The Call Center Representative is the liaison between our company and its current and potential patients. This role effectively solves and answers patients’ questions, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Job Duties:
· Managing high volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner
· Checking voicemail and returning calls in a timely manner
· Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
· Identifying patients’ needs, clarify information, schedule appointments

The Role
Holy smokes! Green Thumb dba Leafline just keeps growing and growing! We’re looking for a General Manager to be the mastermind behind all daily operations for our Eagan location. Our perfect General Manager is someone who loves to grind away at the details of inventory, financial records, and safety and security measures. But we’re also looking for someone who can break through the haze of policies and paperwork to hire and shape our local team of passionate Patient Care Specialists and serve as an ambassador to the larger community, educating patients and enthusiasts about cannabis. Responsibilities
- Ensure the dispensary’s compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance Green Thumb’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations.
- Manage, supervise, and direct the activities of assigned team and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.
- Responsible for onboarding and training Patient Care Specialists.
- Set an example and inspire internal team to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Review performance of other dispensary employees on a regular basis.
- Provide education and development for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms.
- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Oversee and manage quality product inventory and financial records.
- Collaborate with Green Thumb leadership to set sales, service, and profit goals and inspire and motivate staff to exceed them.
- Work with wholesalers to negotiate and procure an adequate supply of quality products.
- Maintain and enforce effective cash handling protocols until reconciliation.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every patient and employee.
- Serve as a liaison to the local community.
- Lead and inspire a culture of high performance and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
- Must be proactive, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
- Meet timelines consistently and be able to effectively work under pressure.
- Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback.

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of Call Center Representatives and ensuring the Call Center is a successful operation that provides excellent customer service through phone calls, email, and digital interactions. The Customer Service Manager will assist in establishing and updating Call Center objectives, creating reports, analyzing metrics, and focus on improving performance and processes to better support the company and customers.
Job Duties:
· Provides leadership, day-to-day supervision and oversight of Customer Service employees and processes.

The Role
An Assistant General Manager is the lead Patient Care Specialist; talented at both motivating people and moving product! This indispensable team member rallies and organizes our passionate team of Patient Care Specialists and loves grinding away at the details of record-keeping and logging data to keep the store blazing along from open to close. The Assistant Store Manager pays close attention to sales records as well as state and local regulations to make sure everything at the dispensary is always up to snuff.
Responsibilities
· Provide best-in-class customer service

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the GM or Store Manager
· Assist all patients and customers in making the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients
· Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
o Correct cash handling and discount application
o Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients
o Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
o Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems
o Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
o Security measures and safety compliance
o Maintenance of an organized and clean store
o Management of visitor log
o Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers
o Reporting of team member issues or patient situations

The Role
An Assistant General Manager is the lead Patient Care Specialist; talented at both motivating people and moving product! This indispensable team member rallies and organizes our passionate team of Patient Care Specialists and loves grinding away at the details of record-keeping and logging data to keep the store blazing along from open to close. The Assistant Store Manager pays close attention to sales records as well as state and local regulations to make sure everything at the dispensary is always up to snuff.
Responsibilities
· Provide best-in-class customer service
· Lead the Patient Care team in accordance with Green Thumb’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives
· Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the GM or Store Manager
· Assist all patients and customers in making the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients
· Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
o Correct cash handling and discount application
o Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients
o Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
o Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems
o Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties:
· Perform labor on medical cannabis production line including; packaging, labeling and transportation of medical cannabis products to LeafLine Labs patient care centers
· Maintain accurate records and logs for medical cannabis production activities
· Maintain a clean, orderly, safe workstation and environment

Essential Requirements:
