The Cultivation Technician is responsible for executing indoor agriculture operational tasks and report to the Cultivation Manager. The primary focus for Cultivation Technician is daily cultivation operations, including plant work, pruning, defoliating and monitoring irrigation systems watering schedules. The position will also require support in cloning, transplanting, and harvesting. You will also be expected to carry supplies and equipment, assist with the facility's sanitation operations, cleaning of tools/equipment, and provide manual labor services as needed. Adaptability is an essential aspect of the position. The department is structured to allow for development and growth; employees may be eligible for advancement dependent upon skills and performance.
Position Requirements
- Clean tools and equipment as scheduled or required
- Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored
- Clean water tank and nutrient reservoirs as necessary
- Pick up refuse in areas as required
- Dispose of garbage according to compliant procedures
- Implement all sanitation procedures such as area sanitation, equipment cleaning, and maintenance
- Assist teammates in mother plant maintenance, maintain all plants in the garden, cloning and propagation, transplanting, defoliation, pest and disease control, plant tagging, tracking plants, irrigation system maintenance, and water room equipment maintenance

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing facility is operating in compliance with all state and local ordinances, rules, and regulations. You will assist with METRC implementation and maintenance for all manufacturing/production operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the physical and digital compliance archives for our manufacturing operation/activities ie: scanning and reviewing documents: Batch Production Records, Cannabis Waste Records. You will ensure SOPs incorporate the necessary compliance components and are being followed on-site, keeping the company in compliance with all rules and regulations, keeping cognizant to most cost-effective and efficient compliant processes are in place.

- B.S. Degree with at least two years of analytical laboratory experience is required.
- Must have experience with analytical techniques including, but not limited to: HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, & ICMPS
- Proficient with current computer systems including Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Hands on experience with in organic extraction, analytical chemistry techniques, and product development
- ISO 17025 experience

We are looking for an experienced Chemist to join our growing lab team. The Chemist will work closely with Lab Manager/Director to execute sample analysis for their cannabis clients using laboratory equipment which includes Gas and Liquid Chromatography instruments (LC-MS and GC-MS). The ideal candidate will have heavy experience in HPLC and related machinery, bringing established technique and processes to the table.
This position must work under the current ISO 17025 standards, and will be responsible for all work performed in support of their assigned assay.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Routine analysis of samples using analytical procedures for which training has occurred.
- Familiarity with routine and non-routine equipment maintenance of analytical and laboratory instruments.
- Participate in OOS & CAPA reports, as assigned.
- Must be able to obtain traceable, reproducible, and reliable results with limited supervision.
- Successful completion of proficiency testing samples and initial demonstration of capability to demonstrate competence as required for certifications or customer requests.
