ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sample collection, receipt, accessioning and storage.
- Familiarity/compliance with the chain-of-custody process.
- Familiarity/compliance with personal protective equipment and its use for safety and in the prevention of cross-contamination of collected samples.
- Assisting scientific staff with ensuring test results are reported through the laboratory information management system to clients, government agencies and other involved or mandated parties.
- Assisting with maintenance of laboratory records and documentation.

About the Role
As a key member of Blue Ocean Barns’ team, the Field Cultivation Technician will play an important role in the daily care of our algae at our 4.0 acre outdoor farm. Technicians contribute to all aspects of feeding and caring for algae which includes monitoring, sampling, transfers, and harvests. Our Orange, CA Laboratory is currently seeking a Full-Time Field Sampling Technician to join our San Diego Service Center.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Responsible for field sampling, delivery of sample containers and pick up of environmental samples
- Works with field coordinator to determine the best route to minimize travel time and maximize total of jobs
- Prepares proper containers and calibrates field parameters prior to each field sampling project
- Performs on-site field sampling following safe and proper field sampling techniques
- Performs field measurements: pH, chlorine residual, temperature, etc…
- Properly fills out chain-of-custodies and follows sample acceptance procedures
- Handles and drives the company vehicle in a responsible and legal manner
- Schedule routine maintenance of assigned company vehicle
- Adheres to Enthalpy’s Ethical Policy and Quality Assurance Manual

The mission of Viridis North is to ensure health and safety within the cannabis industry by testing cannabis products for potency and purity, and to report results of this testing to consumers, manufacturers and regulatory agencies. As a growing company, we are looking for a full-time Field Technician with cannabis industry experience or experience in random sampling protocols, sample intake, sample tracking and sample storage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sample collection, receipt, accessioning and storage.
- Familiarity/compliance with the chain-of-custody process.
- Familiarity/compliance with personal protective equipment and its use for safety and in the prevention of cross-contamination of collected samples.
- Assisting scientific staff with ensuring test results are reported through the laboratory information management system to clients, government agencies and other involved or mandated parties.
- Assisting with maintenance of laboratory records and documentation.
- Assisting clients, government agencies and other involved or mandated parties with requests related to laboratory testing or results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of high school diploma or relative Military experience.
- One years’ experience in an analytical or academic laboratory setting and/or two years' experience in cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with data entry and throughput.

IT Field Support Technician - HYBRID
The IT Field Support Specialist will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. This person will be required to travel to multiple Curaleaf locations to manage the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. Field Technicians are responsible for sampling cannabis and cannabis related products on site at our customer locations following written sampling SOPs and for maintaining accurate records. Field Techs drive and pick up samples in the Bozeman, Billings and surrounding areas and are responsible for managing their time efficiently. Field Techs are required to maintain their vehicles (company provided) and tools.
Primary Responsibilities
· Reviewing orders placed and managing daily schedule.
· Communication and relationship management with customers.
· Driving company vehicle to provider locations in Missoula and surrounding areas.
· Collecting samples at provider locations in accordance with the current version of ISO 17025 and state laws ((we will provide ample training for this)).
· Maintaining written records and documentation in accordance with laboratory SOPs.
· Transporting samples to laboratory in a risk averse manner.
· Cleaning tools and prepping sampling case.
· Driving company vehicle following road laws, and understanding that vehicles are tracked while in transit, stopped and idle.

Minimum qualifications and experience
· Must have a clean driving record free of moving violations, at fault accidents and/or DUI.
· Must pass a federal background check in accordance to the State of Montana’s requirements in order to earn a work badge through TAP.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 9 laboratories servicing air, water, soil, tobacco, cannabis, and toxicity testing. Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.
Our Orange, CA Laboratory is currently seeking a Full-Time Field Sampling Technician to join our Los Angeles Service Center.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Responsible for field sampling, delivery of sample containers and pick up of environmental samples
- Works with field coordinator to determine the best route to minimize travel time and maximize total of jobs
- Prepares proper containers and calibrates field parameters prior to each field sampling project
- Performs on-site field sampling following safe and proper field sampling techniques
- Performs field measurements: pH, chlorine residual, temperature, etc…
- Properly fills out chain-of-custodies and follows sample acceptance procedures
- Handles and drives the company vehicle in a responsible and legal manner
- Schedule routine maintenance of assigned company vehicle
- Adheres to Enthalpy’s Ethical Policy and Quality Assurance Manual
- Assists with the repair of field equipment including ISCO compositors and field meters
- Assists with sample login as needed
- Perform additional duties as requested by the department manager
- Participates in focus teams as needed

Job Description:

*Please note: This position will be located in Bozeman, MT* This Field Technician position will be solely servicing Billings, MT clients.
Field Technicians are responsible for sampling cannabis and cannabis related products on site at our customer locations following written sampling SOPs and for maintaining accurate records. Field Techs drive all over the State of Montana and are responsible for managing their time efficiently. Field Techs are required to maintain their vehicles (company provided) and tools.
Primary Responsibilities
· Reviewing orders placed and managing daily schedule.
· Communication and relationship management with customers.
· Driving company vehicle to provider locations in Billings, Bozeman and surrounding areas.
· Collecting samples at provider locations in accordance with the current version of ISO 17025 and state laws (we will provide ample training for this).
· Maintaining written records and documentation in accordance with laboratory SOPs.
· Transporting samples to laboratory in a risk averse manner.
· Cleaning tools and prepping sampling case.
· Driving company vehicle following road laws, and understanding that vehicles are tracked while in transit, stopped and idle.
· Sample intake at the laboratory.
Minimum qualifications and experience
· Must have a clean driving record free of moving violations, at fault accidents and/or DUI.
· Must pass a federal background check in accordance to the State of Montana’s requirements in order to earn a work badge through Complia.
· Knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products desired, but not required.
· Must be able to drive up to 10 hours a day (round trip) in all seasons.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Shift is Monday-Thursdays. Must be able to work overtime, when needed.

ROLE:
The Systems Technician I role is an entry-level front line, customer facing position with primary responsibility for equipment acquisition, compliance auditing, computer and peripheral deployment, alert monitoring, and problem resolution.
Position Requirements:
- Associate of Arts in Computer Science or 1-2 years of first tier help desk experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Equipment deployment – Deploy computers, printers, switched and routers. Install hardware/ software / systems based on end user requirement specifications and analysis techniques
- Ticket handling – Assist end users with break/ fix troubleshooting, equipment moves, and recurring compliance related responsibilities based on priority and document key findings/ developed solutions
- Compliance auditing – Assist with regular and ongoing compliance audit review related to entitlement, logs, and security and analyze the results to determine as well as document compliance status
- Support the enterprise printer and copier fleet through configuration and by working with vendors to maintain the necessary supplies, maintenance kits, and problem resolution
- Move Add Change – Manage directory services as it pertains to user rights and permissions, email distribution groups, and security controls
- Assist with writing documentation related to all aspects of the essential duties defined here to be used as process and procedure guidelines

Requirements
- An Associate’s degree in the field of computer science or management information systems and/or 1-2 years of directly related work experience is required. Additional requirements include:
- Demonstrated knowledge of PC desktop, Laptop hardware, software, and peripheral equipment troubleshooting
- Demonstrated knowledge of patch management in a Microsoft windows operating system environment. (WSUS a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Outlook.
- Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) a plus
- technical knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

Pure Analytics is a Laboratory Services Organization Servicing the CA Cannabis Industry. This key position in our organization provides field sampling services and general customer support to our Northern CA customer locations in addition to performing some lab duties. This position coordinates scheduling of field sampling service, route planning and pick-up of samples and is an important aspect of customer relations. This position is integral in our growing company and has components in sales, marketing, customer support and lab services in a fast-paced, state-regulated analytical chemistry lab.

We are a full-service cannabis testing and research lab offering state-mandated testing services to California’s cannabis distributors, cultivators, and manufacturers to ensure safety and accurate labeling of products for medical and recreational use.
The Field Sampling Technician role is a key position responsible for collecting and documenting cannabis samples at client sites and bringing them to the lab. Great customer service, attention to detail and reliability are a must for this important role. This position has potential for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect field samples of cannabis products at client sites in accordance with state regulations and company procedures
- Accurately record sample information, taking great care to accurately record batch numbers and all details required for transport manifests
- Follow detailed procedures to ensure cleanliness and avoid contamination of samples being collected. This is essential a mobile laboratory position.
- Weigh samples with a field balance and record sample weights.
- Input data into company ordering and tracking system and double check for accuracy
- Drive to client sites and return samples to the laboratory all over Southern California
- Driving for multiple hours at a time
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build trust and rapport with clients
- Work efficiently and effectively under time constraints
- Confirm client invoices for accuracy and send them to client
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Follow safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be organized

- 1 or more years of laboratory experience
- Understanding of asceptic technique
- Experience in a cannabis testing laboratory or cannabis industry
- Knowledge of the Bureau of Cannabis Control regulations
- Knowledge of METRC
- Experience with various software including group messenger apps and Excel

Pure Analytics is a Laboratory Services Organization Servicing the CA Cannabis Industry. This key position in our organization provides field sampling services and general customer support to our Northern CA customer locations. This position coordinates scheduling of field sampling service, route planning and pick-up of samples and is an important aspect of customer relations. This position is integral in our growing company and has components in sales, marketing, customer support and lab services in a fast-paced, state-regulated analytical chemistry lab.
Day to day will be spent in the field sampling products for State Certified Testing with time also spent in office managing incoming customer inquiries, assisting our sales and operations staff with admin tasks, as well as assisting in lab tech and facilities duties. Invoice delivery and cash handling are also a function of this position. While in the field, duties include but are not limited to traveling between the facility and customer locations intaking samples, upholding established methods of communication, completing all required forms including Chain of Custody documents and performing State Certified Product Sampling. This position requires a high level of attention to detail paired with focus and an ability to complete tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures.
This is an hourly position with compensation DOE including full medical, dental, prescription and vision benefits. Applicants should anticipate 2-5 hours of overtime per week based on season and routes assigned. This position is eligible for holiday and performance. Founded in 2018, CanMedLabs was the first Licensed Cannabis Testing Laboratory in Irvine, CA. While providing services throughout Southern California, CanMedLabs is currently experiencing rapid expansion and growth.
We are expanding the team within our Irvine laboratory, and currently have openings for Field Sampling Technician/Drivers. This position is responsible for conducting sampling in the field and safely and securely transporting samples and relevant documentation to the Laboratory for processing.
Must be comfortable working with and around cannabis products. All employment offers will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check, to include a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) which must be clear to proceed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
- Follow all internal laboratory and State regulations while taking samples and driving to and from the laboratory/clients’ sampling site
- Maintain records of samples and transportation data per relevant procedures
- Maintain sampling supply/equipment inventory
- Complete vehicle operational logs and minor maintenance as needed
- Support the laboratory through functions such as organizing, filing of laboratory records, retrieving test items from retention.
- Follow good documentation practices, data integrity principles and safety behaviors
- Ensure proper Sample Submission form protocols are followed
- Support laboratory-based functions including sample intake/preparation, etc.
- Follow all traffic laws
- Coordinate intake activities with Client Services Representative(s) and Laboratory Director
- Perform other duties as requested by Management
Sample Collection:
- Randomly select samples for testing using the defined SOPs
- Document sample and client information
- Maintain proper chain of custody of the samples from the client to the laboratory
- Receive samples and verify appropriate receipt conditions, including weighing sample.
- Enter the samples into the LIMS
- Complete all necessary intake forms
