Summary/Objective
A manufacturing technician is your foot in the door to the exciting world of cannabis product production. As a Manufacturing Technician you will be expected to monitor and execute Manufacturing/Processing tasks, as well as packaging and labelling duties. You will be responsible for maintaining workflow, space utilization and product quality based on knowledge of product design, materials, parts, capabilities, and quality assurance standards.
A goal of the job is to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness, working with management to report ways to increase overall efficiency, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities will also include reporting to your supervisor on daily progress, overseeing and actively supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operations.
The Light Manufacturing processes include, but they are not limited to:
- Assisting in the manufacturing of Infused Products, Direct Use Extracts, Topicals, Sublinguals, etc.
- Filling and weighing of products.
- Preparing biomass for processing, assisting with extraction, and post-processing cleaning of equipment.
- Packaging and Labelling Duties.

Manufacturing technicians will be required to fill-in on other job roles outside of their direct responsibilities when the need arises such as going along on deliveries, helping with Patient Education Days, and assisting the distribution team with picking inventory for orders or checking orders for accuracy.

Summary/Objective
The primary responsibilities of the IPM Specialist are scouting, tracking, and responding to plant health issues of both biotic and abiotic origins. This includes active scouting of the crop, monitoring the progression of, and responding to any areas of concern. The position will frequently operate outside of normal “business” hours as needs require. Often starting and stopping later than other staff members and working weekends as needed to fit pesticide and foliar feed applications around other scheduled tasks.

Position Description
The Retail General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with the Director of Retail Operations, Northeast Region and the local Operations Manager to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary. Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
Cannabis experience is a plus.
Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
Have a proven track record (5 years plus experience preferred) of working effectively with customers

Actively manage inventory, recalls, customer service complaints and pricing to meet cost and sales targets.
Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check register, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and executed according to Ilera standard.
Effectively manage service labor, scheduling and payroll.
Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits.
Proactively monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop effective mitigation between actual performance and company budget and projections. Work with management team to develop insight as for business decisions.
Maintain a general awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
Work with the Director of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with TerrAscend NJ’s Local Management Operations and IHC Management’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
Oversight of Safety and Facility Management
Become a subject matter expert in New Jersey’s seed-to-sale tracking system Deacom.

This position works in a cannabis growing and processing business. The purpose of a bucking specialist is to prepare cannabis plants to be trimmed by breaking down the product from full plant form into singular buds. The bucking specialist is also a quality control position.
General Duties and Responsibilities

Working Conditions
- Zen Asset Management facilities are open from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM Monday through Sunday, depending on the facility
- The normal work week is 40 hours, your supervisor will explain your positional schedule and what schedule variances might happen in the course of business
- Most work is conducted in a warehouse-type environment in which warmer or cooler than normal temperatures may exist, with sometimes humid conditions, depending on the department

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow approved procedures for receiving, preparing, storing, arranging, and manicuring product to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection
- Move product to work surfaces for further inspection and processing
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Accurate counting, quality control, and attention to detail are essential
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment. Labeling is a large part of the job
- Maintain quality of product
- Handle damaged and waste products per company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods
- Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately
- General labor throughout the facility as needed (clean up, light maintenance, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with SOP and QA sanitation standards, keep floor clear of debris and spills
- Clean the grow rooms including floors and walls
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for duration of shift
- Must be able to work with bleach and isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)
