction Documents and CA
- Produce documentation - drawings, specifications, and supporting documents
- Communicate with clients, consultants and regulators
- Actively manage project budgets and schedules
- Assist in preparing, participating in, and leading client presentations
- Interpret and apply relevant building codes
- Develop & document construction details
- Product, material, and equipment research for systems integration
- Provide consistent and timely communication of project information to and from clients and the project team.
- Assist in construction administration through conducting site visits to ensure builder compliance with design.
- Serve as client liaison; foster and maintain a positive professional working relationship among clients and team members
Qualifications:
- Ability to work full time in Santa Fe, New Mexico office
- 6-10 years experience in an architecture firm
- Minimum 3 years experience in Revit (really, really badass)
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PDF software
- Deep knowledge of building codes and ability to write code review
- Experience managing construction document production and coordination
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, and building systems integration
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
- Project administration skills including budget, schedule, and file management
- Cannabis experience not required
- Produce aesthetically appealing designs and renderings a plus
- Laboratory, technical, hospital, or school experience would be beneficial
