We are expanding our manufacturing operations and seeking to add an experienced, dedicated and passionate Extraction Technician to the team. The Extraction Tech will operate the extraction and post processing equipment on a daily basis, requiring strict adherence to all safety and compliance procedures, including GMP, state and local laws and safety standards. The Extraction Technician performs the daily operation and maintenance for a Supercritical CO2, Ethanol, and Butane cannabis extraction systems from the receipt and preparation of flower material through the extraction processes. They will be responsible for the safe day to day operation of the extraction process with a focus on following procedures, monitoring KPIs and continually improving the overall efficiency of the process. What the Extraction Technician will be doing:
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment
- Perform cannabis extraction and post extraction
- Promote a safe, consumer focused and collaborative working culture
- Daily operational and safety checks within the extraction room
- Prepare raw materials for extraction
- Operate CO2 extraction system for the production of cannabis extract
- Operate hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Record data in all necessary software platforms
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, with co-workers and management
- Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift
- Contribute toward a desirable workplace culture
- Capable of working with hazardous chemicals and able to identify/report unsafe equipment, conditions and practices so that they may be corrected prior to an incident

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2+ years of experience with CO2 and/or Ethanol or Butane extraction
- High School Diploma or equivalent - BS Science Degree Preferred
- Previous safety experience and general knowledge of compliance
- Thorough understanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materials
- Inventory tracking systems experience a plus
- Prior METRC experience a plus
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Must be 21+ years old

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist supports the Accounting & Finance Dept. as well as our Distribution Department. The role will ensure timely and accurate processing and maintenance of customer payments, assist with billing operations, send account statements, and coordinate collection pickup with distribution and customer inquiries. This is a customer service-oriented role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In addition, the Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist is essential in maintaining positive relationships with customers, internal Sales staff, and Distribution staff.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer account relationships as they pertain to A/R activity with a focus on current collections.
- May assist with old AR collections and reconciliations, as needed.
- Work daily on the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports to ensure that accounts stay current.
- Reach out to customers when the account is nearing payment terms to prevent accounts from going delinquent. Develop a friendly, and professional approach to collecting receivables.
- Coordinate and track payment pick-up’s (communicate to both Distribution and Accounting departments).
- Develop clear and concise communications with the customer, letting them know what is due, when payment is due, how they can pay, and whom to contact with questions.
- Confirm payments are ready for pick-up for any COD accounts.
- Flag accounts that are delinquent.
- Keep accounts AP contact information up to date in database and LeafLink.
- Log all AR activity/notes in LeafLink
- Communicate available overpayments and/or credits to customer and request direction on which invoice(s) to apply to
- Apply credit memos directly to invoices.
- Assist in setting up account terms, if needed and approved by manager.
- Reconcile disputes between our records and customer records.
- Send customer updated statements
- Provide support to management and other customers as needs arise, including ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
- Collaborate with accounting, sales, and distribution teams to support overall internal communications and department goals and objectives.
SECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

THE ROLE: We are looking for a Controller to oversee and mentor our accounting team and manage our day to day accounting activities. The position will manage multiple accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, cash flow analysis, and FP& A. The position will report to the CFO but will be the primary driver of day-to-day activities.
Major Areas of Responsibility for the Controller:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of the company’s internal and external financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting methods (“GAAP”), principles and practices
- Analyze new and/or nonroutine transactions and develop appropriate accounting treatment according to GAAP and prepare accounting memo and analysis of conclusions reached
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as required by various regulatory authorities
- Oversee preparation of weekly cash flow analysis and update cash forecast
- Run the monthly/quarterly close process, ensuring all results are posted and fully analyzed and reported to executive management per defined timelines
- Direct and supervise the Company’s day-to-day accounting operations, including the execution of operational accounting policy, general ledger responsibilities, A/R, A/P, and other accounting activities
- Participate in ERP integration and/or customizations to the ERP platform as deemed necessary as a representative of the Finance Department
- Manage, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, operating as a player coach who can take on projects as needed. Foster a continuous improvement mindset.
- Prepares detail of work plan and schedule, complete detailed analysis and research, identifies options, prepare report for management and recommend action or change.
- Participates in the formulation of department budgets.
- Serve as a liaison to external auditors or other regulatory body audits
- Perform special projects and other analytical support as requested
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Independent/flexible problem-solver with the ability to positively cope with change
- Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent major and CPA certification preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of dynamic accounting management experience in a high-growth, multi-entity company
- 5 years of working experience in a leadership/management position within an accounting organization, with validated ability to communicate with executive management
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and classification of accounts and transactions
- Hands -on experience in leading accounting operations, the monthly/quarterly accounting close and preparation of financial documents
- Experience with one or more financial ERP/general ledger systems
- Ability to respond to, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards of completeness and accuracy

MARKETING COORDINATOR- JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator (Retail/Sales/Events) supports the Marketing team on the implementation of retail campaigns and merchandising strategies for all CannaCraft brands. The ideal candidate is a personable, energetic, and highly organized creative with a passion for the industry.

- Work with Marketing Project Directors to develop scalable and creative Retail Marketing strategies that engage customers and budtenders statewide.

Purpose:

Job Function and Description
- Perform ad hoc customer and product master data update requests
- Participate in MDM testing
- Responsible for defining MDM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing Master Data Training Manual
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of business and product master data
- Responsible for understanding the end-to-end processes for maintaining customer master and product data across business areas
- Responsible for customer and product data harmonization across multiple sources
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, production, distribution and compliance to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met and maintained
Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
- Establishes good working relationships with business owners and SME's to ensure on-going data accuracy and completeness
- Experience with data structures, relations and processes
- Strong background in technology and good numerical analytical ability
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Demonstrates competency in: understanding and correcting data discrepancies; reading and translating data models; data querying; identifying data anomalies and root cause analysis;
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Interest in technology and information systems required.
- 1-3 years of data entry experience (cannabis industry preferred)

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Achieve high sales growth rates for the region by clearly communicating, coaching and developing the sales team to exceed the assigned objectives.
- Ensure that distribution, promotional, merchandising, and pricing goals are delivered for the territory and for key accounts.
- Recruit, select, hire, train, coach, and develop the sales team through frequent in-field coaching, focused direction, and sharing of best practices among the team members.
- Develop and implement a strategic account coverage plan that ensures we have our best resources responsible for our highest potential customers.
- Make sure every territory is staffed with an effective sales professional, and is assigned the right number of accounts, volume level, and geography.
- Ensure that administrative duties are met continually, including: SOPs, CRM usage, AR processes, and deadlines.
- Understand our customer's needs and develop the proper plan for each major market to cover the right accounts with either internal or external resources.
- Make certain that all field assigned customers are receiving optimal contact.
- Work with the events team to develop an in-market training schedule with each sales professional.
- Conduct standing weekly calls with each Account Executive to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Build strong customer relationships to help gain support for our brands, products, programs and people. Make account visits with Account Executives to help build our presence.
- Communicate market conditions and needs to the marketing team to ensure our programs and plans are competitive, focused, and successful.
- Actively participate in strategic planning meetings to help drive the process that results in a successful strategy.
- Lead market sales team meetings monthly, including agenda items from marketing, finance and other departments.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Accountability for achieving results; high integrity and reliability.
- Proven ability to build and lead a successful sales team with continuous improvement through coaching/development and sharing of best practices.
- Provide strategic direction for team.
- Strategic and analytical skills to understand and use sales data, internal sales information, CRM, and external competitive intelligence to build a winning approach for the regional sales team and CC internally

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales reports.
- The ability to travel 40%-80% is required for this position. Expected field travel a minimum of 12 days a month.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales management experience, preferably in the consumables market
- 5-7 years sales experience, preferably within the consumables market

CannaCraft is looking for a true HR Generalist to join our small team in Santa Rosa, CA. The position will be responsible for providing a compelling and thorough onboarding experience for all new hires and supporting our employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle. This will include collaborating with our payroll department on various topics, coaching managers through tough conversations and assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues, maintaining our personnel files and HRIS data, and a variety of other responsibilities and fun projects.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources and will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite and familiarity with HRIS administration. Bonus points if you're an HRIS whiz who can pull together a mean workflow.

This role will focus on developing GTM strategies and executing plans to win with dispensary/retail customers, budtenders and end consumers by driving distribution, engagement and conversion. A key contributor to the overall brand team, responsible for leading cross functional teams in planning, execution and analysis of various business initiatives.
Partnering with Sales, Retail Marketing, Digital, Creative, PR and Social teams to create go-to-market plans that grow the Loud+Clear and Kite brands.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from project inception to final delivery
- Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams
- Support the achievement of business objectives and marketing plans for assigned brands, reflecting overall CannaCraft goals; seamlessly execute marketing plans to deliver against brand, financial and share objectives
- Monitor performance measurements to ensure brand is tracking against goals - recommends and implements corrective actions
- Analyze market data to identify insights and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results
- Lead/participate in development and execution of marketing strategies including brand positioning, communication strategies, advertising, trade marketing and consumer promotion initiatives
- Initiates creative projects from briefing to tracking workflow through completion with the Creative Team.
- Engages copywriters to copy for creative projects and routes through Compliance for review & approval
- Direct agency partners (where relevant) as required to ensure effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies into activation plans
- Manages POs, invoices and follows through with payments
- Assists with sourcing and managing content creators for the development of digital marketing campaigns (blogs, photography, video)
- Lead/participate in development and execution of product and packaging innovation plans including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance
- Partner with short term and long term innovation, channels and customer business teams to develop and execute innovation plans including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales organization to understand and integrate customer strategies in business and brand plans
- Proactively work with Sales partners to ensure forecast accuracy, maximization of opportunities and development of plans to deliver against business objectives
- Manage monthly volume forecast for assigned brand/categories, coordinating between demand and supply planning to deliver forecast accuracy
- Stay informed with competitive activities and insights
- Partner with Social Media Manager to develop content calendar and review/approve all social posts in our content management platforms. Work together to analyze & optimize social performance.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to periodically update content as necessary and post new blogs to abx.org.
- Partner with Digital Marketing team to send out B2B and B2C email communications ork together to analyze & optimize email performance.
- Participation in content building for educational and budtender training materials.
- Participation in media content development brainstorming.
