About the Job:
As a Cultivation Technician I the individual must provide care and support for plant cultivation, abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Duties will include the following:
- Some plant knowledge on cannabis growing cycles
- Must be trained on basic plant care work deleafing, lollipop, topping, veg/flower growth, checking for insects, canopy heights, nutrients, soil media
- Capable of using a hose and a watering wand to water plants

The Lab Technician role is a key position responsible for sample accessioning, intake, and sample preparation to support cannabis testing. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate intake and verification of cannabis and cannabis product samples upon delivery to the laboratory
- Photograph samples prior to homogenization and upload to the customer portal
- Homogenize samples prior to further sample preparation by laboratory chemists
- Weigh samples for analysis
- Record physical measurements such as water activity, moisture content, and density
- Extract samples for testing and sample perform dilutions according to SOPs
- Prepare standard curves for lab testing
- Organize retention samples and dispose of samples past the holding time specified in laboratory SOPs
- Clean and wash glassware and other laboratory equipment
- Follow detailed procedures to ensure cleanliness and avoid cross-contamination of samples

About the job:
We're looking for a results-oriented leader who will be responsible for driving new retail activations and rate of sale for existing storefront and non-storefront (delivery) cannabis retailers. The Director of Sales will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results in the rapidly evolving cannabis space. They will hire and train the best sales talent, optimize and develop our sales processes, and work closely with the distribution and marketing teams. As a senior member of the team, the Director of Sales must be an effective collaborator and relationship builder, strong people leader, and strategic problem solver/deal level strategist for both internal and external customers. The Director of Sales reports directly to the CEO.
Director of Sales responsibilities include:
- Develop a sales playbook to make the sales process more repeatable, reduce sales cycle length, and increase win rates

About the Job:
As a Cultivation Technician IIII the individual must provide care and support for plant cultivation, abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Duties will include the following:
- In charge of the rooms and for the technicians completing tasks and cleaning the rooms
- Responsible for plant health, making mixes, light requirements, and keeping their area clean and organized
- Must communicate with management on the needs for supplies, equipment, labor issues, or any other issue that may arise
- In charge of direction the cultivation techs on their team for daily tasks and duties
- Will lead a team in either the flower or veg room
- Programs the Netaflex skid for their dedicated room for their feed schedule

- Understanding of the room for issues like CO2, alarms, leaks, lights, and environmental settings in their rooms

We are a full-service cannabis testing and research lab offering state-mandated testing services to California’s cannabis distributors, cultivators, and manufacturers to ensure safety and accurate labeling of products for medical and recreational use.
The Lab Technician role is a key position responsible for sample accessioning, intake, and sample preparation to support cannabis testing. Attention to detail, reliability, and good fundamental understanding of chemistry laboratory operation are a must for this important role. This position has potential for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate intake and verification of cannabis and cannabis product samples upon delivery to the laboratory
- Photograph samples prior to homogenization and upload to the customer portal
- Homogenize samples prior to further sample preparation by laboratory chemists
- Weigh samples for analysis
- Record physical measurements such as water activity, moisture content, and density
- Extract samples for testing and sample perform dilutions according to SOPs
- Prepare standard curves for lab testing
- Organize retention samples and dispose of samples past the holding time specified in laboratory SOPs
- Clean and wash glassware and other laboratory equipment
- Follow detailed procedures to ensure cleanliness and avoid cross-contamination of samples
- Perform sample digestions for heavy metal testing

Qualifications:

Improves dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for assembling and packaging products manufactured by the cultivation and processing facility. They work directly under the Production Manager to meet daily and weekly goals put forth my management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weigh, assemble, and package products according to standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Sort and package raw flower material into packages
- Clean and sterilize equipment and workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Meet required KPIs on a daily/weekly basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required

Job Description
Southwest Caregivers is looking for a Distribution Operator to become a core member of our team. This position is demanding, fast-paced, and requires teamwork to have a successful day. The Distribution Operator will take on regular computer tasks, that include the generation of shipping manifests in Metrc, and managing or adjusting sales orders in Distru. About the Job:
As the Assistant Head Cultivator, you are expected to manage small teams to ensure the plants are given the best care through all stages of the growing process. High levels of communication with upper management and team members is expected to excel in this position. Duties will include the following:
- Developing cultivation plans and assigning duties to the cultivation and manufacturing teams
- Organizing and documenting the processes of transplanting, cloning, defoliating, topping and training of plants

The AP Specialist will be will handle full cycle accounts payable processing; high volume matching, batching, coding, scanning and entering invoices in accordance with company guidelines; ensuring accuracy of GL coding and location coding. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive AP/AR experience, is reliable, has impeccable attention to detail and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
The Accounting Specialist shall:
- Maintain and update various accounts payable reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain updated vendor files and vendor numbers
- Communicate frequently and effectively with vendors
- Manage receipts and retention of W-9 forms for required vendors
- Manage AR & AP transactions and ensure all activities are booked; resolve any issues causing a backlog in the AR/AP process; reconcile bank statements
- Post month-end journal entries for prepaid rent, company loans, etc.; reconcile GL accounts across multiple entitled
- Be able to report inventory position and forecast for revenue using purchase order data
- Work with the warehouse team to improve inventory management and business operation
- Identify reconciling items and proactively work with the team and other departments to clean up data
- Support other daily accounting operations and complete ad-hoc projects as needed
- Manage day-in / day-out financial activity related to all aspects of AR, AP, Cash, credit card reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Assist with month end closing processes, conducting research, and making correction journal entries for account discrepancies, prepares closing journal entries, posts accrual entries
- Work closely with department Directors to ensure appropriate GL and inventory coding
- Prepare data as requested, internally for Directors and externally for banks, auditors, vendors, etc., and assist with internal audit functions as needed
- Analyze cash controls and processes, make recommendations relative to the accounting of sales, inventory and /or expenditures as appropriate
