Our Production Technicians process fresh and dried Cannabis, precisely and quickly, by hand and with the use of hand tools and powered machines. Job Duties:
- Accurately and efficiently remove leaf and stem from cut plant material

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Store Manager, Peoria Arizona
- Maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients
- Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations mission
- Provide departmental leadership to assure that all departmental operations such as admissions, patient consulting, product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost efficient, compassionate and compliant manner
- Performing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to the Executive Director
- Responsible for ensuring vigilance, adherence and departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, submissions of reports, preparation of policies and procedures, acting as a departmental contact person for regulators and law enforcement personnel
- Reviewing, maintaining and updating all departmental SOP's and assuring that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management
- Overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with all departmental SOP's
Compliance:
- Practice policies and procedures related to the protection of personal and sensitive data must be adhered to at all times and only divulged to authorize persons
- Assists the Regional Manager in maintaining all regulatory licenses and renewals
- Responsible for ensuring all employees state registration identification cards are renewed each year
- First point of departmental contact with State and Local regulatory representatives

Inventory Control and Management:
- Creating new product and price points for cannabis products and paraphernalia products

Assistant Store Manager
Under the direction of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The Patient Consultant is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role you will need to be knowledgeable about various products and their effects. The primary function of the Patient Consultant is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.

- Print return/exchange forms for all stations and delivery
- Update the Register Inventory sheet as needed
- Assess inventory needed in the live inventory room and transfer items as needed, complete daily inventory counts

- Enter all vape pens and merchandise into point of sale system when received

What You’ll Do

The Cultivation Technician provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to produce clean, potent, safe medical cannabis for our patients.

- Review and comply with all procedures and instructionson checklists

The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona (CFBSA) provides immediate food crisis relief to 225,000 low-income children, families, and elderly individuals across Southern Arizona. In addition to supporting clients in gaining consistent access to food, CFBSA also offers gardening programs, culinary job training, and other services that help lift persons out of poverty and onto a path of financial stability. Las Milpitas de Cottonwood is the Community Food Banks six-acre community farm, located on the banks of the Santa Cruz River, that provides materials and support for local residents to grow food for themselves, making healthy, local food more accessible to low-income families. The AmeriCorps State member’s goal is to educate kids and youth on sustainable food production and the food system, and support opportunities for them to develop a personal relationship with food. Additionally, the member will work closely with youth and teachers to build their collective capacity to grow gardens at their schools or at home, eat their garden bounty and shape the local food system. The member will serve at the Las Milpitas Community Farm in West Tucson under the supervision of the Farm Education Coordinator.
Member Duties : A.The member will provide training/support in their individual garden plots, as well as recruit/onboard new gardeners, plan events & facilitate monthly meetings at the farm. They will work with gardeners to organize monthly community garden meetings & provide production support through greenhouse planting, irrigation repair, pest management, etc. They will assist with updating existing assessment tools & implement them to gather & analyze data on program impacts. B.They will research, develop & implement training tools for gardener/ volunteer leadership development. They will provide educational/ technical support, field trips, farm summer camps, teach gardening workshops for volunteers/ community members & provide support to Youth Education Coordinator. C.They will assist with outreach, monthly newsletter creation, social media, tabling & public events. They will plan & execute farm events & lead visitor tours.
