JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary General Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight and operations of the dispensary, handling the needs of all customers, and developing a professional team that is passionate about medicinal cannabis. This position will be an experienced leader who is able to help our developing company build out policies and practices. Priorities include the implementation policies, oversight and management of quality product inventory and the hiring, training, development, and supervision of all dispensary staff. Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Terrabis.

Inventory Lead

POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will receive product from our vendors and ensure the validity of the delivery. You will label all product and ensure the proper inventory control processes are in place. This specialized role will record, arrange, and package patient and caregiver orders with accuracy. PCA's are expected to inspire patient confidence in Terrabis and assist in creating long-term loyalty to our brand. Providing quality product and fulfilling patient orders accurately is one way we will achieve this goal. A successful PCA will be able to elevate company standards, achieve goals, provide excellent product suggestions and guidance, and exceed the patient's expectations.

Responsibilities
- Maintains strict inventory controls to ensure full, comprehensive regulatory compliance.
- Receive product from vendors and maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed products, and making recommendations to GM for ordering.
- Sort, label, stock and perform inventory audits for all products.
- Process orders and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
- Comply with all security measures and quality standards.
- In partnership with the General Manager, order and replenish existing medicated product inventory and pass purchase orders to COO for approval.
- Have a comprehensive knowledgeable of all products, of the cannabis industry, and of any relevant cannabis-related subject matter.
- Be knowledgeable of all specials or promotions, including in-store weekly/daily deals.
- Participate in staff events, outings, and promotional events.
- Be active on company social media (sharing, liking, and posting all content shared on Terrabis social media accounts).
- Read industry publications to keep up to date on current / future trends in the industry.
- Ensure you are early or on-time for all shifts and any mandatory events or meetings.
- Ensure your uniform is clean and that you are prepared for your scheduled shift.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead Patient Care Associates (LCPA) are responsible for assessing the needs of our patients and educating/guiding them in selecting the appropriate cannabis products to meet their needs. They embody the "patients first" approach, while ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent service. A successful LPCA will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, provide excellent product suggestions and guidance, and exceed the patient's expectations. LPCA's are expected to inspire patient confidence in Terrabis and assist in creating long-term loyalty to our brand. The Lead Patient Care Associate is responsible for patient and caregiver orientation, data, paperwork, and upkeep. They must maintain accurate records of patient and caregiver identification and registration documents, manage customer traffic flow, and respond to customer and caregiver inquiries. The LPCA must record, arrange, and package patient and caregiver orders. The Lead Patient Care Associate must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment and facility appearance. In addition to the duties listed, the LPCA will work with direction from the General Manager to provide in-store training to new Patient Care Associates and support an atmosphere that foster's learning.

Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of Missouri and local laws, and standards set by the company.
The Assistant Manager provides support to all Patient Care Associates, which includes scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, product information, and keeping updated with industry news. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining the dispensary sales floor, ordering, and receiving all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, and maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness. The Assistant Manager must maintain a professional work environment and facility appearance.

Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead the Patient Care Associates Team in accordance with the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Terrabis.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.

- Correct cash handling and discount application when applicable.
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients.
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure POS stations are ready to go at store opening.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed in a timely manner.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems.
- Assistance in verifying orders for accuracy.

Qualifications

Terrabis is looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our team. You will assist with designing and developing our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will drive suitable training initiatives that exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of our company. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Reviews existing training program; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs the organization, or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to the cannabis industry.
- Learn regulations of states Terrabis operates within, and apply them to real time company policies, procedures, operations, and training.
- Act as the primary liaison for all manufacturing and retail compliance-related questions.
- Act as the primary liaison for all security matters.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Facility Directors and Retail Managers on meeting business goals within compliance framework.
- Develop compliance program goals and initiatives.
- Design and execute regular and random internal audits to identify non-compliant company activities.
- Conduct facility risk assessments and generate associated reports of findings.
- Review marketing, advertising, packaging, SOPs and other materials to assure compliance with regulations and statues.
- Lead municipal and state regulatory and/or law enforcement agency inspections.
- Review and monitor required operational and training paperwork from all departments to ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
- Manage multiple compliance projects and communications with internal and external teams.
- Review and track emerging legislation and regulatory revisions for applicability to company operations.
- Maintain METRC oversight and monitoring of employee use and/or misuse, and complete all ongoing METRC training and certifications as deemed necessary from seed to sale.
- Conduct, supervise, and prepare reports relating to internal investigations associated with losses, diversions, or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Respond to regulatory incidents, emergencies, and/or criminal activities that require a response or notification to the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS).
- Provide verbal or written responses to all DHSS notices of violation, as applicable.
- Create and/or update all corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SOP based employee training materials, and submit same to DHSS as applicable for notification purposes.
- Work creatively with cross-functional teams to implement compliant operational efficiencies, improvements, and solutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience managing an effective Compliance Program in a highly regulated industry, prior cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
- Must have the ability to develop and foster strong working relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
- Minimum of five years of compliance experience, ideally in the regulated cannabis industry or other regulated industry, such as alcohol, tobacco, gaming, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated environmental / health & safety knowledge and experience within a manufacturing and/or light industrial setting, including familiarity of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulated activities and guidelines.
- Knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS), including ICS 100 (Basics of ICS) and IS 700 (Introduction to NIMS) certification, and/or ability to acquire such certification within six months.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills; the ability to either predict and/or identify and drive problem/issue to resolution in partnership with stakeholders.
- Working knowledge or ability to develop working knowledge of security and surveillance systems and methodology within six months.
- Excellent people and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to successfully explain complex matters and provide persuasive support for positions with internal stakeholders, outside partners, and to communicate with all levels of the organization.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Retail Purchasing Manager at Terrabis develops the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory, and maximizing available working capital. The Property Manager will support both retail and industrial properties throughout the organization by working in collaboration with facility General Managers, Accounting personnel, Legal personnel, and third-party contractors/vendors. Assistant Manager - Dispensary
Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of Missouri and local laws, and standards set by the company.
The Assistant Manager provides support to all Patient Care Associates, which includes scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, product information, and keeping updated with industry news. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining the dispensary sales floor, ordering, and receiving all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, and maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness. The Assistant Manager must maintain a professional work environment and facility appearance.
Reports To: General Manager & Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead the Patient Care Associates Team in accordance with the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Terrabis.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the General Manager.
- Assist all patients and customers in making the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients.
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including: cleaning of the store, bathrooms, patient areas, and break room.
- Correct cash handling and discount application when applicable.
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients.
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure POS stations are ready to go at store opening.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed in a timely manner.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems.
- Assistance in verifying orders for accuracy.
- Participate in staff events, outings, and promotional events
- Security measures and safety compliance.
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store.
- Be active on company social media (sharing, liking, and posting all content shared on Terrabis social media accounts).
- Management of visitor log.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other coworkers.
- Reporting of team member issues or patient situations to General Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer.
- Coordinate in periodic staff meetings.
- Work with General Manager to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints.
- Work with the General Manager and Training Manager to properly onboard and train new Patient Care Associates.
- Conduct a minimum of a quarterly audit per state regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Cannabis experience preferred
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting required, preference for specialty retail
- Inventory control experience required
- Must be proactive, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills
- Meet timelines consistently and be able to effectively work under pressure
- Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback
- High level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, often working cross functionally
- Strong math skills

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Retail Purchasing Manager at Terrabis develops the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory, and maximizing available working capital. This position participates with the other management staff in charting the direction of the company, assuring its accountability to all constituencies, and ensuring its effective operation. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the procurement and timely delivery of products in accordance with all policies and procedures established by the state and Terrabis.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Oversees the proper and timely ordering and distribution of all products, merchandise, and office supplies within each location.
- Complete inventory procedure using electronic tracking system and respond to any discrepancies by notifying the location's management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.
- Ensures inventory counts, adjustments, returns, and transfers are being performed on schedule with acceptable results, and the proper documentation is being executed and filed.
- Responsible for the settlement of all inventory discrepancies and reporting the resolution of such discrepancies.
- Develop monthly summary for General Manager of all inventory discrepancies and how the issues have been resolved and/or mitigated.
- Manage inventory models ensuring the right products are distributed to the right correct location.
- Monitor obsolete and non-moving materials and products. Identify and suggest items for disposition. Supervise the handling of products for sale, returned, or discarded.
- Arrange and schedule regular training for the management and agent teams of the company.
- Conduct on-the-job training as necessary to maintain proficiency in inventory operations for company personnel.
- Establish, maintain, and assess inventory turn & service level goals as well as other KPI's for each location using history, sales plans, vendor criteria, and market trends.

CORPORATE COUNSEL
The Role
Corporate Counsel will be focused on the further expansion of Terrabis' cannabis businesses through commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. The position is suited for an accomplished transaction-based attorney who can also stay up to date on cannabis regulations applicable to Terrabis.
From a commercial transaction perspective, this role will provide legal support for all of Terrabis' existing medical and pending adult use cannabis businesses across three (3) U.S. markets. A successful candidate will (i) identify, evaluate, manage, and mitigate the company's risk, (ii) be responsible for advising the Terrabis management team and (iii) coordinate with the Chief Legal Officer to negotiate, document, and close commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing agreements, and other strategic commercial transactions of the business.
From a regulatory compliance perspective, this individual will also be responsible for preparing required disclosures and reports for submission to regulatory agencies.
Our ideal candidate embraces working in a highly regulated environment, strives to eliminate ambiguity, and is invigorated by the prospect of paving the way in a new industry. They will have at least 3 years of demonstrated legal experience practicing in the fields of commercial transactions, regulatory law, and/or real estate.
Transactional Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents such as vendor contracts, supply agreements, intellectual property agreements, brand licensing arrangements, marketing agreements, NDAs, and LOIs.
- Develop form documents and processes to increase in-house efficiencies.
- Manage and oversee compliance with all dates and deadlines in our commercial documents.
- Ensure commercial documents are consistent and protective of Terrabis.
- Coordinate with company's Chief Legal Officer and operational business leads.
Regulatory Responsibilities
- Independently review, analyze, and keep current on developments in state and federal laws and regulations affecting the cannabis industry and Terrabis' business, and provide business clients legal advice regarding those laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance in each of Terrabis' markets.
- Work directly with Terrabis' board members, directors, officers, and others to prepare their principal officer applications, agent badge renewals, affiliations and other required reports, disclosures and filings as required by applicable cannabis regulations.
- Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer to review and revise regulatory submissions, respond to regulator inquiries, and assist with other projects as needed.
- Advise on training, auditing, and monitoring activities applicable to the business and help ensure compliance with cannabis laws and regulations.
- Conduct or support regulatory compliance investigations as needed.
- Build good relationships with state regulatory officials and staff.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of general corporate and transactional legal experience with the ability to handle nuanced regulatory matters.

You will assist with designing and developing our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will drive suitable training initiatives that exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of our company. We are looking for someone with excellent presentation skills who can communicate and deliver a robust industry-specific learning program, while embracing a continuous learning roadmap. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.POSITION SUMMARY
- Partner with key senior leaders to identify skills, standard work and competencies needed to accomplish critical business objectives.
- Lead, drive and execute a classroom and/or virtual learning curriculum through Terrabis University, including technical, soft-skills, advisory, communication and applications training, training on policies and procedures, compliance training, new hire orientation, career pathing, manager effectiveness, leadership development and other key training program needs.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee training events.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Manages the LMS, including modifying compliance and new regulations as needed.
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience designing and facilitating employee training programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A proven track record of training program development and management.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Excellent team building, organization, and leadership skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
