Job Description:
A Fizzy Distributor will be contacting and visiting local smoke/ vape shops, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, clubs, gas stations, wellness stores, yoga studios, etc. Distributor will issue promotional materials and/ or full product samples to the store owners/ managers and intake orders. Those orders will be facilitated and shipped from our Headquarters. So far every shop our reps have met with on the phone or in person, placed an order on the spot.
The Distributor will be responsible for maintaining relationships and checking on their inventory to make sure your retailers do not sell out without any cans in route to them. The last thing we want is for customers to look for them at the store, and they are out of stock. These are going very fast in stores and some of your accounts may repurchase multiple times per month. We are getting into warmer weather and refreshing drinks that offer a fun kick, will be much more desirable than a vape pen or a gummy.
These retail for $10 each. Your average energy drink or beer is selling for about $3 -$5 and IPA's go for up to $10+. Both do not provide a fraction of these effects.
Compensation:
This is a 1099 position, essentially you are your own boss with your own distribution company. That means these clients you onboard, are yours forever and you will be compensated forever. The minimum purchase is 4 cases of 24 (96 cans). Distributor will be paid $100 for every new account and $75 for repeat orders on 4 cases. A single low traffic store will sell between 10-20 of these per day, while a high volume store may sell 40-60 per day. Many store owners have multiple stores averaging 5-10 locations. You can almost be assured each store will do a minimum of 4 cases and some will order much more.
The second wholesale tier is a pallet which is 100 cases of 24. This tier is for someone selling to a customer with 10 locations or more. The price for the client drops substantially and the distributor is paid $1,000 for every pallet that is ordered.
All in all, this is something one can make 2-3 sales per day from their home or in their car, earning $200 - $300 per day at first while building their business and those accounts will grow and turn into more reorders and pallet orders. In 2-3 months, you would have dozens of clients ordering regularly which will provide you a net of $5k - $10k per month in "recurring" income and your new sales will be on top of those and continue rolling forward.
This will be very lucrative for someone that's personable and has a passion for the industry. We will be hosting Intro Zoom Calls, Training Zoom Calls, and a Follow Up Zoom call to ensure you are ready to sell! Before you can start selling Fizzy, you will need to attend one of each call.

The Lab Technician, Level I is responsible for working closely with our laboratory team to develop analytical skills and related experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory protocol and procedures under the supervision of the Lab Director.
- Regularly display good laboratory technique to avoid cross-contamination or misidentified samples.
- Perform sample preparation procedures including homogenization, weighing and liquid extraction.
- Perform QC duties as assigned, including LCS and matrix spikes.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative tests, as assigned.
- Utilize the LIMS system to create batches, enter sample prep information and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Adhere to ISO 17025 standards as well as state regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong customer service culture while adhering to the highest safety and industry standards.
- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Job Purpose:
The Lab Analyst, Level I will be responsible for performing, documenting, record checking, and basic troubleshooting of qualitative and quantitative assays on samples using techniques that vary from the use of standard laboratory equipment to highly modern and automated instrumentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze samples consisting of a variety of matrices using traditional laboratory technologies including, but not limited to, HPLC, GC/MS, LCMS/MS, and ICP/MS.
- Prepare samples for analysis while displaying good laboratory technique to avoid cross-contamination or misidentified samples.
- Accurately prepare calibration curves and quality control samples.
- Interpret and evaluate data in terms of accuracy, precision, trends, and quality control requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment by cleaning, and otherwise ensuring ongoing proper working order. Report equipment issues to supervisor
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to meet reporting deadlines.
- Able to perform method validations, or verifications as needed.
- Manage inventory supplies and alert supervisor in advance when materials must be ordered
- May participate in root cause analysis for quality assurance.
- Assist with training incoming analysts and technicians on methodology.
- Participate in the development or updating of departmental SOP’s.

Education & Experience:

Job Purpose:
The Lab Analyst is responsible for performing, documenting, record checking, and troubleshooting quantitative assays on samples using techniques that vary from the use of standard laboratory equipment to highly modern and automated instrumentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze samples consisting of a variety of matrices using traditional laboratory technologies including Shimadzu HPLC
- Prepare samples for analysis.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
- Ensure that all data generated meets quality control requirements.
- Research new technologies and methodologies to improve laboratory processes and techniques
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to meet reporting deadlines.
- Responsible for consumables ordering, sample storage and disposal, cleaning, and similar lab processes.
- Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Reporting
- Adhere to state and regulatory requirements
Education & Experience:
- Minimum BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering or Environmental Sciences required.
- Knowledge of principles, terminology, practices, techniques, and instrumentation commonly used in a laboratory setting required.
- At least 1 year of HPLC experience required
- Food science and/or environmental experience is a plus.
- Exposure to the hemp industry is a plus.

POSITION: Digital Cultivation Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
Crown is currently seeking a Digital Cultivation Specialist to join our development team. As part of our team you would be responsible for delivering numerous projects related to Crown’s development and fundraising efforts. This includes generating ideas, messaging and tools to improve engagement, cultivate constituents into deeper relationships with Crown, and cultivate donors to new levels of giving. The ultimate goal is to support life-transformation as well as fundraising growth among Crown’s constituents and donors.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for all cultivation initiatives.
- Designs, executes and oversees an innovative strategy for digital cultivation activities.
- Maps out and executes customer pathways and product workflows.
- Writes copy and headlines for Crown’s website, landing pages, social, and emails related to cultivation.
- Provides direction and oversight to the creative of cultivation campaigns.
- Manages web and social features, working with internal and outside resources to generate content for cultivation efforts.
- Assists with building and managing Mailchimp workflows and list maintenance for constituent and donor engagement.
- Ensures tools/resources are integrated where appropriate.
- Defines and executes strategies addressed to increase traffic to Crown’s websites and social networks.
- Handles the coordination of the data segmentation for cultivation communications.
- Helps set and regularly reports on metrics for various projects.
- Ensures that all communications are in alignment with the strategic plan of Crown.
- Works closely with Marketing regarding external communications.
- Provides support as needed on additional digital communications.
- Assists in executing effective fundraising efforts.
- Assists in digital campaigns and fundraising initiatives to capture new constituents for recurring donations and deeper engagement with the ministry.
- Responsible for maintaining an assigned donor caseload.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Mature relationship with Christ. Crown is a Christian non-profit organization and all who join our team are required to sign a Statement of Faith.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Non-Profit, or Marketing – or equivalent experience
- Postgraduate or Experience work in new media, social networks, digital communication, or ministry fundraising preferred
- The ideal candidate will be a creative who is able to produce great content with tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with excellent project management skills, ensuring completion and meeting very strict deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver and result-oriented
- Excellent analytical skills
