- Manage and maintain customers account balance, schedule, and collect payments to make sure customers credit terms are kept up to date and paid on time

SUMMARY:
Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory to include Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oklahoma, Utah & Wyoming. Key markets to be targeted for sales growth and development include, but are not limited to, forensic, environmental and food safety. Will develop and implement agreed upon Sales Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned territory. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients via in-person visits, phone calls, email, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Identify and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity or other sources.
- Maintain current and accurate contact information and activity logs within the provided CRM database.
- Prepare presentations and sales quotes, facilitate customer sample, literature, and application requests to acquire new business in accordance with your management team.
- Maintain a suitable order tracking system that allows you to keep tabs on shipments, open orders, potential backorders, and % to forecast for the purpose of keeping both customers and UCT management informed.
- Maintain current product, application, and industry knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to include both purchasing and technical groups.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up with manager and support team members.
- Identify and resolve client concerns, individually, or with the help of technical support.
- Relay new product/service opportunities, industry & application developments, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate internal groups such as marketing or R&D.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees, when requested.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.

- This position is remote.

Responsibilities of Position:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated sales rep in San Jose and the surrounding areas.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Salesperson will be a driven individual with a proven successful sales background and a passion for cannabis. This position will help grow and facilitate wholesale and retail sales within the cannabis market. This individual will be responsible for meeting directed company objectives (i.e., sales goals, KPI’s, brand awareness, etc.), building and maintaining long lasting relationships with key customers/accounts, creating profitable sales plans and promotions to drive brand sales/awareness and be an active part of the cannabis movement. This position will be based out of San Jose, so the chosen candidate will reside in or around San Jose, and must be able to travel throughout the territory to various dispensaries and distribution centers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in cannabis or consumer goods.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
· Prior cannabis industry preferred. Knowledge of cannabis health benefits and cannabis products.
· Retail or direct wholesale sales experience preferred.
· Superb communication skills – verbal and in writing
· Superior time management, organization, and efficient skill set.
· Ability to handle a high degree of problem solving and complexity.

· Build, develop and maintain key relationships to increase sales in current medicinal marijuana dispensaries within account range by finding added value solutions
· Must be able to be comfortable with cold call selling to hit prospect accounts to build total company sales
· Meet sales targets, KPI’s and brand objectives through collaboration and sales strategies with customers
· Manage and maintain customers account balance, schedule, and collect payments to make sure customers credit terms are kept up to date and paid on time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales rep in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Salesperson will be a driven individual with a proven successful sales background and a passion for cannabis. This position will help grow and facilitate wholesale and retail sales within the cannabis market. This individual will be responsible for meeting directed company objectives (i.e., sales goals, KPI’s, brand awareness, etc.), building and maintaining long lasting relationships with key customers/accounts, creating profitable sales plans and promotions to drive brand sales/awareness and be an active part of the cannabis movement. This position will be based out of Sacramento, so the chosen candidate will reside in Sacramento and be able to travel throughout the territory to the dispensaries and distribution centers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in cannabis or consumer goods.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required. If you have experience, that's enough.
- Prior cannabis industry preferred. Knowledge of cannabis health benefits and cannabis products.
- Retail or direct wholesale sales experience preferred.
- Superb communication skills – verbal and in writing
- Superior time management, organization, and efficient skill set.
- Ability to handle a high degree of problem solving and complexity.
- Self-driven and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Inventive and creative with solutions working in a ‘start-up’ company environment
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Salesforce.
- Must have a reliable method of transportation.
- Valid CA Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOJ Live Scan – a background check using your fingerprints.
JOB DUTIES:
- Build, develop and maintain key relationships with dispensaries to increase sales .
- Must be able to be comfortable with cold call selling to hit prospect accounts to build total company sales
- Meet sales targets, KPI’s and brand objectives through collaboration and sales strategies with customers
- Manage and maintain customers account balance, schedule, and collect payments to make sure customers credit terms are kept up to date and paid on time
- Learn, provide, and teach cannabis knowledge and product knowledge to dispensary managers and budtenders making it easy for them to sell.
- Work with teams within the company to develop logical solutions to increase work efficiency

Position Summary-
This is a full-time outbound wholesales position; availability must be flexible up to 6 days a week if need be. Outbound sales require in-person and remote account management. Some driving is required, you must have adequate (safe) reliable personal transportation.

Work Environment

Dadirri is seeking an outgoing, charismatic and a highly approachable professional with experience in the Cannabis industry to serve as a Territory Sales Representative in Colorado. Looking for two representatives to cover both Denver and mountain territories- split North and South.
Our Territory Sales Representative will serve as a product expert and will communicate product knowledge to buyers, budtenders, and consumers. The goal of the Dadirri TSR is to sell and meet with buyers at as many dispensaries in your territory as possible while simultaneously supporting current customers, and building brand awareness in the region.
The Territory Sales Representative will act as the face of the company and will have an opportunity for future growth within the company if a mutual fit is established. You will be charged with hitting strict sales goals within your territory- always answering to the Sales Manager.
This position will be salary + commission, dependent upon experience.
Job Role:
- Grow the number of retailer carrying product in your territory
- Grow the overall sales volume in your territory
- Develop strong relationships with retail buyers, management and sales staff
- Work with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays
- Coordinate with retail staff to develop and execute promotions and sales contests
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our brand, products, and competitors

POSITION SUMMARY

Job Summary:
Represent Flora California and the products we offer to a variety of consumers. The Outside Sales Representative conducts sales in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. You are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing descriptions of any products when necessary. Your goal is to build the business by focusing on the client. This will be easy if you're the natural sales person we're looking to find.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals, but not because there's just a quota to reach.
- Review goals quarterly with the Sales Director.
- Actively pursue new accounts in the Southern, CA, and surrounding areas
- Follow up on all communications and requirements related to setting up and starting new accounts.
- Review, address and resolve any outstanding client Accounts Receivable issues.
- Visit all clients, in person, on a regular, rotating basis during normal business hours.
- You will travel within your managed territories visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance and collecting market share information
- Responsible for creating direct sales through contact with buyers
- Continually monitor account sales, inventory, opportunities, develop a promotional schedule
- Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails
- Obtain, review and create monthly/seasonal pre-book sales orders for all categories
- Work closely with retailers to process A/O and fill-in orders growing sales within territory
- Prepare detailed sales info, brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license are mandatory.

- Ability and passion to meet new people and promoting products in a competitive environment
- Experience with customer-facing, fact-based selling strategies (Outside Sales)

Dark Heart Nursery is looking for a Territory Sales Representative who will be responsible for prospecting, closing and managing a accounts with our dispensary and delivery partners. This role will be crucial in delivering top line sales revenue and profitability for Dark Heart Nursery. We are looking for a Rep to cover the Salinas/Monterey territory.
The perfect candidate will be a natural leader in opening new accounts and closing large deals. They will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment while setting the standard in KPI’s and exceeding goals. The ideal candidate will have proven metrics of beating and exceeding sales goals in previous positions held.
We are looking for someone that has a proven commitment to the cannabis industry by keeping up to date with industry trends and laws. This position will work collaboratively with selling partners, customer service representatives, and marketing to accelerate revenue growth.
Essential Functions (included, but not limited too)
- Develop leads into opportunities by nurturing relationships, understanding client problems, involving the correct decision makers, and helping clients understand Dark Heart Nursery products;
- Consistently and efficiently close all sales prospects;
- Prepare activity and forecast reports for tracking sales progress against goals;
- Proactively communicate product and service offerings to wholesale and consumer clients;
- Work with sales logistic team to manage customer orders and inventory for all products;
- Develop a regional sales plan for partner distribution to meet and exceed goals;
- Track all customer communications in CRM tool;
- Ensure products are delivered on time and to order request;
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid product shortage with each customer;
- Follow up with customer issues and complaints;

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Territory Sales Rep. in a related field;
- Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- At least 3 years’ experience in cannabis, cannabis-related, or similar field;
