Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of vault technicians and allocate human resources effectively, efficiently, and fairly
- Facilitate Pick / Pack orders for shipments, verifying correct quantities per order by inventory pull number
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and manifests of all items
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed
- Coordinate with other departments and maintaining accurate inventory
- Working in a team setting
- Filling out compliance forms on a regular basis
- Manifest orders in MJ Freeway system
- Prepare shipments in LeafTrade system and maintain fulfillment portion of LeafTrade system
- Communicate manifests to dispensary partners
- Report delivery success confirmation to state regulators
- Perform counts and quality checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces.
- Produce reliable and precise data for completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory, and state mandated seed to sale documentation.
- Accurately fill out all associated logs and tracking records.
- Ensure all fresh frozen processes are performed with attention to strict quality and safety standards, regulatory compliance, and all other applicable legal and food safety requirements.
- In addition to helping on the floor, leads are responsible for assisting in the management of their team members throughout their shift, preparing and closing the room at the beginning and end of the day, returning finished and in process work to the secure and keeping equipment in good working condition.

- Break down dry plants and bulk packaging of material going to cure room
- Trimming/manicuring of cannabis flower continuously for shifts of up to 8-10 hours in an efficient and quality-focused manner
- Thoroughly clean and maintain equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Packaging flower and pre-rolls
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis preferred but not required
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures
- Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms
- Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time

Position Description: The Flower Packaging Post-Harvest Supervisor provides supervision of the flower packaging operation in the grower processer facility and reports to the Post-Harvest Manager. Flower Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all of the processes of the flower packaging department, including, but not limited to properly sorting, weighing, packaging, and labeling of material designated for flower finished goods, maintaining inventory updates and adjustments and ensuring a compliant processing environment. Flower Packaging Supervisor will be cross trained in Post-Harvest to provide occasional support in other areas per business needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate the values of integrity, safety, quality, service, and innovation
- Provide accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Teamwork for the packing room team and processes reporting on KPI’s daily, monthly, and quarterly
- Design, create, implement, and improve packing procedures in the department
- Provide leadership and guidance to Packing Room Lead(s) to ensure daily/weekly operations, productivity, and quality goals are met
- Conduct employee evaluations, counseling, or other documentation to maintain consistency and successful results
- Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs set forth by upper management, state and company requirements
- Provide direction to Packing Room Lead(s) and technicians on daily/weekly production schedules
- Maintain proficient knowledge in plant diseases, pests, and contaminants
- Detect and communicate any abnormalities (seeds, mold, pests, etc.) to the Post-Harvest manager
- Communicate directly to the Post-Harvest Manager of any issues regarding staffing, efficiency, quality, safety, security, etc.

- Operational knowledge of the MS Suite including Excel, Sharepoint and Teams

Position Description:

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Position Description: As a retail merchandiser, you are the connection between the sales floor and customers. - Management of patient records through the internal management software.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and answer concerns and/or questions promptly and efficiently, referring to a dispensary healthcare practitioner or management team when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements and guidelines.

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Extraction Technician completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas as well as to maintain quality control measures. This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.
- Familiarity with basic scientific principles and laboratory experience. Must be able to follow written directions and maintain a laboratory notebook.
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Operate laboratory instruments, make observations, calculate and record results.

- Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production lines and collecting samples for analysis.

- Develop & Track KPIs around inventory on hand, sales forecasts, SKU optimization
- Ability to work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to in ensure appropriate flow through and cycling of inventory in line with the company’s quarterly sales strategy and parameters.

- Prepare and deliver ad hoc reporting for Finance and Operations team

Position Description
The Retail General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with Director of Retail Operations to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.
This is a full time exempt position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at all the dispensaries dispensary to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion.
- Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion & diversity
- Develop, coach and consistently execute Ilera’s service standards. Ensure consistent execution of steps of service by using tools such as quarterly departmental staff meetings, and customer feedback. Constantly work to improve standards and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of Ilera’s dispensary business and ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and profitably.
- Actively manage inventory, recalls, customer service complaints and pricing to meet cost and sales targets.
- Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check register, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and executed according to Ilera standard.
- Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.
- Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.
- Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
- Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
- Work with the Director of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with Ilera’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
- Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
- Oversight of Safety and Facility Management
- Become a subject matter expert in Pennsylvania’s seed-to-sale tracking system MJ Freeway and LEAF Data System.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
- Have a proven track record (5 years plus experience preferred) of working effectively with customers

The primary responsibility of an Ilera Healthcare Wellness Associate is to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to our patients. Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, check-in, verifying eligibility for medical marijuana, and completing accurate and compliant transactions and fulfillment of patient orders, all while providing top notch customer service. Wellness Associates will also assist patients in learning and understanding about medical marijuana in effort to help them make informed decisions about their care. The Wellness Associate will support the entire dispensary team to support patients, other team members, and the physical appearance of the dispensary. Ilera Healthcare dispensary offers a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere. We are seeking team members who want to bring their expertise, experience, and passion to serve the needs of existing and potential Pennsylvania medical marijuana patients. Please note, that this position requires availability on evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Assist with intake of new patients, orienting new patients to Ilera’s policies, rules and procedures.

Position Description
The Retail General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with Director of Retail Operations to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.
This is a full time exempt position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at all the dispensaries dispensary to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion.
- Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion & diversity
- Develop, coach and consistently execute Ilera’s service standards. Ensure consistent execution of steps of service by using tools such as quarterly departmental staff meetings, and customer feedback. Constantly work to improve standards and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of Ilera’s dispensary business and ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and profitably.
- Actively manage inventory, recalls, customer service complaints and pricing to meet cost and sales targets.
- Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check register, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and executed according to Ilera standard.
- Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.
- Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.
- Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
- Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
- Work with the Director of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with Ilera’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
- Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
- Oversight of Safety and Facility Management
- Become a subject matter expert in Pennsylvania’s seed-to-sale tracking system MJ Freeway and LEAF Data System.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
- Have a proven track record (5 years plus experience preferred) of working effectively with customers

Position Description: The Director of Retail Operations is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations for Retail Dispensary locations in the North East Region of the U.S. including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfilment processes. The Director works closely with each Dispensary General Manager to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at all the dispensaries to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion.
- Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion & diversity
- Develop, coach and consistently execute Ilera’s service standards. Ensure consistent execution of steps of service by using tools such as quarterly departmental staff meetings, and customer feedback. Constantly work to improve standards and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of Ilera’s dispensary business and ensure the dispensaries operate efficiently and profitably.
- Actively manage inventory, recalls, and pricing to meet cost and sales targets.
- Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check register, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and executed according to Ilera standard.
- Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.
- Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.
- Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
- Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
- Work with the General Manager of each Dispensary to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with Ilera’s corporate office (finance, human resources and marketing,) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff: management and hourly.
- Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
· Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
· Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
· Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evening and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
- Have a proven track record of working effectively with customers with minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check
