Job Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for assisting in the packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Receive, inspect and store all warehouse product
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation in tracking system
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities
- Utilize and become proficient with warehouse management systems (NAV, bio track)
- Receive and check inbound goods for accuracy and place in proper location
- Data Entry of inventory, inbound/outbound orders
- Verify manifests agree with label wording and amounts for packaged inventory
- Package product from shipping ticket generation
- Count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Pick product from pick tickets generated from the product availability sheet

Qualifications

- One (1) to three(3) years of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus of ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

The Cultivation Controls Technician (CCT) is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of all systems related to the cultivation and curing of cannabis. These systems include but are not limited to lighting, temperature, humidity, irrigation, and CO2. The skillset required for this role is a hybrid of technical aptitude and knowledge of indoor cultivation practices. In addition to day-to-day operation, this individual will be responsible for carrying out and assisting in development of strategies aimed at constant improvement of crop performance and resource use efficiency. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily monitoring of all system data points to ensure proper operation of equipment and control system programming
- Immediate reporting of any abnormalities in system performance to supervisor and appropriate parties for repair/maintenance
- Assist in diagnosing the cause of malfunctions to support repair/maintenance process
- Implement new strategies in lighting, climate, irrigation, and CO2 as directed to achieve improvements to the cannabis cultivation process
- Regularly take field measurements to audit the performance and accuracy of automated control systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports on cannabis crop performance based on environmental inputs (temperature, humidity, CO2, lighting, air movement, fertilizer, and water).
- Collaborate with cultivation farm team on reviewing impact of systems on plant growth and pest management
- Participate in rotational on-call support for after-hours troubleshooting
- Support in the maintenance of equipment controlled by Damatex and Wadsworth Control Systems. Clean and maintain all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
- Perform daily walks throughout the cultivation facility to visually inspect equipment operation and plant health
- Test equipment in the field as needed
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
(This is not a primary responsibility for this position but may be required as needed)

Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the leadership of Packaging to guide and train Packaging department members to maintain proper organization of the Packaging rooms. Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the rooms.
- Monitor, confront, and report any noticeable Packaging Machine Line concerns with the leadership of Packaging to ensure follow through of machinery issues.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of computer workstation and spreadsheets.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all packaging tags and labels.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
- This person will be expected to guide and train associates in the department to assist and support Packaging Technician related responsibilities.

Job Description
The Post Harvest Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Carries out all procedures and performs all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures.
- Ensures proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs including but not limited to wet flower weight, dry flower weight, and waste weight.
- Understands and adheres to the sanitation plan for trim and dry rooms as directed by management.
- Assists with the accurate recording of data into inventory control systems.
- Performs in-process and post-process testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure all product and equipment meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications.
- Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.
- Train future team members as necessary.

Purpose
This position is responsible for executing their daily role performing farming tasks within the Farm department to achieve the weekly objectives in the cannabis cultivation. The Farmer role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Farmer will report to the Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Production.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for performing different farming tasks at a large scale cannabis cultivation. Tasks may include farming plants, transferring plants at points of lifecycle, harvesting plants, and cleaning of the cultivation. Supporting the perpetual cannabis production workflow.
- This position will be trained thoroughly to perform the assigned tasks. Tasks include a variety of ergonomic positions, lifting, sitting, and reporting data to support the upkeep of the cultivation.
- This position is expected to perform tasks in a timely manner, accurately, safely, and compliant. This position will be responsible for participating in their role throughout the scheduled shift, consistently.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Production dept tasks, Post Harvest dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.

- Responsible for sanitizing, cleaning, and maintaining of cultivation equipment and cultivation area as instructed.
- Direct the communication and reporting of plant health issue concerns with the Manager of Farm for proper awareness of organization and analysis.
Compliance and Reporting
- Take instruction from Farm leadership towards upholding current laws and regulations for the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.
- Support the organizing and securing of all METRC tags and harvest batches.
- Take instruction from leadership with updating and tracking all required information in the Farm department logs and spreadsheets daily.
- Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Production.
- This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies.

- Daily monitoring of all system data points to ensure proper operation of equipment and control system programming
- Immediate reporting of any abnormalities in system performance to supervisor and appropriate parties for repair/maintenance
- Assist in diagnosing the cause of malfunctions to support repair/maintenance process
- Implement new strategies in lighting, climate, irrigation, and CO2 as directed to achieve improvements to the cannabis cultivation process
- Regularly take field measurements to audit the performance and accuracy of automated control systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports on cannabis crop performance based on environmental inputs (temperature, humidity, CO2, lighting, air movement, fertilizer, and water).
- Collaborate with cultivation farm team on reviewing impact of systems on plant growth and pest management
- Participate in rotational on-call support for after-hours troubleshooting
- Support in the maintenance of equipment controlled by Damatex and Wadsworth Control Systems. Clean and maintain all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
- Perform daily walks throughout the cultivation facility to visually inspect equipment operation and plant health
- Test equipment in the field as needed
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.

Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- At least three months experience working with automated controls systems. This can include cultivation related systems or other commercial processes.

- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word).
- Understanding of computer networking preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Pesticide application is required
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications

Physical requirements
Operates in a warm environment with a lot of bending for extended periods of time, must be able to handle a 15 lbs. backpack sprayer. Standing, walking, working with hands/arms at an extended horizontally or above head position for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, lifting/carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.
Will be required to put on full gear for specific tasks, e.g. pesticide application requires fully covered appropriate gear.

Purpose
This Data Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department as directed, at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for entry, inventorying, organizing, and reporting packaged product and data. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Data Technician role will report to the leadership of the Packaging department.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for creating, inventorying, organizing, and reporting packaged product and data focused for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, creating packages and labels for varieties of dried cannabis product, inventorying and organizing packaged SKUs, reporting, auditing, and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining true accuracy and organization of all packaged product. This position may also assist with data entry for the Post Harvest department.
- Operating and functioning packaging software to prepare for deliveries.
- The employee will be responsible for their usage and accuracy in reporting and entering data for the CounterPoint and METRC inventory systems. Along with these systems, this role will also be responsible for organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including Counterpoint, LeafLink, METRC, and Google spreadsheet related tasks. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Supporting the leadership to assist, guide, and train Packaging department associates to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the leadership of the Packaging department assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by Supervisorership, such as, packaging pre-pack and shelf flower product, creating and packaging joints and blunts, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting.
- Operating with equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
- Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and log as instructed. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Properly achieving packaging objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.

The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.

Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the leadership of Packaging to guide and train Packaging department members to maintain proper organization of the Packaging rooms. Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the rooms.
- Monitor, confront, and report any noticeable Packaging Machine Line concerns with the leadership of Packaging to ensure follow through of machinery issues.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of computer workstation and spreadsheets.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all packaging tags and labels.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
- This person will be expected to guide and train associates in the department to assist and support Packaging Technician related responsibilities.

Working Conditions

- Able to move about a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is part of a fast paced environment. Working in proper PPE at all times of scheduled shift to sustain GMP model certification.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for over 40+ hour work weeks within this position, regularly.

Purpose
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing assistance and support towards the Lothian, MD cultivation facility by independently and collaboratively providing a full range of administrative, event, clerical, and office support. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Administrative Assistant role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Cultivation, along with supporting the administrative requests from management of the cultivation facility.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This role will be responsible for prompt availability, support, and assistance to the Senior Manager of Cultivation and leadership of the cultivation facility. These duties include, but are not limited to the following, front office reception and administration, facility and company data organization tasks, assisting with facility staff and event coordinations, providing support for projects, and contributing to the general efficiency of the organization.
- Contribute by increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively. The assistant is expected to assist with daily tasks that are contributing to the general efficiency of the company.
- Assisting with the direction of company policies to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- This role will be instructed to schedule meetings and travel for leadership and executives, as well as, compile business-related information.
- This role will support the leadership of the facility towards the hiring and onboarding process, assisting with documentation transfer and communication. This role will be asked to support Orientation classes and presentations as needed.
- Support the communication and updates of policies and procedures through documentation and notices.
- Prepare to support the checking-in, hosting, and coordination of events, tours, and inspections of the cultivation facility. Support the coordination and organization of company lunches and events.
- Responsible for the management of the parking lot by giving proper notifications as needed, providing updates, and communicating concerns with leadership as necessary.
- Promote a healthy work environment that is positive, compliant, and aligning with PharmaCann's mission, values, and practices.
- Support the organization and coordination of adding, editing, and removing signage for the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Support the leadership of the facility with coordination and communication towards the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
- Support the leadership with documentation and signage directions to ensure facility upkeep and organization.
- Support the leadership and facility towards the stocking and organization of resources and supplies.
- Support and communicate any noticeable environmental, safety, or compliance concerns to the Senior Manager of Cultivation. Finding solutions to resolve and maintain best practices.
- Participate and support associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
Compliance and Reporting
- Properly organize documents and files appropriately to ensure organization towards all city and state regulations and company policies. Support the updating and organization of company files, including, but not limited to, SOPs, job descriptions, and termination paperwork.

Supervision

Job Description
The Post Harvest Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Carries out all procedures and performs all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures.
- Ensures proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs including but not limited to wet flower weight, dry flower weight, and waste weight.
- Understands and adheres to the sanitation plan for trim and dry rooms as directed by management.
- Assists with the accurate recording of data into inventory control systems.
- Performs in-process and post-process testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure all product and equipment meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications.
- Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.
- Train future team members as necessary.
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

Job Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for assisting in the packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Receive, inspect and store all warehouse product
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation in tracking system
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities
- Utilize and become proficient with warehouse management systems (NAV, bio track)
- Receive and check inbound goods for accuracy and place in proper location

- Package product from shipping ticket generation
- Count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Pick product from pick tickets generated from the product availability sheet
- Verify amounts of product are correct

Qualifications

- State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for cultivation center
- One (1) to three(3) years of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus of ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Cure Technician will report to the Lead of Cure and Supervisor of Post Harvest.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Supporting the Lead of Cure to organize and process the dried cannabis product. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Post Harvest.
- Operating machinery to sort and trim dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including weigh-ins. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Lead of Cure with instructed requests. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas. Maintain a culture of professionalism.

The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

Workspace and Material Maintenance

- Monitor, confront, and report any noticeable Packaging Machine Line concerns with the leadership of Packaging to ensure follow through of machinery issues.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of computer workstation and spreadsheets.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all packaging tags and labels.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
- This person will be expected to guide and train associates in the department to assist and support Packaging Technician related responsibilities.

Fulfilling daily and weekly objectives that have been instructed and trained by Supervisorership, such as, packaging pre-pack and shelf flower product, creating and packaging joints and blunts, confirming the accuracy of the packaging, and assisting with order fulfillment for product exporting.
- Operating with equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis product as instructed and trained, safely. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and machinery to sustain longevity and performance.
- Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
- Organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and log as instructed. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Properly achieving packaging objectives to maintain quotas based on instruction from leadership. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.

This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Data Technician role will report to the leadership of the Packaging department.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for creating, inventorying, organizing, and reporting packaged product and data focused for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, creating packages and labels for varieties of dried cannabis product, inventorying and organizing packaged SKUs, reporting, auditing, and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining true accuracy and organization of all packaged product. This position may also assist with data entry for the Post Harvest department.
- Operating and functioning packaging software to prepare for deliveries.
- The employee will be responsible for their usage and accuracy in reporting and entering data for the CounterPoint and METRC inventory systems. Along with these systems, this role will also be responsible for organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including Counterpoint, LeafLink, METRC, and Google spreadsheet related tasks. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.

This position is responsible for leading Post Harvest team members with effective communication and direction to achieve the weekly objective to breakdown and process to drying the harvested plants. This role is responsible for supervising, guiding, and training the team members to organize and process the harvested plants, along with other Post Harvest related objectives. The Lead of Trim role must guide and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Lead of Trim will report to the Manager of Post Harvest and Supervisor of Trim.
Essential Duties
Leadership Procedures & Tasks
- The Lead of Trim is responsible for all plant movement through the Trim Room to be securely organized to dry. The Lead will also guide and instruct staff to achieve the objectives and facilitate support to process and break down plants, utilize automated machinery, and organize product according to the standard operating procedures. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure daily work, productivity, and quality goals are met. Conduct employee evaluations, coachings, and other documentation as necessary to maintain consistent and successful results.
- Assist with providing effective leadership to employees to ensure a complete understanding of and alignment to PharmaCann's vision, mission and values to maintain a positive work environment and a high level of morale. Ensure effective and appropriate communication with team members to increase team unity and operative flow.
- Bring any and all safety, security, and plant health and equipment concerns forward through the proper channels including and not limited to the Supervisor of Trim, Manager of Post Harvest, Safety leadership, Compliance leadership, and/or Security leadership.

- Supervise and support the organizing and securing of all METRC tags and harvest batches.
- Support the Manager of Post Harvest and Supervisor of Trim with updating and tracking all required information in the Trim department logs and spreadsheets daily.
- Lead the staff in training and coordinate to ensure compliance of the Post Harvest department areas. Coach, guide, and analyze with staff to maintain compliant practices and workflow. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.

- This position is responsible for supporting the Manager of Post Harvest and Supervisor of Trim with leading the Trim department for the Lothian, MD cultivation facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description
The Post Harvest Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Carries out all procedures and performs all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures.
- Ensures proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs including but not limited to wet flower weight, dry flower weight, and waste weight.
- Understands and adheres to the sanitation plan for trim and dry rooms as directed by management.
- Assists with the accurate recording of data into inventory control systems.
- Performs in-process and post-process testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure all product and equipment meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications.
- Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.
- Train future team members as necessary.
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner

Purpose and Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Logistics General Manager, the Supply Chain Warehouse Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of all daily activities involving order fulfillment for Pharmacann retail locations, wholesale customers, and the cultivation facility as a whole. Duties will also include thorough supervision of all aspects related to the medicated and non-medicated movement or product with a focus on accurate, timely, and efficient preparation while adhering to compliance standards and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring compliant labeling of all finished goods for distribution while adhering to strict security measures.
- Manage personnel and operate in strict compliance with all state-required warehouse recordkeeping for every transaction, sale, movement, or transfer of inventory as well as shipping and receiving.
- Train company personnel in best practices for inventory control, distribution, and receipt of all products in company-approved software and programs.
- Manage employees in a warehouse environment with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Master inventory control technology and possess the ability to troubleshoot database applications to positively impact results.
- Ensure that all employees perform their duties in a safe environment while adhering to all governmental regulations within our industry.
- Managing both retail and wholesale logistics where applicable.
- Receive and review all supplier quality documents and manage the warehouse raw material quality hold/release process.
- Ensure staffing coverage to support business operations.
- Successfully deliver site KPI's in safety, quality, employee engagement, and customer service.

Qualifications:

- Experience in project management and process improvement in a warehouse/inventory environment, preferable in a perishable/controlled substance and/or fungible product type.

- High level of experience in security technology such as video surveillance, passwords, and point-of-sale applications.
- Experience training personnel in risk and anti-diversion matters and cash flow security.
Working Conditions and Environment:

Purpose
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing assistance and support towards the Lothian, MD cultivation facility by independently and collaboratively providing a full range of administrative, event, clerical, and office support. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Administrative Assistant role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Cultivation, along with supporting the administrative requests from management of the cultivation facility.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This role will be responsible for prompt availability, support, and assistance to the Senior Manager of Cultivation and leadership of the cultivation facility. These duties include, but are not limited to the following, front office reception and administration, facility and company data organization tasks, assisting with facility staff and event coordinations, providing support for projects, and contributing to the general efficiency of the organization.
- Contribute by increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively. The assistant is expected to assist with daily tasks that are contributing to the general efficiency of the company.
- Assisting with the direction of company policies to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- This role will be instructed to schedule meetings and travel for leadership and executives, as well as, compile business-related information.
- This role will support the leadership of the facility towards the hiring and onboarding process, assisting with documentation transfer and communication. This role will be asked to support Orientation classes and presentations as needed.
- Support the communication and updates of policies and procedures through documentation and notices.
- Prepare to support the checking-in, hosting, and coordination of events, tours, and inspections of the cultivation facility. Support the coordination and organization of company lunches and events.
- Responsible for the management of the parking lot by giving proper notifications as needed, providing updates, and communicating concerns with leadership as necessary.
- Promote a healthy work environment that is positive, compliant, and aligning with PharmaCann's mission, values, and practices.
- Support the organization and coordination of adding, editing, and removing signage for the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Support the leadership of the facility with coordination and communication towards the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
- Support the leadership with documentation and signage directions to ensure facility upkeep and organization.
- Support the leadership and facility towards the stocking and organization of resources and supplies.
- Support and communicate any noticeable environmental, safety, or compliance concerns to the Senior Manager of Cultivation. Finding solutions to resolve and maintain best practices.
- Participate and support associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
Compliance and Reporting
- Properly organize documents and files appropriately to ensure organization towards all city and state regulations and company policies. Support the updating and organization of company files, including, but not limited to, SOPs, job descriptions, and termination paperwork.
- Supporting and coordinating the instructed procedures to maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Support the communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager of Cultivation.
- This position will be asked to support the guidance and training of associates of the facility, but this position will not be asked to discipline employees.

The Cultivation Controls Technician (CCT) is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of all systems related to the cultivation and curing of cannabis. These systems include but are not limited to lighting, temperature, humidity, irrigation, and CO2. The skillset required for this role is a hybrid of technical aptitude and knowledge of indoor cultivation practices. In addition to day-to-day operation, this individual will be responsible for carrying out and assisting in development of strategies aimed at constant improvement of crop performance and resource use efficiency. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily monitoring of all system data points to ensure proper operation of equipment and control system programming
- Immediate reporting of any abnormalities in system performance to supervisor and appropriate parties for repair/maintenance
- Assist in diagnosing the cause of malfunctions to support repair/maintenance process
- Implement new strategies in lighting, climate, irrigation, and CO2 as directed to achieve improvements to the cannabis cultivation process
- Regularly take field measurements to audit the performance and accuracy of automated control systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports on cannabis crop performance based on environmental inputs (temperature, humidity, CO2, lighting, air movement, fertilizer, and water).
- Collaborate with cultivation farm team on reviewing impact of systems on plant growth and pest management
- Participate in rotational on-call support for after-hours troubleshooting
- Support in the maintenance of equipment controlled by Damatex and Wadsworth Control Systems. Clean and maintain all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
- Perform daily walks throughout the cultivation facility to visually inspect equipment operation and plant health
- Test equipment in the field as needed
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
(This is not a primary responsibility for this position but may be required as needed)

Job Description
We are seeking Processing Technicians who will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our cannabis products.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann's broad cannabis product line
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs
- Follows the SOP's in regard to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of cannabis strains and batches, and/or weights of batches
- Aspires to learn the components of the plant
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carrying out all weighing and packaging operations in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP's, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable required procedures
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory
- Train and pass test on Food safety certification
- Assists in the Formulation area with the filling and capping of all formulated products.
- Assist with food production
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provide coverage in the warehousing and cultivation departments, as business needs require
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
- State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for cultivation center
- One (1) to three(3) years of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality

- Willingness to learn and improve each operation
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., trimming plants, weighing product, and regular inventory)

- Must remove all jewelry, including rings, brooches, watches, pins, earrings, necklaces and visible piercings. In addition, false nails, nail polish, false eyelashes and any other object that may possibly contaminate food is not allowed in the processing/production areas
- Requires work in varying temperature-controlled environments
Physical requirements
Standing, walking, bending, working with hands/arms at an extended horizontally or above head position for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, lifting/carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.

Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the leadership of Packaging to guide and train Packaging department members to maintain proper organization of the Packaging rooms. Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the rooms.
- Monitor, confront, and report any noticeable Packaging Machine Line concerns with the leadership of Packaging to ensure follow through of machinery issues.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of computer workstation and spreadsheets.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all packaging tags and labels.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
- This person will be expected to guide and train associates in the department to assist and support Packaging Technician related responsibilities.
Job Requirement

Working Conditions

- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for over 40+ hour work weeks within this position, regularly.

Purpose
This position is responsible for leading the Farm department team members with effective communication and direction to achieve the weekly objective of the cannabis cultivation operation. This includes guiding and instructing the production of the teams to farm and execute standard operating procedures. The Lead of Farm role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Lead of Farm will report to the Supervisor of Farm and Manager of Production.
Essential Duties
Leadership Procedures & Tasks
- The Lead of Farm is responsible for guiding and instructing teams to achieve the daily and weekly tasks to keep up with the operation workflow in the cannabis cultivation. This includes objectives, such as, maintaining mother plants, cloning them, farming plants, moving plants, harvesting plants, and cleaning of the cultivation. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure daily work, productivity, and quality goals are met. Conduct employee evaluations, coachings, and other documentation as necessary to maintain consistent and successful results.
- Assist with providing effective leadership to employees to ensure a complete understanding of and alignment to PharmaCann's vision, mission and values to maintain a positive work environment and a high level of morale. Ensure effective and appropriate communication with team members to increase team unity and operative flow.
- Bring any and all safety, security, and plant health and equipment concerns forward through the proper channels including and not limited to the Manager of Farm, Senior Manager of Production, Safety leadership, Compliance leadership, Security leadership, and/or General Manager of Cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Production dept tasks, Post Harvest dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements

- Provide direction and support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area. Support the Supervisor of Farm and Manager of Production with keeping the department stations fully supplied with equipment and utensils necessary for the operation.
Compliance and Reporting
- Support instruction to the Farm department staff in upholding current laws and regulations towards the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.
- Supervise and support the organizing and securing of all METRC tags and harvest batches.
- Support the Supervisor of Farm and Manager of Production with updating and tracking all required information in the Farm department logs and spreadsheets daily.
- Lead the staff in training and coordinate to ensure compliance of the Farm department areas. Coach, guide, and analyze with staff to maintain compliant practices and workflow. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Farm and Manager of Production.
- This position is responsible for supporting the Supervisor of Farm and Manager of Production with leading and guiding the Farm department for the Lothian, MD cultivation facility.
- Ensure that individual and team performance meets PharmaCann's standards of service and quality in the Farm department to achieve weekly objectives.

Purpose
This Irrigation Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Irrigation department to ensure proper performance of the watering system schedule for the cannabis cultivation. This position supports a variety of duties to ensure the fertigation for a cannabis cultivation facility The Irrigation Technician role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Irrigation Technician will report to the Lead of Irrigation and Supervisor of Production.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for taking on a variety of tasks and projects to ensure the watering of plants for a large-scale indoor cannabis cultivation. This tasks include prepping and properly staking each plant with emitter lines, watering propagated plants, conducting substrate sensor readings and reportings, monitoring of the cultivation plant health and emitting, and supporting projects assigned by the leadership of the department
- Supporting the maintenance of the Irrigation department objectives and equipment as instructed by leadership of the department. Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
- This position is expected to perform tasks in a timely manner, accurately, safely, and compliant. This position will be responsible for participating in their role throughout the scheduled shift, consistently.
- Use company logs and reporting software to input data for the Production department
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Production dept tasks, Post Harvest dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Irrigation and/or Supervisor of Production assigned to the Buckeye Lake, OH cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Collect and clean pieces of equipment. Keep all equipment in good working order. Purge table lines according to company procedures. Clear tables of any loose debris.
- This position is responsible for utilizing equipment and supplies provided by leadership properly, as trained. This position must report to leadership when the equipment operating with is malfunctioning.
- Responsible for sanitizing, cleaning, and maintaining of irrigation and fertigation equipment and cultivation area as instructed.
- Direct the communication and reporting of plant health and water system issue concerns with the Manager of Irrigation for proper awareness of organization and analysis.
Compliance and Reporting
- Take instruction from Irrigation leadership towards upholding current laws and regulations for the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.

Purpose
This position is responsible for leading the Cure department team members with effective communication and direction to achieve the weekly objective to organize and process the dried cannabis product to be available promptly for the Packaging department, achieving quality standards. The Lead of Cure role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Lead of Cure will report to the Manager of Post Harvest and Supervisor of Cure.
Essential Duties
Leadership Procedures & Tasks
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure daily work, productivity, and quality goals are met. Ensure product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, remediate product as necessary, trimming product according to desired texture and appearance, and properly store it for the next phase of Post Harvest. Conduct employee evaluations, coachings, and other documentation as necessary to maintain consistent and successful results. Supporting the Supervisor of Cure and/or Manager of Post Harvest to guide and train Cure department members to organize and process the dried cannabis product to be available promptly for the Packaging department. Responsible for prioritization, completion, and documentation of all tasks performed by the Post Harvest staff as instructed.
- Ensure effective and appropriate communication with team members to increase team unity and operative flow.
- Bring any and all safety, security, and unsatisfactory cannabis product and equipment concerns forward through the proper channels including and not limited to the Supervisor of Cure, Manager of Post Harvest, Safety leadership, Compliance leadership, Security leadership, and/or General Manager of Operations.

Compliance and Reporting
- Support instruction to the Post Harvest department staff in upholding current laws and regulations towards the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.
- Supervise and support the organizing and securing of all METRC tags and harvest batches.
- Support the Manager of Post Harvest and Supervisor of Cure with updating and tracking all required information in the Cure department logs and spreadsheets daily.
- Lead the staff in training and coordinate to ensure compliance of the Cure department areas. Coach, guide, and analyze with staff to maintain compliant practices and workflow. Purpose
This position is responsible for executing their daily role performing farming tasks within the Farm department to achieve the weekly objectives in the cannabis cultivation. - This position is responsible for performing different farming tasks at a large scale cannabis cultivation. Tasks may include farming plants, transferring plants at points of lifecycle, harvesting plants, and cleaning of the cultivation. Supporting the perpetual cannabis production workflow.
- This position will be trained thoroughly to perform the assigned tasks. Tasks include a variety of ergonomic positions, lifting, sitting, and reporting data to support the upkeep of the cultivation.

Purpose
This position is responsible for leading the Irrigation department team members with effective communication and direction to achieve the weekly objective towards the irrigation and fertigation of the cultivation facility. This role is responsible for guiding, and training the Irrigation department team members surrounding the daily watering schedules to maintain consistent plant health and product quality. The Lead of Irrigation role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. - Supporting and leading the fertigation and irrigation of the cultivation to maintain health and continued healthy growth of plants. - Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.

The Cultivation Data Technician position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team, dealing both with Cultivation and Processing related data. The focus of the Data Technician is to properly report production and processing information in Maryland Metrc, NAV and internal tracking systems, such as Google and Smartsheet In addition, the Data Technician is responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entered by other departments and will be assigned various reporting duties as needed. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Cultivation, Post Harvest, Processing, Compliance, Supply Chain and Quality management as well as team members within those departments. Auditing
- Perform physical and digital audits of products in NAV to compare against physical counts and data within Maryland Metrc.
- Verify testing data for packages.
- Verify and report plant audits from Cultivation to Maryland Metrc.
Reporting
- Run reports in Maryland Metrc, and NAV in relation to plant counts, on hand inventory, distribution rates and sales.
- Search internal systems on a wide range of data including but not limited to: plants, packages, labor statistics, testing results, etc.
- Accurately compile and scrub data to report on a wide range of activities in multiple departments as assigned.
- Maintain & update internal documents used by the team.
Quality Control/Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Other Duties
- Coverage in other areas of Analytics.
- Occasional coverage/assistance for data entry in Post Harvest.
- Creation of Maryland Metrc manifests and NAV transfers as needed.
- Assist Cultivation in any digital processes that they may be behind on. This will include looking for potentially missing plants & assisting Cultivation with auditing.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Cultivation Analytics Manager, also takes direction from the Processing Analytics Manager
- This person does not supervise others.
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- One to three years of data entry experience required.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel required.
- One year of experience working in Maryland Metrc preferred.
- Prior experience working within NAV or similar inventory tracking systems preferred.

This position is responsible for compliantly organizing starting materials in METRC, NAV and Google Sheets for the Extractions, Kitchen & Processing Packaging Teams. This position is responsible for accepting all manifests coming into the Processing Facility, ensuring that the transfer was completed compliantly digitally (in Metrc & NAV) and physically. This position is responsible for assigning products to their proper NAV rooms & Metrc locations based on product type, packaging status and testing status, as well as physically placing products into their assigned areas. This position is responsible for entering infused products such as edibles, topicals and concentrates into NAV and METRC in a timely, efficient, accurate and compliant manner. This position is responsible for adjusting and creating packages in Metrc and NAV. This position helps with assembling sales orders and manifesting these in Metrc. This position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, NAV & Metrc. This position provides regular and timely communication with Compliance, Quality Control/Assurance, Analytics, Extractions, Kitchen, Processing Packaging and Supply Chain management as well as team members within those departments.
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems
- NAV data entry & adjustments for Processing Department products.
- METRC data entry and adjustments for Processing Department products.
- Google Sheets data entry and adjustments for Processing Department products.
- Acceptance of Metrc manifests.
- Combinations & conversions of packages within Metrc/NAV/Google Sheets.
- Regular use of Google Sheets.
- Assignment of production batch tags for product ready for testing.
- Creating child packages for compliant distribution.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
- Validate data provided from Processing Department Production Teams.
Compliance and Auditing
- Ensure company compliance with the local and state regulations.
- Assist in physical audits of products and verification of data in Google Sheets, NAV and Metrc.

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Pesticide application is required

POST PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Post Production Technician is primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of cannabis plant during harvesting, drying, curing, and packaging. Efficiently bucks and trims plants. The right candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; is resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team, and prioritizes quality and customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Breakdown flowers off stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product. This includes identifying and separating fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower
- Sit or stand for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming. Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming: adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
- Weighing and recording weights including green waste and using METRC as applicable
- Track the metrics for the trimming process
- Clean up all production areas and tools between strains and at the end of every shift
- Understand and follow all rules and regulations for harvest and inventory management including wet weight measurements, dry weight measurements, and harvest batch requirements as set out in the State of Maryland regulations
- Understand and follow all safety protocols, compliance and SOP’s. Help refine and develop SOPs through each stage of the post-harvest process. Update COO and Compliance as applicable on any necessary changes
- Follow all state regulations, SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- A year of experience in cannabis cultivation preferred, but not required
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on agriculture, manufacturing, crop management or business, and/or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- A background in quality control is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To work as a team player with the day to day operations of the nursery that will include but not be limited to the following items:
Field, container plant and perennial installations based on practical layout, cultivations, inspections, maintenance, and harvest
Establish planting and digging schedules
Establish water requirements and set irrigation requirements and make necessary seasonal adjustments and repairs, installations
Fertilizer schedules and modifications
Pesticide management and applications
Seasonal pruning
Soil analysis and soil row replenishment using site soils and composted material
Equipment and machinery operation
Maintain and develop inventory lists, ongoing availability lists and price lists
Liner orders fall of each season based on sales history and inventory projections
Develop production schedules and forecasts, budgets

Consult with ownership and co-workers regarding daily operation and short and long term company goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants are to have received a horticulture degree from a reputable institution and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry. Applicants are to be proficient with MS office and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
