The responsibilities of the Cannabis Advisor (CAs) within Garden Remedies, Inc. (GRI) broadly embrace the key areas described below. The most critical role is to ensure outstanding customer service and cannabis knowledge within our adult use cannabis dispensary. Working within a team, the CAs are the point of contact for all patients/customers at our dispensary. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to assess our customers’ needs and providing detailed information about our products is required. Our CAs will assist in developing GRI’s brand: you will be required to deliver GRI’s customer service standards and to exceed our customers’ expectations. This position starts at $18/hr + benefits and the management team is looking for someone with fulltime availability.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system, inventory management and the MA state databases.
- Follows and executes compliant practices adhering in accordance with state regulations and GRI’s standard operating procedures.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and rooted in education
- Maintains extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and GRI’s products
- Engages with consumers to better understand the consumers’ desired experience so that they can make informed product recommendations to best suit the needs of the customer

JOB SUMMARY:
The Vault Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis and non-cannabis inventory in regard to our company's policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. The Vault Supervisor will complete all the regularly occurring duties of an Inventory Specialist.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains accurate inventory records.
- Leads order deliveries following Local Roots and industry protocols.
- Conducts monthly inventory procedures including monthly inventory counts.
- Assists in logging, reporting and investigating daily inventory discrepancies.
- Creates and edits product information via LeafLogix. ( Move product)
- Acts to maintain a professional relationships with staff, vendors and other persons.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Follows all appropriate security protocols.
- Understands organization is key to the smooth running of the vault. (Everything Labeled)
- Follows and enacts protocols to maintain said organization.
- Helps to determine active and inactive inventory levels.
- Aids in maintaining relevant inventory records including manifests and testing data.
- Guides and instructs other vault/inventory staff.
- Exhibits punctuality, reliability and job safety.
- Answers incoming phone and chat conversations and converses with customers in an
- informative, respectful, professional manner.
- Understand the importance of Product Master. ( how to create and update)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent
- 1-3+ years experience working in retail, inventory, warehouse or manufacturing facility preferred
- Previous experience in inventory management preferred
- Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing regular system and physical inventory audits
- Positive attitude and works well with others in a team environment
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- College degree preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

JOB SUMMARY:
Local Roots is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand on the road throughout the state of Massachusetts. You will be instrumental in the development of dispensary-based marketing plans while creating meaningful relationships with key dispensary accounts to promote Local Roots’ line of organic, live-soil grown cannabis products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Effectively communicating and promoting brand awareness to clients through pop-ups.
- Act as “face” of brand with our various vendors, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.
- As a key member of the sales and marketing team, strengthen and nurture our long-term professional
- relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
- Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies for each of our unique retail
- accounts.

JOB SUMMARY:
Local Roots dispensary security is not your typical security job. Our security staff are the first employees to meet our customers. Friendly and welcoming qualities are a must for this position. On a busy night, our security staff can welcome and process 150-250 customers per shift. We also work hand in hand with our retail coworkers. Local Roots fosters an environment of team work, which requires the ability to work well with others.
In addition to the right personality for the job, we are looking for a competent security professional to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior. A security agent must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with emergencies. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company maintain an excellent work environment by keeping our facilities safe and worry free.
Transportation security duties involve ensuring the safe wholesale delivery of our cannabis products. Agent applying for this job will work with another Local Roots security agent in performing transportation duties. Attention to detail, keen observation skills, and safe driving skills are all required for safe and successful wholesale cannabis delivery.

A floor supervisor works with Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, and the management team to ensure that daily tasks are completed to the best of their abilities. Floor supervisors should act with integrity and tact when interacting with staff and customers. They are often the public interface between the facility, our patients, regulators, law enforcement and the public. A floor supervisor must have a professional attitude, comply with all state, and company policies as well as offer excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB SUMMARY:
Budtenders are the face of our business and will be responsible for ensuring every customer is given the time and attention needed to select our best cannabis strain or product for their
experience. Budtenders are required to see to it that business operations are conducted in

standards at all time. This position reports to the Manager of the dispensary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands that customer service is the top priority and ceases performing tasks when
customers are present and in need of assistance

The General Manager of "KoÅ›a Dispensary" is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve directly managing and making the dispensary operational. The General Manager serves as staff mentor and supervisor, customer advocate, and a koÅ›a brand ambassador.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented, and collaborative General Manager to provide leadership, direction, and support, overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all customers and hiring and developing a team of Sales Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility for the launch and operation of the dispensary while maximizing sales with a customer service focus. Previous cannabis retail experience is recommended but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and policies to advance kośa's mission, vision, goals, and objectives at the store level
- Hire, develop, and train dispensary employees. Lead the development of employee training materials, including education and development of staff regarding cannabis strains, products, and consumption mechanisms
- Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

A floor supervisor works with Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, and the management team to ensure that daily tasks are completed, and Budtenders are performing to the best of their abilities. Floor supervisors should act with integrity and tact when interacting with staff and customers. They are often the public interface between the facility, our patients, regulators, law enforcement and the public. A floor supervisor must have a professional attitude, comply with all state and company policies as well as offer excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving orders
- Performing cash drops from Budtender drawers
- Accessing the overnight and drop safes to collect budtender monies, initiate change swaps and restock cash drawers

Job Description
The responsibilities of the Cannabis Advisors (CAs) within Garden Remedies, Inc. (GRI) broadly embrace the key areas described below. The most critical role is to ensure outstanding customer service and cannabis knowledge within our adult use cannabis dispensary. Working within a team, the CAs are the point of contact for all patients/customers at our dispensary. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to assess our customers’ needs and providing detailed information about our products is required. Our CAs will assist in developing GRI’s brand: you will be required to deliver GRI’s customer service standards and to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Duties:
- Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system, inventory management and the MA state databases.
- Follows and executes compliant practices adhering in accordance with state regulations and GRI’s standard operating procedures.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and rooted in education
Responsibilities:
- Maintains extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and GRI’s products
- Engages with consumers to better understand the consumers’ desired experience so that they can make informed product recommendations to best suit the needs of the customer
- Remains knowledgeable of GRI’s product inventory and is able to easily explain the benefits of the specific products and the methods of titration in a way that is understood by all customers
- Maintains a level of intellectual curiosity regarding the benefits of cannabis medicine.
- Practices fine dining level customer service by providing extraordinary attention to the customers needs while communicating information of products honestly. Must go above and beyond to try and effectively answer customers questions and concerns.
- Practices empathetic client care utilizing active listening, eye contact, welcoming body language and warm tone of voice. Must be sensitive to different customers needs and be able to adapt accordingly.
- Is knowledgeable about MA compliance and reporting regulations and how it relates to customer purchasing limits.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and well merchandised store environment.
- Acknowledges any inventory issues and properly reports them to management.
- Completes other duties as assigned in a timely and appropriate manner.
