965 Solutions is looking for a charismatic delivery driver who will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to our retail and business partners throughout California.
Primary Delivery Destinations: Sacramento Area, North Bay Area, SF Bay Area, Lake County.
Occasional Delivery Destinations: North to Mendocino County and/or South to San Diego County.
Wage: $20.00 hourly, non-exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday; Weekend Availability
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of delivery vehicle.
- Abide by state laws and regulations required when transporting cannabis material and finished goods.
- Apply problem solving skills to resolve issues that may arise upon delivery; help resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Properly handle cash or check payments when picking up payment for accounts receivables.
- Follow internal procedures and SOP's to keep cash organized and secure.
- Manage documentation associated with cannabis delivery, ensure proper documentation is kept and completed for filing.
- Utilize smartphone applications to navigate and deliver assigned orders and provide feedback on customer interactions.
- Project a professional image with attire and attitude.
- Maintain company confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to assist with delivery changes, product issues, payment matters, etc.
- Assist in general warehouse duties when delivery routes are complete.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps and/or web-based or physical maps.
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
- Possess great customer service, patience, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required for Southern California deliveries/pick ups.
Education and Experience
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- 2-year clean driving record
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
- Ability to drive a van and/or car for eight (8) to twelve (12) hours daily.

Territory Sales Representative responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and locate new customers through a variety of methods including networking and cold calling.
- Apply knowledge of the product and industry to match products to the needs of customers.
- Periodically prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to management.
- Act as an expert and advocate for our brands.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and networking events.
- Educate buyers and budtenders about the key aspects of 965 Solutions’ retail brands.
- Record information and ensure quality of data in internal systems (Roshi) that support sales; process Sales Orders.
- Attend all Sales Team meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate and current account records in Customer Relations Management (CRM) software; track opportunities and follow leads.
- Travel within assigned territory in a personal vehicle to visit current and prospective customers; occasional overnight stays.
- Cross-departmental communications with Distribution and Finance departments.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the cannabis industry and in-depth knowledge of cannabis products.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Education and Experience
- College degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in related field.
- Prior experience in the Cannabis Industry preferred.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License or State ID Card.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Travel to meet with customers and potential customers will be required on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
