POSITION SUMMARY:

JOB DUTIES:
- Provide analytical support to the finance and management team to drive improvements.
- Prepare schedules for financial reporting packages, including balance sheet and P&L.
- Assist with and ensures monthly bank reconciliations are completed.
- Assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger accounts.
- Involved with maintaining an orderly accounting filing system.
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
- Support and participate in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other ad hoc reports for management or regulatory bodies.
- Review company financial statements for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to provide financial insights and relevant reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in an accounting/CPA firm environment is preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in general financial accounting and cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing, agricultural, or distribution.
- Minimum two (2) years of recent QuickBooks experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a Live Scan background check.
- Other duties as assigned.

Summary
We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our facility. The Warehouse Assistant performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet. The warehouse assistant will also operate heavy machinery and drive equipment, so a candidate with experience and a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Warehouse experience: 1 year
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. METRC experience is a plus
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written

Essential Duties
- Compiles data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports, and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records
- Labeling and stocking inventory in appropriate locations
- Compiles stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
- Tracks and corrects inventory – Inventory discrepancies, sample displays, destruction of raw materials
- Prepares requisitions, orders, or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock items
- Conducts recurring audits as well as frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory
- Takes a proactive approach to inventory management to ensure consistency in product supply
- Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors
- Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made

Summary:
To assist the Facility Manager with the managing and coordination of all warehouse activities, operations, and staff to ensure conformance to established procedures; implement practices that improve the effectiveness and financial performance of the supply chain. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for assisting with planning, forecasting, and procurement in addition to daily needs of preparing and shipping large bulk orders to our facility.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage cycle of shipping/manufacturing, lead time, inventory availability, forecast, etc. Production planning & scheduling
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the supply chain process through detailed analysis of inventories, materials and supplies located in the facility.
- Increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes
- Negotiate prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies. Source and order raw materials.
- Perform inventory-related updates and reconciliations
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in inventory, and inventory management process
- Work closely with finance to identify anomalies in inventory valuation and validate variance in production
- Develop strategic solutions and process improvements, streamlining logistics, inventory, productions operations and reducing costs
- Establishes audit process and maintains cycle count records
Education/ Work Experience Requirements:

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Content Manager who embraces the HOUSE OF BRANDS culture.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish, activate, and manage an integrated strategy across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and other owned channels
- Develop monthly and quarterly campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales
- Manage monthly budget for ad content; track performance and introduce methods to optimize performance
- Create, post, and manage monthly social media/editorial calendars
- Formulate copy that accurately reflects our brands’ values and propositions for content on all platforms
- Define tactics for expanding our brands’ social media audience
- Establish, build, and maintain a community of our brands’ supporters
- Develop a deep understanding of various target persona’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong content development for a variety of products offered by our brands
- Track insights consistently and develop actionable strategies to boost audience following, reach, interactions, and growth on all social platforms
- Develop and oversee monthly programming calendar that caters to targeted audience and ladders up to the goals of the business
- Report on key metrics monthly to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media strategy with alternative solutions to improve performance
- Collaborate with executives and creatives to foster new ideas and convert them into finished visuals, storyboards, animations, gifs, etc to track, measure, and promote our brands
- Foster relationships with affiliates and influencers; manage and maintain partnerships; expand influencer marketing strategies
- Identify content, trends, groups, brands, and industries that appeal to our brands’ target demographics
- Investigate social tools, systems, platforms, and services against business goals and deliver formalized reports that are actionable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- 2+ years of concentrated experience in social media with a portfolio; focus in the cannabis industry or high-growth consumer brand/agency is a plus
- A passion for creating content – ability to shoot stills, jump on camera, and create short-form video to keep up with daily and weekly growth trends is highly preferred
- Must be an excellent, authentic storyteller with social and digital expertise
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a heavy workload and meet deadlines; a talent for working with others and communicating effectively
- Team player with an ambitious mindset
- Experience with social media tools, platforms, apps, and CMS
- Possess a history of developing and optimizing engaging content and building a social following
- Well-organized with impeccable attention to detail; Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Problem solver with the ability to think creatively, intuitively, and unconventionally
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams receives direction from executive level management and provides a positive influence on other team members. Effectively delegates work, when appropriate
- 1-2 years of experience with graphic design is a plus
- Experience with Email marketing services, email campaign strategy & development preferred
- Must be willing and available to work outside of business hours on occasion — during crucial marketing campaigns and product releases are launched
