We are seeking an established sales professional with established relationships with purchasing managers, owners and shops in the San Diego and Palm Springs Territory. This position requires strong relationship management and sales abilities with the strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
Essential Duties
· Manage and grow current accounts: meet with purchasing managers weekly to ensure accounts are always in inventory and strategize ways to grow monthly revenue.
· New account acquisition: prospect and onboard new doors; pitch our brand and products to cold and warm leads in person, via email/phone and at events.
· Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities.
· Receive and place orders on behalf of purchasing managers.
· Manage and build brand awareness with current and new doors
· Participate in community and partner events
· Attend internal sales calls
*Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree is Business or education through informal pathways
· 5 years in sales experience required, previous experience in cannabis highly preferred.
· Ability to sell, meet quotas, close sales and upsell by inspiring people with brand story.
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Ability to establish and build strong relationships quickly with new and existing clients.
· Ability to prioritize workload, with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- in-depth understanding of cannabis extraction processes preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in cannabis sales is required
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

The Flower Collective is a wholesale cannabis company seeking a results - driven Sales Representative to facilitate customer support and manage retail cannabis accounts. We need someone who will actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Territory: Servicing the Western Slope Territory of ColoradoOffice Location: Office located at The Flower Collective facility: 91 Big Springs Drive, Nederland, CO 80466
Where you are located: You will need to be located in the territory to service all accounts. Ideally you will live in either Eagle, Vail, Glenwood Springs, but we are open to other areas in the territory.
Key Responsibilities: - Service Western Slope existing accounts.- Place orders from accounts.- Provide product trainings and client sales support.- Deliver samples and sales pitch to prospective clients.- Follow up with prospective clients weekly.- Close sales and fill out required paperwork.- Build and maintain relationships with clients.- Run and attend vendor pop up events. (We are not currently doing pop ups because of COVID-19)- Manage retail client accounts in an efficient manner.- Drive to retail account locations as needed.- Follow all TFC sales protocol and direction from supervisor.
Responsible To: Sales Director
Time Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hr/wk) position. At times this position will require an undetermined amount of hours.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commissions + Mileage Reimbursements.
Qualifications: Current MED badge required. Preferred experience in cannabis sales. Attention to detail, the ability to work diligently and efficiently independent of supervision, basic proficiency with computers, strong communication skills, positive attitude, and dependability. This position requires extensive driving and you will be responsible for maintaining a vehicle in working order, providing your own insurance, and paying all applicable taxes and fees to keep insurance and registration current. You will also be required to have a computer and cell phone which you will use for communication with clients and managers.Support: Training will be provided in-house for this role. In addition, your Sales Director will be available for questions and assistance.Dress Code: This position has a dress code of business casual, clean and presentable clothing when customer facing. No graphic (branded) shirts (unless TFC provided).
