TRIMMER/HARVESTER/PACKAGER/JOINT ROLLER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work at our harvest table with a full-time and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but the experience is preferred. If you have limited experience growing but you want a foot in the door this is the best way to prove yourself to our cultivation team. Trimmers are expected to efficiently and accurately hand-trim Cannabis flowers both wet and dry.
DAILY DUTIES:
· Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
· Work with Grow department to execute harvests.
· Accomplish all flower processes post-harvest – dry, cure, trim – and prepare the product for sale or transfer.
· Individuals are expected to produce 2 to 4 pounds of trimmed flower per 8-hour shift.
· Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
· Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
· Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
· Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure the quality of the product is being met

The Field Sampling Technician will be responsible for all steps involved in off-site batch sampling for state mandated compliance tests of cannabis products.

Responsibilities
- Performs off-site representative sampling for California cannabis compliance tests.
- Couriers non-compliance samples from customer facilities to the Cannalysis HQ.
- Utilizes lab and product knowledge to assist customers in understanding laboratory processes and methods, sampling, and the legal requirements for cannabis testing.
- Assists in modifying and maintaining appropriate SOPs relating to sample testing.
- Perform sample registration, sample, processing, and delivery.
- Maintains a safe, clean, well organized, and efficient work environment.
- Remains up-to-date on all SOPs and maintains documentation required for compliance.
- Work on projects assigned by lab management and work in collaboration with other technicians.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in biological, chemical, agricultural, environmental, or related sciences from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
