Position Title: Territory Sales Representative
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (nights and weekends may be required)
Salary: $250 sign-on Bonus, $1000/mo Base, $500 Goal Tier Bonus, Progressive Commission Structure 3% - 10% based on gross sales.
Location: (Hiring for 6 positions) 2 positions to manage territories in Eastern WA, 4 positions to manage territories in Western WA & the Olympic Peninsula.
Reports To: VP, Sales & Operations | Social Media & Community Engagement Manager

Summary of Position:
5th House Farms is looking to expand our stellar sales team by adding territorial B2B sales professionals. A successful candidate for the Sales Representative would be a self-motivating independent worker that thrives in a goal-based environment. Responsibilities of Position:
- Manage an assigned territory and staying apprised to existing and new retail partners in that territory. Exhibiting a self-motived mentality with a strong ability to work independently.
- Performing in-person visits to retail stores for the purposes of offers our cannabis products for sales. And enhancing that sales experience by matching products or services to the specific needs of the retailer.
- Maintain current product knowledge of existing and to-be-released 5th House Farms products.
- Managing retail accounts by touching base physically with buyer and owner of retailer regularly.
- Utilizing Cultivera CRM system to track all sales communications, maintain up to date account information, and facilitate customer orders with accuracy.
- Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Making sure to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a team setting, maintain a highly professional demeanor, and coordinate sales effort with Sales Department team. Attending team in-person/virtual meetings as scheduled.
- Analyzing and identifying market shifts, trends, pricing, competing brands, and leading 5th House
Farms products while recommending solutions to improve sales on slow performers.
- Reporting daily sales numbers by end of each day, maintain account knowledge to be shared at any time.
Requirements & Skills:
- 2+ Years’ experience in a sales related field, B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience working within the Washington State cannabis industry is preferred.
- Sales Force / Cultivera or other CRM software experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and clean driving abstract required.

Work Environment:
